Holiday Inn Cancun Arenas: Great small rezort

Rooms and bedding were clean..hotel well maintained ..staff was courteous and friendly...Food was good ..better than most 3 stars I've been in...hotel was close to down town...a wide variety of guests from all over

Hard Rock Hotel Cancun: Great resort

Beautiful resort with quick and efficient check in and out. Beach close by and very clean. Easy to use resort credits. The Spa is clean and staff are wonderful. Room service was fast and hot. I would definitely go back to this resort in a heartbeat.

All Ritmo Cancun Resort And Waterpark: Nice resort

The Hotel is a bit older, no elevators just a lot of stairs not enough handrails. Extra charge for WiFi and Safty security box. Smal Beach with a Marina next Door. But directly on the water. Lots of activities around the Pool.

Beach Palace: Unbelievable Resort

This resort was beautiful, great service, awesome staff, clear water and great beach highly recommended for others, This was our honeymoon had room 304 and ocean view, awesome sunsets and sunrises, an un forgettable experience

Seadust Cancun Beach Resort: Disappointing resort

Stayed at this resort several times , they have a new administration that is no were near as good as it was. Food arrives cold for room service, have to argue with room service staff to receive cans of beer in your oceanfront adult suite , mini fridge is to be stocked nightly but never happened. The bar and wait staff are great but don't seem to be treated very well by management. Fernando , Luis, Cesar are great bartenders , but seemed very unhappy this trip as there hours and bar locations are [... read more] continuously changing. Housekeeping is not what it was, at the door at 8:00am to clean or calling @ 5:00pm to see if you want it done. We were very disappointed with this latest visit to the Great Parnassus and not sure if we will return. It's worth noting that we also have an RCI membership for this resort, but with recent changes I don't think we will return.

Grand Oasis Palm: overbooked??

The Resort itself is well kept. The Staff go beyond to keep the sparkle alive. Unfortunately when you arrive at 1:30 am and are told that your room is not available because they overbooked... Not acceptable, especially since they did the same to about 20 others who booked all inclusive. We were sent to an inferior hotel in the chain, downtown and no beach. We were hoping that it was a one time incident, and an actual error on someones booking process, but when our friends arrived the next night  [... read more]and heard a simular story and were relocated to a inferior hotel within their chain it was obvious that this was not a one time incident but reoccurring. The taxi drivers stated that this is a regular occurance with this chain of resorts. I have never written a bad review of any vacation resort that Ive been to, But I can truely say the I, nor my other 3 travelling couples will ever stay at another oasis resort due to the poor management of this one resort.

The Sens Cancun: Nice Place

We had a great time. I like the location of the hotel at the tip of the Cancun Hotel zone - not too loud. Lots of washrooms and bars spread around the resort. Hotel was kept very clean and the staff was excellent in all areas. It was nice to have access to the bussing system to travel off the resort reasonably and to be able to walk to the ferry to go to Isla Mujeres. Food was very good but not a lot of variety. On a negative note: Wish it had a balcony, mini bar, warmer pool and 24 hour bar service. Beach was small, crowded and chairs were always reserved but could walk down to find some room and just use our towels.

NYX Hotel Cancun: Amazing resort!

This is a great a resort! It's on the smaller side which I really liked. Beach is super close and I absolutely love the beach resturant, the food is amazing! And the margarita's are delicious. Overall the staff is very friendly and nice and will always try to accommodate your needs.

Moon Palace Cancun: Simply Amazing!!!!!

Resort was awesome! Staff was amazing and Helpful with everything. Clean rooms, food was great, Shows were Fantastic. There was always something to do from playing Mini Golf to riding bikes, paddle boats and to events in the pool with the Entertainment staff.

Excellence Playa Mujeres: The best

Food is wonderful,my wife as allergies all the waiters made sure to tell the chiefs. She ate with no worries,very clean room,grounds are beautiful, every one is very polite, the beach is very clean, we have lots of privacy, everything else was great

The Sens Cancun: disappointing

The hotel room was very damp and smelt very musty. The floor was sticky. The pillows were sour, like the smell of laundry left in a washing machine for a week. The window leaked when it rained. The shower needed some renovations. The Beach was lovely but the sea gulls were extremely aggressive whenever anyone had food, so I got pooped on 3 times in 2 days. The pool was too cold to go in until mid day. There wasn't many places to go to get some quiet relaxation in. Food was good and the staff were all good and helpful.

Occidental Costa Cancun: Fabulous 2 week at Barcelo Costa Cancun

Warm welcome- room upgraded on arrival! Concierge -Ivett Munguia-most accomodating! Facilities immaculate.Al la carte restaurant Clare Boya- manager fabulous! Waitresses-Juani and Sandra -the most loving ladies!. Bartenders, activity directors were so inclusive and friendly to all!. Resort accomodated a Super Bowl party- game day food and all! Food better than any previous resorts we have been at. Beach a bit small, but away many days to the nearby excursions. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Excellence Playa Mujeres: Excellent Resort - Great Vacation

The resort and the staff are great. We had a few minor issues at the beginning of our stay but the staff truly went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. I look forward to returning next year and would recommend this resort to to anyone interested.

Sun Palace Hotel: wonderful resort

We were looking for an adults only get away that was not a big resort but rather more quaint. Sun palace delivered this and much more. The staff are the best we have ever experienced in Mexico and this was our 6th visit. We were truly impressed by the kindness and genuine hospitailty. Especially Elfaga in the lobby bar. Jesus in the buffet and Omar in the buffet.

Royal Solaris Cancun: Royal Solaris Cancun

My husband and I spent 10 days here in Feb 2015. We really did enjoy our stay. The food is excellent and the staff in every area were very good. We liked the size of the resort, not too big and not too small. Only three minor downfalls for us were: one, they really try to sell you on timeshares. For us, this is something we are not at all interested in, even for a free gift. We declined right away and were not bothered the rest of our trip. We did hear from others that they were bothered during  [... read more]there stay. Second downfall, most of the rooms have no balcony. This isn't horrible of course, but a balcony is always nice. Third downfall, the cost of using wifi. It's quite expensive. $16 a day per device (although the more days you buy the cheaper it is). I understand why many resorts charge for the wifi, great way to make more money. But I have stayed places where it's free, and that's just so much nicer. Those three things are the only little complaints we have about the place. All the important stuff, like staff, food, cleanliness etc were great in our opinion! This is also a pretty tame resort. No partying here. More laid back, which is what we were looking for.

Occidental Costa Cancun: Excellent resort for 4 Star

Hotel has good service and very good food, special reservation dinner like spanish dinner was excellent, only no Internet WI-FI service include package, you need buy daily pass. Overall really good hotel.

Riu Caribe Cancun: Excellent resort

Nice hotel very good services, pools, restaurants, huge selection of food. Friendly staff. Good location. Nice view of the ocean. Close to downtown. Great selection of trips around and activities. Worth the money.

Riu Palace Las Americas: RIU sets the bar high

My husband and I went to the RIU Palace Las Americas from Jan 30-Feb 6/15 to celebrate our 10th anniversary. We wanted to go to a RIU resort as we had had our first experience with RIU on our honeymoon and were thoroughly impressed with the quality and high standards of service they provided. We were not disappointed this time either. The quality of the hotel, its facilities, service, staff, food and drinks were as excellent as we remembered. We only had 2 disappointments: 1) there isn't a long  [... read more]stretch of continuous beach to walk on at this resort and 2) our trip was marred by unbelievably obnoxious and ignorant people (just a handful - a loud, obnoxious handful). Of course that is nothing to do with the hotel. I was just surprised that that kind of behaviour went on at such a nice resort, and was allowed to go on. Otherwise, we would absolutely recommend the RIU brand and this resort in particular.

Sunscape Cancun Resort and Spa: Amazing resort

This hotel is amazing allover like rooms, resturants, lobby ,the staff . Me and husband stayed there 7 days in first week of feburary . We enjoyed our stay . So i will recommend to my family and friends and we will go there again.

Riu Caribe Cancun: beautiful resort

the resort is very well kept. The rooms very clean, no issues at all. Food was very good, always a great selection. Staff was very friendly and helpful if you had questions. Beach was beautiful. Would go back to this resort again.
