Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Amazing resort and service!

Everything was so clean and very well maintained. We have recommended this resort to all of our family and friends! We will be booking some more time at this resort in the near future! Food was absolutely amazing. Hard to find in a lot of resorts. Very accommodating. Beautiful views on every corner of this resort!

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Big and Beautiful!!

First off I would like to say that my stay at Bahia Principe AquaMarine was absolutely fabulous. From day when we decided to book our vacation TripCentral really stepped up and made the planning process so painless for us. Thank You Teresa Gates for that!!! When we arrived at the Punta Cana airport we were greeted by our representative which kindly directed us first to cold beer then to our bus to take us to the resort. All week we encountered exceptional food, service, and always entertained. The beach was nice, staff was friendly, and the pool was always a great place to kick back an relax. All in all this is definitely a 5 star resort priced very reasonable and I will be going back no questions asked.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Awesome time

We found the resort was clean. Food was amazing. The service was excellent. We would definitely recommend it to friends and family and hopefully we get a chance to go back there It was a big resort but we did not feel crowded with people. There was lots of space to have your own quiet time as well as be part of all the excitement that was going on. Entertainment was pretty good.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Beautiful resort and great value!

Sian Ka'an is a beautiful resort. The grounds are well kept and lush and the buildings are very well maintained. The beach is not the nicest I've seen but they do the best they can with what they have. However, the pools are lovely and numerous which makes up for the beach. Plus the attentive lounge side service can't be beat. The Lobby Bar was my favourite morning spot for latte / tea in the morning. The rooms were large and nicely appointed. Only real downside was that the A/C was loud but you got used to it. Really enjoyed the food...especially the a la carte restaurants (both at Sian Ka'an and the sister Bahia resorts). Favourites were Alux (Sian Ka'an), Arlequin (Akumel) and Tequila (Tulum). The buffet was good. There were items that were repeated daily (or things very similar) but the selection was broad and as long as you rotated through the offerings, you didn't get bored. Another great thing about the resorts was the staff. Unfailingly friendly and helpful. Most were great...those that were not great, were still good...so no complaints there. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed my 9 day stay and would happily come back. Definitely a lot of value for what you pay. I'm actually considering a family vacation next at one of the sister resorts in a couple of years.

I have no complaints. food was excellent. people friendly, lots of activities. beach safe. If you want relaxing it was relaxing. if you want excitement - there was that too. truly an amazing place

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: A Fabulous Anniversary Trip!

Amazing pool, bars, entertainment staff and rooms. Food was good and a lot better then other resorts I have been to. We will return again at some point. The only thing that needs some work is the wifi connection. If you want a better wifi connection you have to pay extra for the premium wifi. This shouldn’t be the case. You pay a lot of money for your stay. Good wifi shouldn’t have to be a worry

Bahia Principe Explore El Portillo: Would recommend for Family Travel

Very busy resort; better suited for Families, lots to do for kids. The “quiet pool” is NOT quiet. Kids being loud, splashing ect ... not a peaceful relaxing option at all. The Lobby bar closes at 11pm sharp; offering no other options other than a disco tech that is way to loud and plays obnoxious music. The food was pretty good, the service was excellent and the hotel and beach front was lovely. My room was clean, but shower barely drisseled and went from scalding hot to cold fr [... read more]equently. Very frustrating. Also my a/c was on the fritz; had high ceiling and a fan that worked well to compensate. Overall I would recommend this resort for a Family; but my group of friends and I (40-45 yrs) would not recommend.

Bahia Principe Explore El Portillo: Good resort

Great food and rooms very clean. Entertainment terrible.I know it is family friendly resort but just too many kids for 1 pool near beach. Staff good but no service at pool, no swim up bar either. I would not go back. Not because of resort but because I want adult only resort.

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Loved everything!

Service was excellent, food was amazing, grounds were beautiful, room could use some help though..broken drawers, leaking shower and just showing it’s age. We loved the service, food, kids club, pools.

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Amazing place to stay

This is a beautiful place to stay. The staff were great to deal with. They were very interactive and always kept involved. Would recommend to anyone wanting to go somewhere warm. The only negative this i can say is don't eat the eggs in the morning because you are bound to eat lots of shells

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Great resort

This place was very nice. The food was great, grounds well kept, rooms very nice but showing age. I would definitely return. The beach is not the greatest but usable. The only thing I found strange was that there was no server on beach or at pool for the bar, first time I seen this at a resort

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Awesome!

Nicely renovated, clean, very pleasant staff. Didn’t do any a la cartes as we found the buffet was perfect. The swim up room was the best upgrade we could have made! We’re thinking about returning next spring.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Loved it all!

This was our first visit to Mexico and most certainly won’t be our last. This resort was a perfect, luxury adults only experience! The resort was nice and quiet and if we wanted evening entertainment, there was tons available at the other resorts. The food was fabulous, the service was impeccable and the golf was glorious! We will definitely visit this resort again!

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Met expectations

Overall my trip went really well, as I researched some tips about the hotel before arriving. Knowing how to get around on the trolleys, and bringing a powerbar was very useful, as well signing up for the 3 allotted dinner reservations upon arrival. Also the cheaper costing internet ($9 US) was excellent, though I had to talk to the front desk how to get it, as the prompt for it went away after the initial signing on the free wifi. The grounds were very nice and the sprinkler water does have an odor, but very likely from being standing water somewhere. The beach was very good, I don't expect a perfectly clear-of-seaweed beach as it is part of nature but they (very slowly) worked at clearing sections. The food was good, surprisingly the fish buffet dishes were excellent, desserts were lackluster, but I had something good to eat everyday. Cozumel, don Pablo and Portafino restaurants were adequate, though I wasn't blown away. Don Pablo had the best service. I was definitely consider coming back, for the right price.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Amazing Family Friendly Resort

Our stay here was fantastic, rooms are very clean beds were comfortable. The food was fantastic the Peruvian/Japanese fusion a la carte is a must :) Lots of things to keep the kids occupied and having fun, for all ages. Was our second stay here definitely will return and highly recommend!

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Beautiful Resort

We just spent 10 days with another couple (related and best friends) we cannot say enough about this amazing resort. It was clean the grounds were well immaculate and gorgeous the food was the best we have ever experienced in the 15+years we’ve been travelling! Bahia Principe Explore Legend: As amazing as the first time!

Returned to this hotel for a second time with our 6 y.o. son. It was as great as the first time. From the check in that was very quick, to our room, always clean and stocked with the usual, to all the restaurants ( A la carte or buffets). The service was always provided with a smile, and special attentions provided to our son. Even though hotel was near capacity, we never had to search too much to get a chair at the water park, main pool or beach side. This hotel is geared for families with children so not the best spot for a romantic getaway, but trust me, your kids will love it. No sign of the Hand, foot, mouth illness that we see in a lot of reviews. All being said, we are considering returning in December for Christmas with friends and their children

We have traveled down south a number of times but this was the first to an all-inclusive with our young kids. We were a group of 3 families all having 2 kids each, ages ranging from 4-8 years old. Usually when we travel we travel to places where we cook on our own - so it was nice not to have to think about food and what to eat. There was something for everyone to eat for sure. We were able to finds seats by the pool and beach when we needed and didn't have to wake up super early to secure a [... read more] spot. We found a beach spot close enough to the pool that we could run back and forth all day as some wanted to be at beach in our group and some wanted to be at pool. The places we have traveled in the past have not been as big so we found the beach to be super crowed but that comes with a large complex and no fault of anyone - just not our cup of tea. the Japanese restaurant was by far the best food and experience, they did a great job here - I highly recommend you book in advanced at least twice during your time there. Evening shows were great but a little late for the kids. Kids "mini" activities were at 8pm and the show was at 9pm - which made for a long day, but they all hung in and enjoyed them all. It would have been nice to have them at 7pm and 8pm (but I know it is hard to accommodate everyone). Over all a great place to go if all-inclusive is what you are looking for. It is very large and has lot of variety - pool and beach are nice with lots of places to eat near by.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Truly a great Jamaican experience!

The resort was beautiful and immaculately kept. Cleanliness was beyond reproach. The staff were all warm, friendly, welcoming and helpful. Food was great. Pool was too. Loved the beach and water. Did not realize it was 2nd largest resort on the island Amazing how they manage so many people so seamlessly. My preference is a smaller, quieter, adult only resort - this resort has 2 sections, one adult only and one family - so it was quite noisy, but that is just a preference, not a complaint.
