Iberostar Waves Cozumel: Good Resort for adults

Everything Good except beach Completely remove rocks from the beach and make it nice and sandy at least like Paradise Beach Rental Car in Cozumel $16US for 3 days, How come in resort is $90US per day?

Pros: What can I say? Every thing from the fantastic people that work very hard at this resort to the very delicious food We have already booked for our return trip to this resort Con: The only con I can say is the size of the pool (small) and the limit amount of loungers available as all the chairs have towels on them by the time the sun comes up. People reserving up to 10 and more chairs and people do not show up till lunch The resorts need to start cracking down on this practice  [... read more]( here and everywhere) Plus side on this is there is a lot of spots at the Ocean which is what we really are going for All in All I would strongly recommend this resort

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Great Place

Stayed at the Iberostar Rose Hall Beach Resort for 1 week in April ' 2018. The facility was well cared for. Looked like it has had some repairs recently. It was clean, attractive to the eye and comfortable. The wifi service was great almost any where in or around the facility. The food line up was good and would rate it 8/10. Iberostar Origin Tainos: Really Amazing Resort

Iberostar Tainos is a wonderful resort, small enough to get around without being lost right from the first day and big enough to have the best of entertainment, beach, food and STAFF which makes this Resort the popular it is. Evis and all entertainment and restaurant staff were professionals and sooo friendly. We will go back to this resort for sure. Just one thing we noticed, we were staying at the main building at first floor, above the lobby in room # 1125, the patio door does not open mo [... read more]re than two inches and you have to use your force to slide it back in. Those patio doors need to be changed or fixed.

Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: Very enjoyable ResortThe

The resort was very clean. The grounds were kept very tidy, all bathrooms were very nice and clean. The rooms were nice and spacious. A big resort. The nightly shows were okay but basically the same every night.

Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: Nicely laid out

The grounds are well kept, beach is wide, hotel is close to water, staff is very friendly. Food was good, but could be more varied. The only negative is bed was not very comfortable... and pillows were terrible!

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: It is a wonderful resort.

The resort was kept very clean.The staff couldn’t do enough for you and were very pleasant.The dinning was also very good.I can’t think of anything that was wrong with this resort.I would recommend this resort to anyone.

Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada: Not live up to expectations

The check-in was not good, we didn't get an explanation of the services, restaurants, bars locations or meal times. The room was a bit of a let down with many items in need of repair. On the bright side the food was good and the staff were polite and efficient, always attending to your needs. The gardens were kept in good order and with the ponds and fountains made the grounds picturest. The beach was well kept and the lunchtime BBQs were good. Iberostar Origin Daiquiri: Great resort

This was by far the busiest resort in the immediate area (you can walk to 3 others on the beach) for a good reason, It is well maintained, great friendly staff, very good food , nightly entertainment, and people just like it so much that they get a lot of repeat customers. We talked to people that have been coming here for 9 years!! The premium room views are wonderful, close to the beach, white sand and blue ocean, the rooms in this 4 star resort are quite a bit smaller than the last 5 star resort we stayed at, although with the great weather we were hardly in them, They had 2 Cuban barbecues during our 10 day stay , with open fire roasted Pig, turkey, chicken,ribs, corn and more , all tasted great, The buffet was very good with cooking stations for Pasta,Pizza, Meat, and fish, along with good fruit and salad areas. Overall I would recommend this resort to family and friends, with one caution, it is quite windy on the beach , this area is a kite surfing destination as the winds are consistent, we only had 2 really calm days, and 1 day that the sand was blowing quite a bit, pool is also small for a 300 plus person resort. Non of that would keep us from going there again .

Hotel Mojito: Amazing Resort - Great and Friendly Staff

This resort was great, great staff in all areas of the resort, rooms were great, food was great lots of variety. Beach area well taken care of and beach bar/restaurant amazing food. The staff went out of their way to make you feel important. This is definitely a place I would go back to again.

Iberostar Selection Ensenachos: Iberostar Enesnachos

Lovely resort, more shade required by the adult pool area (we never stayed there as it was too open ) beautiful foliage and greenery,good staff, clean well kept rooms. good dining & drinks, killer beaches (the towel thing was crazy) I needed to be down at the beach by 6:30 to get a shady palapa, the major down side for us is the distance for walking... it is too large and spread out for us to consider returning to.

I have never been to a resort that the lobby is the happening place. The staff, the entertainment and the hotel guest made that all possible. The pool is great, but lacks lounge chairs and shade, needs more umbrellas for people as the Cuban sun is hot hot hot, and of course unless you are up at 4AM to get a lounger your out of luck cause they all get towels put on them, typical wherever you go though. We found the cookingstations to be long waits, so 6:30 on the dot is when we found the best time to go. Now to the best part, the beach and ocean. Loved loved loved the beach, the ocean is breathtaking and the different colours of blue were amazing. Only complaint here is that the bar at the beach closes at 3, why? Dont understand that one. The rooms, well my bed was the worst bed I have ever slept in. Both beds, as I that twin beds in my room were awful so therefore did not get great sleeps. Met alot of people who were repeat guests, one couple had been to this resort 30 times others 10, 15, 5, so many repeat guest, that says alot about the restort right there, and I can see why, the staff at this resort is like no other I have been to, they were happy to be there, they remember your name, the kisses of the cheeks was so nice to see and made me feel like it was a pleasure to bring me that drink, or a coffee or clean my room, you need to be commended for your excellant staff, from the grounds keepers right on up the line, cheers to you all, you made my trip amazing.

Hotel Mojito: A-MAZZZ-ING RESORT

My daughter and I took our first ever out of country trip together and wow, what a great decision it was to choose Iberostar Mojito. From the minute you arrive you are treated like a star. They were hit hard by the devastating Hurricane Irma, but have came back so strong in such a short period of time. The STAFF couldn't have been any nicer, the FOOD was delicious every night with a great selection constantly rotated in the buffet, and the snack bar pizza, fries, and grilled cheese is to die [... read more] for. Their cheese is amazing! The ROOM was very large and accomodating. My daughters favorite part was the nightly shows. These talented, wonderful performers could be on any stage and I would pay money to see them. Their costumes were gorgeous, the different shows every night were captivating, the MC and the DJ kept everyone laughing and happy. The pools are beautiful, Dana at the hair salon even cut my hair! The gardeners are working so so hard to get the grounds immaculate again, and I have no doubt that their love for this resort will make this happen. The BEACH AND THE OCEAN, it's beyond beautiful and is hard to put into words. Sitting at the beach bar eating lunch is something everyone should experience in their lifetime. My daughter had to see the doctor one day and the on-site service was fantastic. I honestly do not know how anyone can say that they have had a bad experience here. We met people that have been there 15-20 times. We will definitely be back!

Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada: First time and will not be our last!

This was our first time at an Iberostar resort and we were very pleased with the food, the grounds and the service. We will ne going back to this resort in the future! The rooms were fine, the cleaners did a good job of tidying up each day (we don't go down south to spend time in our rooms anyways) The buffet and a-la-cartes were amazing! The be [... read more]ach BBQ was always a hit as well. The pool and resort grounds were great- well kept and cleaned. The peacocks and flamingos added to the experience. The Dominican people are fantastic, even the guys on the beach trying to get you to go to the market- you just need to learn to say "no" Miguel at the swim up bar was top-notch, and the cappuccino's- amazing! We would even consider bringing our kids back in the future, because of the kids club that the resort offers!

Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: Great resort

The food was decent in the buffet. The Japanese restaurant was the best. Staff was friendly. Grounds were clean. Public bathrooms near the pool and beach could have had a little more attention. The beach was beautiful but you have to get there early to get a chair in the shade. Parts of the main pool were closed off because of damage to the bottom.

We have stayed at many resorts all over the Caribbean and Mexico and I have to say this is surely one of the nicest and best places we've stayed. It's great for families. The food was very good with lots of varieties for everyone. The grounds were fantastic and kept clean as well as the pools. One thing about the pools is that they are deep for kids that can't swim. We like to walk off the resort and have things to do. The resort is somewhat secluded or a longer walk than I would want but that's just us. Overall I would stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone!

This resort is well designed, the ground well maintained, the three pools are excellent with the centre pool for the lively and two other pools for the more sedate. Our room on the fourth floor of building 12 was a superior room in all respects and the maid kept the room shipshape -her towel art the best we have seen in many visits to the Caribbean. The buffet can be crowded especially at breakfast and the limited staff do the best they can. There are two areas of concern, the elevators are not all functional and on two occasions there was no water available for several hours. If these two problems are addressed the resort could be excellent in all respects.
