Occidental Costa Cancun: Decent hotel, great people.

Barcelo was pretty sleepy and lacked any on ground night life. also no swim up bar. The staff made it a great week - you have to join Rubi, Kenia, Angel, and Sebastian - they'll take great care of you. Also thanks to Natalie from Tripcentral for coordinating our unique trip. everything was perfect!

Moon Palace Cancun: Great Resort

This is the best resort I´ve ever been. The staff was helpful and very nice. Everything was very clean and tidy. The room was absolute luxury. The food was just excellent. Pool area was nice and clean.

Seadust Cancun Beach Resort: great time at the Great Parnesus

good hotel I was meeting a friend from Calgary at the same hotel on Dec first . arrive in Cancun 12 pm was at the resort by 1pm .We had upgrade to club room. had to change room there was no fryge in the first room and no champagne and fruit basket .said it would be deliver in the evening was hoping to have a toast with my friend she was arriving at 4pm. also told the front desk to let my friend know we we were in defferent room witch they did not.She was trying to get in the room key did not wor [... read more]k.Seem to have problem with this card key all week. witch was very unconvenient since we were on the11 floor had to go to main floor. every time to activate new card. We didn't receive are champagne till the 3 day after asking the front desk every day . Not the best service. but nice hotel large room with great ocean view. Good variety of restaurant, beautiful beach. I travel quite a bit this is my 5 time in Mexico love the people and there culture. will always come back . maybe not at this hotel,only if they improve there service.

Paradisus Cancun: Amazing resort!!!

Beautiful hotel with the best beach cancun has to offer! Staff and services were excellent! Restaurants were impeccable, and 24 hour room service was a big plus! From check in to check out you truly felt well taken care of! A great holiday!

Seadust Cancun Beach Resort: Awesome Resort

The first thing I noticed was how clean it was, the staff were very professional and everyone right down to cleaning staff were extremely friendly, my favorite retaurant was the french restaurant. This was my first trip to Mexico and I really enjoyed it, we didn't leave the resort very often, there is always something going on, the entertainment staff were awesome

Excellence Playa Mujeres: The Best Again

WE have stayed at this resort twice now. I wanted something special for our 25th wedding anniversary. The staff went above and WAY beyond to make this the most enjoyable week imaginable. As usual the food, drinks, and grounds were 10 out of 10.

Excellence Playa Mujeres: Service was better than a Sandals Resort!

The most exceptional thing about this resort is the staff and their level of service. I have travelled to many 5 star resorts over the last 20 years, including Sandals, and the service here was unparalled. Every single staff is friendly, helpful, attentive, and makes you feel like a VIP. They are really focused on ensuring you enjoy your well-deserved vacation. Rooms were quite nice and well appointed. They were roomy and we had no issues whatsoever. Excellence Club is really worth it: Private  [... read more]heated pools, bars and beach area; Concierge service at each pool; upgraded room service. When we asked them to stock our fridge with only a particular brand of beer, it was done that day. Several requests were executed well and they even followed up with a call to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Food was also excellent (comparable to a Sandals really). Lots of options and love the "no reservations" policy (except for the Hibachi dinners in Spice). We only had to wait once for 10 minutes... all other times, we were seated immediately. Favourite restaurant was Basmati (best indian cuisine I've ever had!) and Chez Elisabeth (French restaurant). Lunch place on the beach (Lobster House and Steak House) were also really wonderful with lots of a la carte choices (I mean lots) and never a bad meal! Grounds are very clean, well manicured. The only negative was the state of the beach... which wasn't the resorts fault. There is a lot of algae in this area due to proximity to Isla Mujeres. You could not go swimming without being wrapped with weeds. Very few people were swimming in the ocean. In 20 years, I have never returned to the same place twice. This is my first exception. I would actually go back here again and strongly recommend it to all my family and friends. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

Moon Palace Cancun: Very nice place

I and my husband spent 8 nights in this wonderfull place. We stayed in the simpler room and it was magnifique. The service is great, as the food and the pools. Only the beach is not nice and we could not bathe.

Secrets The Vine Cancun: Amazing Resort!

We recently spent a week here and we loved everything about Secrets The Vine. The resort is beautiful and the atmosphere, service, food, facilities and entertainment were excellent. We will definitely be back!

Emporio Cancun: not same all-inclusive as other hotels

There are only 2 restaurants, and not buffet style , orders in the restaurants and bar must be signed for even if its just a glass of water. There is no show or entertainment offered at night. WIFI is very weak in room. hotel staffs are friendly and room is clean. view and beach are so beautiful. If you want relax and quite vacation , this maybe the hotel for you. hotel zone bus is very convenient.

Moon Palace Cancun: Expensive but well worth every dollar

let's start with the location 15 minutes from the airport no two hour drives the quality of the booze top notch the food in each and every restaurant is outstanding the rooms are top notch marble Jacuzzi you couldn't ask for better the golf course which is located on the grounds is a fantastic

Grand Oasis Sens: its the littel things

We really enjoyed the little things that were done for us ,the staff had all the time it takes to make sure we were well taken care of .We had clean rooms good food excellent bar serves .We would go back ,a big thank you to all the staff .

Villa Del Palmar Cancun: Awesome resort

All the staff are wonderful. The grounds are gorgeous, pools were cold. Food is great, but you have to pay for some extras, since it's not part of the inclusive. All premium drinks. Not the best beach, too much seaweed.

Temptation Resort & Spa: Fantastic holiday

The hotel itself is in need of an upgrade and renovations. It is kept very clean. The staff for the most part are very friendly. It's the guests that make me want to return. Each time i have gone i have met wonderful open minded people. This trip i found way to many single guys!!! And not enough couples.

Moon Palace Cancun: Nice place for relaxation. Good srevices

A large variety of possibilities: bars, restaurants (both inside and outside) great pools and nice clean beach. Very helpful personnel. Excellent place for relaxing vacation as well as good facilities for business meetings

Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa: Like going home

Just an amazing resort. Golden is by no means a Five star but the service sure is. The Golden is for an older crowd, if you are a twenty something and enjoy posing by the pool listening to techno music you will not like it. If you enjoy a great beach, great service, above average food for an all-inclusive, and activities that will keep you moving, then this resort is for you. The only changes I would make would be to offer free wifi and a mini fridge in all rooms not just club and golden rooms.

Riu Palace Las Americas: Halloween in Mexico!!

Riu Caribe Cancun: Riu Caribe

The hotel was very modern, friendly staff and good service. The buffet was amazing. The steakhouse was not that good and the mexican was so so. Besides being very windy everyday the end of Oct the seaweed on the beach is an everyday occurrance and a nonstop cleaning process. We were there for 10 days, would I go there again, probably not. I prefer the Riu Cancun, the buffet seems a lot larger there. All and all it was very good.

Temptation Resort & Spa: Best Birthday Ever

Went for 6 days in the beginning of November 2014 for the first time but my travel partner has been to this resort several times before so it was nice to have a "guide" to show me around. I did not even have one complaint the entire trip. The room was clean. The shower had good pressure and hot water. The bed was comfortable. The ocean view room had a good view and was very private. Staff were amazing, food was yummy although we did not eat at any of the a-la-carte restaurants. We never left the [... read more] resort for anything. There was always activities going on so you could never be bored. The party atmosphere was very energetic but there were places to go within the resort if you were looking for some quiet time also (we never did). I specifically went to "get away from it all" and this resort was the perfect choice. I have never met a more friendly group of resort guests anywhere in my life and "no means no" always.

Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa: this was our 7th time there it is just amazing

the resort is great well staffed and a lot of the original staff from from 2006 our first time still there the cleaning staff bar tenders waiters are all awesome we highly recommend to all our friends & family
