Crown Paradise Club: Can't go wrong with this reasonably priced resort!

This was our sixth time at Crown Paradise Club. The resort was newly renovated last year with updated rooms and two new pools. The new infinity pool is great for families and the new adults only pool is fabulous. Some people have said they don't like the buffet, but we found it better than ever. Always lots to choose from. If you don't like children on your vacation, you might want to consider Crown Paradise Golden (adults only, next door). We don't take young children (as ours are grown), but w [... read more]e don't mind the families at all. There's a wonderful children's area and an even better adults only area. We love coming back to see the staff who are always welcoming. Close to the airport, Walmart, shopping mall and grocery store. A very safe area to walk in. The cruise ships dock at the marina right next to the resort which is always fun to watch. If you choose to go on the pirate ship or Rythym of the Night, you're within walking distance of boarding the boat. It's a $6-8 cab fare to The Malecon. The Crown Paradise would not be considered 5 star, but we've never needed turn-down service. The resort is spotless, we never go hungry or thirsty and the staff are wonderful. We don't need anymore than that!

Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: Great stay!

Hotel was spacious and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly. Activities were fun and lively. Food was varied and enjoyable. Really enjoyed our stay, would return.

Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: Fabulous Resort

Very clean, from the grounds to the public washrooms. rooms are comfortable but can be a little on the damp side. Staff are friendly and most speak English fluently. I would highly recommend this resort!!!!

Grand Palladium Vallarta: crazy fun

Great resort with lots to do. Can boogie board, surf or paddle board in ocean. Free catamaran rides, sea water pool has crazy fish in it. Food was ok but bar service was great. quiet location beautiful beach

Very impressed with it all. The grounds are spectacular. Entertainment is Excellent. Rooms are nice cozy. Food is great. Staff are friendly & helpful. Beach and pools are clean. Lots of Shade/sun seating.

Sunscape Puerto Vallarta: Very poorly maintained hotel

Twice the faucet stayed in my hand with the hot water keeping on running. No hot water for a shower three times during our stay. Had few times problems with the key/card to our room. The food was not very varied each day. For example breakfast had a choice of jam : strawberry, strawberry and strawberry. : this every morning during our 10 day stay. It was not exciting to eat the same food. Different sauces were there to impress us. Our ration of water in the room (2 bottles of 600ml). If you ne [... read more]eded more you had to pay. The beach was set with a red flag permanently. A blue one was also erected to warn you against dangerous fauna!

Sunset Plaza Beach Resort & Spa: Amazing resort

Very clean you could not get cleaner! Great staff! Amazing all of them Close to everything! View is fabulous! We love this place it is very quiet. We go for two weeks and it is fabulous. The staff bend over backwards to make your stay great.

Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: Beautiful and Amazing Resort!!!

My husband and I spent 7 nights and it was ****Amazing****. The view from our room was spectacular, the food was delicious (I am very particular and picky about my food), the entire resort was kept extremely clean - always someone around cleaning something somewhere. The service was great!! All the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. There were activities for everyone of all ages - from kids to seniors. The only annoyance were those black birds!!

Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: Relaxing Vacation

We were there from Jan 10 - Jan 17, 2015. The grounds are very well maintained. The pool area was great. Food was very good. Rooms were very clean and nice. Beds were comfy for a hotel. The beach was awesome. Big waves but still able to enjoy the water. Loved the sound of the surf. Actually could see whales jumping from the beach one day. Just incredible. The only negative is Ait Transat. Worst airline I have ever flown. Seats ridiculously tiny and I am not a big guy. Bad service as well. I know [... read more] this has nothing to do with the resort. If possible fly another airline. The resort is worth it though.

Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: Simple.. It was amazing!

The only thing I can say that it negative is that the food could be warmer. Other than that the food was great and so was the variety. The activities was ongoing and FUN! The staff would only ask you to join there was no coaxing . If you want to relax NO problem but a can tell you the fun is none ending. I would so return to this resort and bring friends along for the adventure!

We loved all the restaurants and the buffet was always enjoyed. This hotel was top notch and all the staff were warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone thinking of visiting Mexico. Hola!

Crown Paradise Club: Children's resort

Beach was okay except for the panhandlers, food at the beach was great food at the buffet to me was terrible wasn't impressed. Resort was clean. This resort needs more areas for sitting with chairs that comfortable.need fridges in rooms and better service in buffet, also need more beach chairs.

First, I would recommend this Resort to anyone, because the place is clean and beautiful. The staff at the resort were very friendly & pleasant. The food & service was great, but would not recommend the Steak House. When you needed something, you only had to tell the front desk & it's there when you get back to your room. The only thing I would say, is to ask for a room with a tub, because the shower glass is to short & the water leaks all over the floor. Aleex & the rest of the entertainment staff were great, they had most everyone participating in every event. Daniell from Tripcentral was great & very helpful.

Paradise Village Puerto Vallarta: Nice beach, rooms, grounds!

Beautiful setting, clean, meticulously, with wonderful quiet location. There is only 1 buffet , 1 al a carte, and 2 beach bars. I didn't like the fact that the waiters at the beach bar had to serve you. This delayed our participating in things, relaxing on the beach, etc. The food all around was good....not spectacular, and often repetitive. We were there one week. The service is good. Most staff speak about 20 words of English, so hopefully you know some Spanish. The front desk staff were very  [... read more]good and the check out went flawlessly. We used the complimentary guest suite on checkout as we had a late flight home. It was beautiful and included a full kitchen , multiple showers, lounge areas, and was just what we needed.

Clean resort modest though,good food and bar service bellhop Roberto was great personable and eager to help, no mini bars and 1 bottle of water??? Overall good value return guest even hosted dinner beachfront for returning guests over50 people must mean something nice touch

Very relaxing. Quiet. Exceptionally clean. Beautiful grounds. Delicious food. Fabulous pool. Attentive staff. Wonderful spa. Great amenities and activities for both adults and children. Lovely beach to enjoy the ocean.

Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: Amazing and great for wheelchair accessibility

This property is gorgeous with an unbelievable layout with an endless pool and a roof top overlooking the beach. This is ideal for travellers with physical limitations to admire the ocean at the same time enjoy a Margarita. The staff is attentive and all fine details of a chocolate placed on top of your pillow each night made me feel welcome. The hotel is exceptionally clean and everyone welcomed us with open arms. Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: Thank you CHFI & Trip Central

CHFI & Trip Central picked out a great location for our free trip. Hotel was beautiful, service was excellent, food was superb. Surf was a little too choppy to actually go swimming but the beach was superb for relaxing and walking for miles.

They need to come up with a method for keeping food hot, food at the buffets was usually luke warm/cold. Tacos at the Mexican Restaurant were awful...go figure? The staff was AMAZING!!!! We would definitely go back.

Crown Paradise Golden: GROUNDS VERY CLEAN.

THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND THE GROUNDS WERE VERY CLEAN. AREA WAS SAFE AND STAFF VERY HELPFUL. WEATHER WAS EXCELLENT AND BEACH AREA WAS VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE TO BE AT. THE LOCAL BUS WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE AND DOWNTOWN WAS VERY CLOSE TO TRAVEL TO EACH DAY.
