Riu Palace Las Americas: Amazing resort

The rooms were spacious the hotel is beautiful, but the staff is really what makes this place! Been here for seven days and they have made this place feel like home! Shout out to fortunado! Viva la Mexico!

Grand Oasis Sens: Awesome resort!

The resort staff were absolutely awesome! Rafael was supper! The food was really good. There wasn't a meal that I didn't enjoy. The rooms were really good, we had a great view out of our window. Again the staff was fantastic.

Temptation Resort & Spa: Fun, Fun, Fun Resort!!

Spring Break for Adults! Service, food is great...everyone so friendly. Not the best beach in Cancun, however, most time was spent at the Sexy pool. Either a live band or a DJ every night to dance until 2am. Will definitely be going back...loved it!

Occidental Tucancun: 4

Beautiful place, clean rooms, personel it was very impressed, food it was ok, to salty no to much choice. Beach ok!!very very cleen looby and restaurants, not cheerful hostess, people and charge of swimming pool towels very rude!!

Bellevue Beach Paradise: Great little paradise.

Only reason this hotel isn't 4 star is because it's smaller and older but it is kept very well and has a beautiful beach. Staff are great too. Highly recommend if your on a budget. Close to the airport, OXXO across the street.

Iberostar Selection Cancun: amazing

So much fun such great service. I'm used to carrying my own bags and everything but at iberostar I couldn't move a muscle without somebody handling my bags and bringing me a drink. The servers were all very friendly and made us feel welcome

Bellevue Beach Paradise: Great resort

This hotel was great! the food was amazing, lots of variety to choose from. The location was perfect. The beach was beautiful. Staff was very friendly. The pool was nice but a little too small. The rooms were very clean and very tidy. My only complaint were the washrooms. Ther were very old and leaked water when you take a shower. and it was not only my washroom, i went from Sep 26-30 with my in laws and my brother in law so we had three different rooms and they were all the same. Moon Palace Cancun: Hands Down Amazing resort

Moon Palace is a large, well kept hotel with amenities for EVERYONE. There are kids clubs/areas, fab restaurants for the foodies, nightlife, plenty of activities and the rooms are to die for. This wasn't our 1st all-inclusive and the attention to detail surprised us. The beach does have seaweed (which they clean up daily with a tractor) but it's a sanctuary so that's not surprising. They offer baby turtle releases May - Sept which is a MUST DO. You can travel to their sister resorts on a free 1 [... read more]0 min shuttle for a sandy white beach with the Caribbean green waters if you're looking for a beach. The spa couples massage was wonderful, the FlowRider was fun and the pool choices are endless

Iberostar Selection Cancun: Beautiful resort and overall relaxing experience!

This hotel was amazing! From the second we walked in, we were helped by the front desk. The food is delicious, especially the Japanese restaurant. Never struggled to get a lounge chair at the pool either! The hotel rooms were cleaned regularly and the mini fridges were filled with free beers and water everyday! We loved everything and would totally go back. Overall amazing experience. The Star Friends aka the entertainment team were unreal and so excited about all the activities and put on great shows at night. You should go here!

Hyatt Zilara Cancun: Worth the money

A real 5 start resort. The restaurants were excellent. The staff were friendly and the pool and beach area were top notch. I was there the first week of May 2014 for 7 days. Had a total of 30 minutes of rain. I have stayed at several other Mayan Riviera resorts but none of them compared to this. Easy access to shuttle bus right outside the front entrance. Mini mall across the street.

Riu Palace Peninsula: Beautiful REsort

Resort is beautiful. I don't like that the toilet is separate from the sink and that you have to walk out and open and closed door and get to the sink, I think it is not hygenic. Also that the whirlpool tub is beside your bed.

Excellence Playa Mujeres: An excellent adult only resort.

A wonderful R&R vacation spot for couples and adults seeking refined service. Unhurried helpful staff, excellent dinning and accommodations....an oasis of peaceful pampering awaits us upon arrival until we say "until next year".

Bellevue Beach Paradise: Not what they advertised!

I was highly disappointed in this hotel - they did not even provide water and their food choices were very limited and not healthy choices either - I will not be staying there again. Staff were not that friendly either!

Sunscape Cancun Resort and Spa: Amazing Family Resort

The resort was awesome, the restaurants were great, we loved the outdoor grill restaurant the best. Our family of 5 spent a week there, our kids were ages 4, 7, and 8 and they had a blast. The family pool is away from the main pool, their is an awesome pirate ship and waterslide which the kids loved. The Beach was beautiful, the rooms were nice and clean, I can not say anything bad about this resort

Temptation Resort & Spa: Food, entertainment and fun

This resort was extremely well kept, close to the ocean and overall had a great time. Theme nights were a lot of fun and the main bar had rockin music to the wee hours of the night or morning whichever.

Grand Oasis Sens: pretty good

Everything was pretty good. Though the food wasnt that great. Too greasy. I wanted more authentic Mexican food. The pool and beach was amazing. And I loved the room. Service and price was good. I'd recommend it as long as you aren't looking for great food.

Excellence Playa Mujeres: Wonderful!

Great resort with lots of dining options. Friendly staff and well kept facilities. The room service is prompt and the staff will go to great lengths to keep guests happy. We will stay here again! Overall, a great spot in Mexico

Seadust Cancun Beach Resort: Excellent Resort!

We booked this resort through trip central.ca and was a bit nervous because the price was quite low compared to other sites and other resorts, transportation was included to and from airport. The hotel was amazing, staff was friendly and helpful, the resort was clean and even though this was a family resort it was quiet and the kids were actually better behaved than the adults, were were there during March break in Ontario Canada. It was very quiet on the resort but just outside the gate you can [... read more] hop on one of the many public busses for only a dollar US and in a few minutes you are at the market or Coco Bongo. The food on the resort is excellent, there were many choices, buffet or one of the many restaurants(maguey's, the Mexican restaurant was our favourite). The room was huge, and there is a jucuzzi on our balcony, there is too much to be said about his resort, it was awesome the only thing that could be improved upon is the entertainment.

We knew for sure we had made the right choice the moment we entered the room. Great adult resort that I would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Cancun and be away from the core but also the shortest taxi ride away. Truly EXCELLENT! Thank you!

Excellence Playa Mujeres: Excellence continues to be Excellent

Our 4th stay at EPM and it has been better each time. Stayed 2 weeks end of March first week of April. Took the family this year for the 2nd week (3 extra adults) as we wanted them to experience this fantastic resort. We were not disappointed. Although the grounds, accomodations & food were outstanding, it is the staff and their attention to detail which make this resort exceptional. Planning a 5th two week stay for 2015.
