Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen: Awesome resort

Food was very good. Place was super clean. Very friendly staff. We felt an improvement from 5 years ago. We knew the beach sucked , but we were ok with the pool. Location is outstanding , walking distance to 5th ave.

The Hotel was amazing The Staff were just great right from the Towell Person to all the rest of the staff I loved every minute I stayed with you I Know it is a New Hotel but since I travel to a lot of different places you really need to get some stores in there no place to buy anything that people might need , also maybe another 2 Restaurants like most people that travel we would like a place down close to beach that does hamburgers, hot dogs and Natchos with cheese just small stuff to have  [... read more]in afternoon rather than going into a restaurant It is a learning curve for you being new lso the rooms are beautiful I was very comfortable in my room , You just have to fix a very little problems that I have suggested to you

Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen: Wow!

Well first off let me say what wonderful staff! Every staff member we encountered was just so eager to help you. Just exceptional. The food, again was wonderful! I am a vegetarian and have a severe egg allergy. I was stuffed all week and was able to eat a variety off food. The only time I had to ask them to make something special was when we were to the Brazilian restaurant (because it’s meat) but that was only for a main course. I was able to have a variety of the sides there. The only d [... read more]ownfall to this resort is the beach. It’s current state is really unfortunate with a high tide and rocky area. However a short walk over to the next resort on the public beach and it’s beautiful!

Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall: Our 4th year at Hyatt Ziva! Best people, food, and hospitality.

Loved all of the services. Clean resort. Fun staff. Chillaxed uninterrupted. We’ve visited other resorts in Jamaica, and this is our favorite. If you’re undecided, book this one. You won’t be disappointed! Close to airport. 15 minute drive versus others that are up to 2 hours drive to and from airport.

Dreams La Romana: Amazing resort

We had a wonderful time at the Hilton la Romana. Dominican.The staff were great, They spoke Spanish and English.The food was very good ,the hotel was very clean and a beautiful pool. The weather was hot and beautiful 27-30 C every day.We couldn't ask for a better vacation spot.

Hyatt Vivid Playa Del Carmen: Great resort, terrific loction

Good hotel, clean, grounds nicely kept. Food was good, buffet lacking variety but tasty. This is the first or one of the first Hilton's to be all inclusive. They still have a little work to do (ran out of food at the pool BBQ a few days) also advertise Bud Light and Coors Light which was non-existent, ran out of Spiced Rum our second day there and never saw it again. We purchased the oceanfront room/premium package, there are extra charges for Grey Goose etc, not sure what the premium package  [... read more]extras were. The staff are terrific, very friendly. Just a few blocks from 5th Avenue with lots of shops & restaurants and entertainment. Overall a great resort with a super location, we would go back again!

Jewel Runaway Bay Resort: Amazing

Rooms were decent, the resort itself was beautiful, the staff was 100% top notch amazing, beach extremely clean, amazing family resort, we would go back in a heartbeat. Water park inside is very good and fun for everyone. Again the staff made this trip even better!

Sandals Dunn's River: Fantastic

I’ll keep it short and sweet! All I can say is from day one to booking our trip , everything has been amazing , my first trip on top of that , couldn’t of asked for better service , everyone at the resort was amazing to work with and always greeting you with a beautiful SMILE !! :)!

Hyatt Vivid Playa Del Carmen: Beautiful Resort

Rooms and grounds were beautiful. Food and restaurants were excellent. Service was great with very friendly staff. I will definitely plan a return visit. The location was wonderful and within walking distance to Fifth Avenue.

Hyatt Vivid Playa Del Carmen: Hilton Playa Del Carmen

The staff at this resort are extremely helpful,kind and grateful to their guests. The grounds are clean and beautiful. The beach which to me is so important was gorgeous ! The only thing to perhaps improve on.....is the restaurants. Some were not always open ....and as a guest a little frustrating. An itinerary in the rooms as to which is open would of been very helpful and appreciated!

Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta: A relaxing vacation

The view was fantastic and hotel staff were very friendly. A smaller resort but still a variety of food options and great that you can see the ocean from every pool. The room service was almost always expedient except one late night order taking an hour. The room service menu was limited and I was hoping to try the asian restaurant out again but it was closed two of the seven nights we were there. Other than that our food experience was great. The gym is well equipped and also has a great view.  [... read more]We had a balcony ocean view but I would just go for ocean view next time, the rooms are the exact same. Nothing super spectacular about the rooms.

Sunscape Cancun Resort and Spa: Family Vacation at Panama Jack Cancun

My family and I, along with friends of ours spent a week at Panama Jack Cancun. The service was top notch. Every single employee was friendly and went above and beyond. We have done a lot of travelling and it did not take long for us to feel right at home. I would like to give a shout out to Enrri who greeted us with a smile and asked how our stay was going every single day. Gabriela at the concierge was also very kind and professional. Thank you to Lucy and her team; Tania, Iris, Mario, Jonathan, Raquel, Roger. - Camp Jack. hands down the best kids club we have ever experienced on a resort. Diana and all the girls were so wonderful to our children. -Viaggio ( Italian A La Carte ) Delicious with very professional and fantastic servers. We had dinner there 3 times. Gualberto & Filiberto are both the absolute best. - Buffets were average/ decent - Resort was clean - Beach was beautiful - All the night time shows were great. We enjoyed all of them. Popcorn and drinks are provided before all the shows start which we found to be a nice touch. Cons: -Room was a little tiny and there was nowhere to really store anything aside from the closet. - Housekeeping came late in the afternoon/ early evening which sometimes was around the time we would want to get ready for dinner. - Balcony furniture is dated - No swim up bar on resort - Two pools that are on the smaller side We would to return one day and would highly recommend this resort for families

Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana: Amazing resort

The resort is spectacular! It’s brand new and beautifully designed. The room was spacious with lots of storage and double sinks and vanities which proved to be helpful for two woman with lots of products. The food was excellent and the staff were helpful and courteous. The beach is unbelievable with just a small amount of seaweed. There is not much in the way of entertainment so if that’s what you are looking for, you may be disappointed.

We just got back from one of our favourite resorts weve ever been too. Panama Jack Cancun is amazing. Great food, very clean, beautiful clean beach, the friendliest, and most accommodating staff i have experienced on a resort. The entertainment and shows were incredible. The entertainment crew was so amazing; Definetly the best. Also, the kids club; Camp Jack was also amazing. The staff in there were the nicest. My daughters couldnt wait to go back everyday; some days had to “beg” them to leave. All the staff made you feel at home and like family. I could honestly go on and on about this resort. I honestly dont have anything negative to say. I guess the only thing i can think of is the Air in the room was a bit dry. I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!!! Beautiful, clean hotel. Rooms a generous size. Staff very accommodating. Food very good. Al a carte restaurants good. Service staff excellent but time to get good a little slow. Nice to have the shopping adjacent to the hotel. Highly recommend this resort

Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana: A wonderful stay

This resort was wonderful. From the food quality to the stunning beach I would highly recommend it. I have been to a lot of 5 star and the Hyatt Zilara is one of my favourite. I would recommend to book Club Access and enjoy the perks of breakfast and lunch at their club member only, access to the Bongo Lounge with high end liquor brand and to the Pool area which is really relaxing and less crowded than the activity pool. Wonderful room though and great in-room a la carte for late night snack.

Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall: Awesome resort

It was our second time there and we loved it even more. The food, the service, the gym was all top notch and the best is the cleanliness. The kids loved the night kids shows and can't wait to go back again.

Sunscape Cancun Resort and Spa: Wonderful Family Vacation

We stayed at Panama Jacks in Cancun with our 2 and 4 year old daughters. The resort was fantastic, it was so clean and the pools were warm and had a nice shallow area for the kids. The beach was beautiful with excellent sand and the water was clear blue with no seaweed. Never a problem getting a chair at the beach or pool. Rueben was great at the Ventana buffet for breakfast and lunch. The resort staff were also friendly and accommodating. Everyone had a smile on their face. We loved the Coffee Bar the latte's were really Starbucks quality. My 4 year old loved the Kids Camp and would go for a couple hours a day to do bracelets, decorate cookies, spa day and other activities. Panama Jacks is conveniently only 25 minutes from the airport. which is nice with Kids. We highly recommend Panama Jacks, it was such a great resort and we had a wonderful family vacation.

Our stay at Panama Jacks in Cancun was fabulous. The staff was friendly and very helpful, the grounds are beautiful and the property itself, inside and out is kept spotless!!! There was a mix up with our room when we arrived, which was late at night, but they took care of the issue as soon as I mentioned it the following morning - making the change nothing more than a slight speed bump. I loved everything about Panama Jack's Cancun. The grounds,rooms and restaurants were spotless, the staff were incredible and there were so many you never waited for anything. The only thing I would add is a bigger pool. There were a lot of families so lots of kids in pool. There is a kids pool but most used the larger one. Not a big issue, just a thought.
