I think this is one of the best hotels in the RIU Palace lineup. IT is a well greased machine. The service was great everywhere from the front desk check in, to the bartenders and waiters both by the pool and in the restaurants and buffet area. The food variety was excellent. Posada Real Los Cabos: Posada Real is a little gem

This is our second time visiting the Posada Real Los Cabos, and we would definitely go back again. If you are looking for a five star resort with all the bells and whistles this is not the resort for you. But if you are looking for a clean, friendly, personable hotel that makes you feel welcomed this is it. Thank you to Danya for upgrading our room, it made all the difference to our visit. Although there is only on restaurant (buffet) the food is always great. Jose alway had a smile and great service. The waiter service at the beach snack bar/bar is phenominal. Benito and Victor are tireless and attentive. The atmosphere makes all the guests at ease and friendly, we noticed that almost all the people we talked to had also visited multiple times, alway a good sign. Sandos Finisterra Los Cabos: Great resort!

Great views. Amazing entertainment. Pools clean and good service. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean. Only comment is that as soon as you arrive, you are greeted with a drink and are immediately talked into a tour of the hotel. We insisted we were not interested at this time, and only wanted to relax in our room. Another remark I would make is around the pool area and steps down to the pool dining area, handrails should be there as many seniors do travel to this hotel. I stumbled an [... read more]d lost my balance due to my condition, and a handrail would have helped me regain my balance. I was terribly disappointed that they didn't offer yoga or pilates classes on a daily basis.

Louise our agent was very professional and helpful throughout our vacation. The resort was extremely clean and the food was very good. The weather was exceptional. The cruise ships in the bay were amazing and the staff at the hotel provided friendly service throughout our vacation

Holiday Inn Resort Los Cabos: Good value for your money

The hotel grounds were immaculate. The staff was very friendly and outgoing and very helpful. The room was nothing fancy but it was always clean. Overall, a very positive experience for my 14-year-old daughter and myself, as well as my parents.

Grand Decameron Los Cabos: A great resort, I would return again

The resort for us was a great stay, not too large with excellent staff and service. The food was sometimes a little disappointing but there was always choices so we enjoyed most meals. The Luna Restaurant was for us not quite what we expected, service was good but the delivery was slow with small portions and limited choices. We had a great waiter his name was Elias, very friendly, spoke good English and was overall a credit to the resort, thanks to him. Posada Real Los Cabos: Small quaint mexican resort

We were very happy with this resort. When we first arrived I was a little nervous - but it didn't take long to realize that this was truly a very special gem of a place. The buffet was very small but the food was very good. No cheesy evening shows - but rather live music in the lobby. I would definitely be willing to go back to this resort again. The staff were all very happy and friendly.

Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Excellent resort

Had an amazing time! Staff was very helpful and courteous too. We were upgraded to All-inclusive plus at no extra cost. WI-FI and safe were included at no extra charge. Food and entertainment were awesome. Thank you for our fantastic holiday!

Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos: Amazon resort

Great resort food was amazing and very clean. They had some conference at the time we where there but I think it helped cause the restaurants aren't very busy. Would go back for sure. The French and Italian restaurants where my favorite.

Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Not as advertised

I would give this resort a 2.5 star and here is why...The hotel might as well not be located on the beach as the beach is NOT swimmable! Smh. Disappointment. The resort is definitely an older people resort. Older like 50+. All the doors to the rooms need to be worked on as they all look like they were kicked in at one point. We got locked out of our room at 9pm. The security had to climb the balcony to gain access to our room and let us in. The lock to the door just stopped working. The next mor [... read more]ning they moved us to a room 7 doors down. The door to the room would not LOCK! We had booked an excursion so we called down and told them to fix the door and if our things go missing while the door can not lock (because they could not fix it right away) it will be the hotels responsibility. The 3 good things about the hotel are 1. It is clean 2. Staff are nice 3. Food is good there just is not a lot of options.

Riu Santa Fe: Beautiful Resort

The resort itself was beautiful and very clean. A bit to big for my liking. Lots to do for young and old. Staff was very pleasant and friendly. The biggest complaints I have are the partying in the hallways and not having all the restaurants open every night

Riu Palace Baja California: Amazing Resort

Loved the Riu Palace Baja California! We came as a family of 6 on a long awaited trip. When we arrived we were immediately checked in. Rooms were spotless, very nice and modern. The resort was beautiful, the grounds were manicured and lots of flowers. The food was great, no complaints. The staff were all very nice and friendly. Posada Real Los Cabos: This venue is a 2 Star Motel at best

Grounds are nice, Venue overall is old - old -- Screaming out for an upgrade Rooms are nice and clean - Require upgrade of leaking faucets, plugged drains, broken tile etc. There are NO fridges or mini bars in the rooms - TV'S are foggy, unclear and work ONLY occasionally You CAN NOT drink the local water YOU are assigned TWO bottles of disposable water at check in and you are told to refill them at the large water coolers located at the end of the hall by your room during your entir [... read more]e stay - Ask for more water and there is an added fee to your room There are NO ice machines anywhere in the hotel except at the bar, which seem to be out of ice whenever you ask for ice We discovered our "ALL INCLUSIVE" reservation DID NOT really mean "all inclusive" as extra charges are also levied for such things as ice cream, ice, shrimp on ice (a regular menu item) Taking a sandwich or a cookie to your room is deemed as to be worthy of a "room service" charge Hot tub is at best "luke warm" and filled with infant children during the day - (Contrary to hotel posted signs saying no children under 5 years allowed - Yellow / Brown foam on the tub water appears daily, we believe this is a result of children under 5 defecating in the tub ALL DAY Adults who consume 8 to 10 alcoholic drinks over many hours and never leave their children alone in the tub during that time period may also contribute to this disgusting daily ritual The pool is cold and most of the ceramic tile is missing making it hard on your feet, cutting your toes The beach is absolutely beautiful - Far from the bar, waiters and rest rooms of course Food is not bad, refrigeration is sorely lacking ALL juices and drinks are in dispensers with cooling capability - But all are broken refridge wise making ALL soft drinks Luke warm to hot Left overs from lunch becomes dinner menu - Dinner left overs become breakfast - etc. Hot refried beans and cold wieners (referred to as sausages) are served breakfast, lunch and dinner ALL alcoholic drinks are the cheapest booze available, much too sweet and/ or salty The hotel claims it has TWO restaurants - Neither are opened simultaneously God is great, Beer is good cold and there is lots of it Staff are very nice and helpful Stay out of the hot tub and pool - Enjoy Ocean dips only - Drink only cold beer - Eat only the few good meals served each week and you will have a fine time

Grand Decameron Los Cabos: We enjoyed our stay

The Royal Decameron is an older resort. It is in need of some updating. But that doesn't mean you can not enjoy yourself there, especially if you are a Canadian attempting to get away from the cold of winter. Here are some pros. Good location. Nice beach. Very good/friendly staff. Good service. Many Canadians vacation here so you will be comfortable with the other vacationers. It is a small resort so you see the same people often. Most of the staff does not speak English. Coffee is provided in the room for the first day only. The daily activities are very limited. That could be improved considerably. The night entertainment was okay. One night was spectacular (3 Tenors). Michael Jackson night was good. Other nights were mostly dancing shows. I am going to give the Royal Decameron a rating of 3.5 out of 5.0.

Holiday Inn Resort Los Cabos: Clean no frill resort

Holiday inn is very adequate. Do not expect luxury. The rooms are clean, the view is not a sea view, it is peek a boo, but the gardens are very nice. The food is adequate, again not great. You must sign up for the one restaurant each day. The buffet is cold and not very good. The hotel is set quite far back from the sea, so no being rocked to sleep with the sound of the waves.

Marquis Los Cabos: Perfect Vacation!

This is an amazing resort! We spent a week in January & have absolutely nothing negative to say. The food, the premium alcohol, the staff, the view, the beach, the rooms all excellent!! We will definitely be back. Keep up the great work.

Riu Palace Baja California: Riu's Best

The Adult's only did not disappoint! The whole place was kept immaculate from the grounds to the rooms and washrooms and all food areas. Front desk service was the best I've ever experienced (in over 30 years of travelling to the south) The food in the buffet was better than most, and did not even tire od it in 2weeks.Even the house wine was better than most other all inclusives. Especially the Linaji Sauvignon Blanc, and some good Cabernet Sauvignon as well. A better steak could be had at the [... read more] Japanese Ala Carte than the Steakhouse. (no need to book in advance was the best) Pools were great with plenty of loungers. Only used the Spa for steam room as massages were pricey as usual. (good quality massages available in town for $17-30us dollars with professional service) the beach is clean, a bit hard for walking and not ideal for swimming, but the pools were excellent.

Tesoro Los Cabos: Best Location in Cabo

Great location for restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Very nice pool. If you’re going to plan on eating and drinking at many places, you can’t beat the location. I would definitely go back. ***They’ll try to sell you a vacation club membership. We unplugged our room phones and skipped the appointment***

Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos: Another wonderful time at the Hyatt Ziva!

Just back from 10 day vacation - the 2nd time at this resort. It has a great location - on the beach but can still walk into town. San Jose is such a cute little place with funky shops and some nice restaurants. The best part of this hotel is their staff. The staff are super nice and are always happy to help. Most of the rooms in the hotel have an ocean view. Although the ocean isn't really swimmable, its long and lovely to walk on. There's lots of pools with one specifically for kid's, a [... read more] couple of family pools (although one isn't heated) and an adults pool which is where we spent most of our time. It was pretty busy when we arrived (just after New Years) so one had to get up early in order to save a chair. That lasted for about a week and then things got back to normal. The hotel could stand to do some updating on their rooms. Although comfortable and always clean, they are starting to get outdated. They have the best breakfast buffet of all of the resorts we've visited however, the rest of the meals were really just average (sometimes less), including the a la carte restaurants. Wouldn't have taken much for them to tweak the meals to make them more of a 5 star rating.
