Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Beautiful Resort

This resort was fantastic. Great staff and Lance is Amazing as well as all front desk staff. Rooms were clean and comfy and I will definitely return soon to this resort. Jamaica is my favorite place to vacation. Love bringing girlfriend's here to share my love of Jamaica. 20 years and counting. My favorite getaway. People are amazing as well as hospitable. No better place for me to enjoy my Me time.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Not the best value for the money not a 4 1/2 star

The grounds were nice and the buffet dinning room was nice the hallways to your rooms were dirty the toilet didn't work properly and the room smelled of sewer smell some of the staff were rude in dealing with issues at the bar you were served before people in the line if you showed money

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Needs revamping !

Was excepting a 'bright, colorful' resort, no color. Everything was white and beige. Needs some re-decorating. Not enough information for guests, always asking for help/directions within the complex. We always vacation in Jamaica because we love the Jamaicans, they are very polite and happy people. But this resort, most employees seemed sad, or angry. NOT... was in Runaway Bay :-( Signs everywhere, that you cannot reserve the pool chairs, well that's a joke !! We woke up early one day, like 7am and there were always reserved chairs... Not enough chairs for everyone, some people were lying directly on the ground around the pool. Although, I would recommend this hotel for family with small children, great set up, lots to do for the kids!

Riu Montego Bay: Great service

Catalonia Montego Bay: Great Resort!

Fabulous beach, food was really good and the staff was top notch. Rooms were nice and clean and the beds were amazing! Nightly entertainment was pretty good too. So close to the airport which we loved as well...

Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach: Amazing resort

The resort was great, the room was big and clean, beds were very comfy and made daily, received clean towels daily and the little fridge was always filled with water,pop and beer. We had a private beach which was clean daily but the only thing that bothered me was the rocks but once u past them it was clear . The food was amazing, enough said on that subject. The grounds were clean and the view from are balcony was beautiful . All in all it was worth it .

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: PERFECT SPOT!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The resort is well maintained, clean and comfortable with a friendly staff. The food was fantastic! A great variety everyday. The pools were perfect, the beaches were great. Make sure you go to the beach on the family side of the resort. There seemed to be more space over there and they even have some trees that provide the shade you need at times. The water was clean, clear and warm. We liked the beach better than the pool. Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach: Nice resort

The ocean view from our fourth floor balcony was amazing. The grounds were well maintained. The pool was long enough to do lengths. There’s no shortage of beach chairs. The buffet restaurant was good for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I enjoyed a lot of the Jamaican food they introduced . Most of the staff members were very accommodating. Sunscape Splash: Valuable Resort for vacation

I think it's worth of my payment. The food, beach, facility are good enough for me. This resort is smaller comparing with others I have been. The staffs are friendly. I have to mention one thing. When we arrived resort, the staff told us we could have a breakfast at another 5 star resort next day with a resort staff, and we would offer a coupon of 100USD for this, we accepted because we think it is welcome breakfast - why not accept. On the coming morning, when we meet with the staff, I realiz [... read more]ed I misunderstand what they want - this is a kind of pure marking activity. The staff asked me some private questions and try to know previous vacations and how much I have paid for them. He persuaded us to be a member of their resort group in order to get discount in future. Actually, I don't like this marketing mode, I feel pressure for this. This activity last about 2 hours, really too long. I don't want limit my vacation destination by such a membership. This is what I don't like.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Amazing trip!!

This resort was incredible!! There was a huge selection for all eaters. There was NO lack of food for sure. The only complaint we heard from our whole group for the week was that there was too much food. No one ever wokr up hungry. Our group of 29 were impressed with the whole vacation. From the look of the resort..which was beautiful..to the rooms and the staff. The rooms do have a slight moldy smell at first...but thats to be expected since you are in the Caribbean!! The Wi-Fi was a little sketchy but we were there for our wedding not the internet. Drinks were too plentiful..and at times actually too strong to even drink lol. Really. The staff was amazing. Polite, helpful and a lot of fun!! The hotel offered many excursions which was great. Our group took the Dunns River tour and the Negril/Ricks Cafe tour..both well worth the money!! Definitely do the Negril tour to see 7 mile beach. Jamaica's most beautiful beach...the hotel beach isn't the best I've seen in Jamaica. But 7 Mile Beach is gorgeous!! We wouldn't recommend the shopping trips at all...too many venfors with the same things and wayyy too aggressive. The disco was a good time. We spend a few nights there!! Absolutely would go back...and have already recommended to friends and family!!!!

Magnificent resort Great food Great staff Lovely beaches Clean, spacious rooms Activities available for those interested My concierge kept in touch and met every need I had. I was extremely pleased with vacation and would definately go back. I have already told my friends about it.

Riu Ocho Rios: Great Experience

Extremely clean resort with staff who obviously care about their guests. High quality tasty food, no reservations ever required for a-la-carte meals. Clock radios and Coffee Makers missing in some rooms - no biggie!

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Runaway Bay, Lux Grand Bahai Principe

Our accommodation were great, we were disappointed in that we asked for two beds and a pool or sea view. We were told that they did NOT receive this request and in future we were to PERSONALLY phone and request this. The resort was SUPERB Beautiful, Cleanliness outstanding, staff incredibly friendly and accommodating, food was good. Entertainment FIRST CLASS, This was our first time in Jamaica and were we concerned about safety etc. We felt SAFE, WELL looked after, Welcomed and LOVED it.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Very nice resort

The hotel was constantly being serviced and tended and it showed. The restaurants were very well stocked and the grounds were beautiful. The beaches were not 100%, but adequate. Access to wifi was limited.

Riu Ocho Rios: Beautiful resort

The resort and grounds were beautiful. The beach was large, white sand and turquoise water, great buffet with lots of variety , easy to find seating and nightly entertainment was excellent! Great location, 10 min cab ride to Dunn’s river falls.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Amazing Vacation Resort

Would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking to book in Jamaica. Staff was friendly and attentive, grounds and facilities were kept spotless and rooms were updated (Lady Hamilton side)..... very close for day trips to Nigril and only 45 minutes from the airport. Small beach area but completely private. Pool area was amazing (largest in Jamaica).... there were lots of lounge chairs and shaded areas for everyone.... never felt crowded even though the resort was at max capacity [... read more]. Food was good at all restaurants and only for the Asian restaurant did we require a reservation. VERY RELAXING..... Would definitely book again!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Great vacation

We had a great time at the Grand Bahia Principe! We travelled as three couples - food was excellent, pool and beach were beautiful. Small problems with our rooms - fixed quickly. Would definitely go back! Some staff were a bit pushy about tips but overall the staff were great!

This is a very well maintained facility with well appointed rooms. The staff at the facility are very friendly and ready to answer your questions. The beaches are white sand Nd pristine. You will feel very safe inside the compound.

We went a second time and up graded room. Not sure why now. Our room was exactly the same , other than we had to listen to a noisy fan from on the roof of the steak house. Complained first day and asked to be moved. Didnt get moved because they were fully booked. Didn’t get the view we were promised either. Our travelling companions asked for two beds,as they are not a couple...nope...single bed...because double bedded rooms are saved for couples with children. Wow. Really. So two grown men h [... read more]ad to suffer with one bed and a couch. This was the upgrade. Never again. Didn’t enjoy flying transat either. Felt like a sardine. No window on the way home. Hot as hades in the plane. What a crappy flight. Will def go back someday, but not this resort or flight company.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Not worth the money

We were group of 8, luckily we had a fun with each other, if not that it would be disastrous. Rooms were great and clean, that is the only positive thing about this resort , food was not so great, two out of of us got food poisoning, beach wa ugly, rocks and weeds everywhere, could not swim at all, we were going every day to Grand Bahia beach. Coffee was terrible, to get an espresso we needed to beg every day . And on the top there were days they were out of coffee, same thing with a teas, o [... read more]ne day they have one kind and never again. It is a shame luxury hotel to be out of basic things. People are not ver friendly, only few of them were very nice, tennis guy Kevaughan, he would even help at the lobby, and few more people, other than that, people were not nice at all. Entertainment was very poor, lobby had one piano and one guy was screaming with it. Does not worth the money at all!
