Dreams Vallarta Bay Resort and Spa: Amazing Honeymoon

This was our second time at the Now Amber resort. This time our vacation was for our honeymoon and it was an amazing time! The food is amazing, the people are so warm and friendly and the hotel is just stunning and very clean.

Crown Paradise Golden: fantastic place

Hotel, room, beach and all restaurants very clean and staff going out of they way to make your stay a happy one. Food was excellent and plenty, so were the drinks. weather was also great. Tour to the city great.

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: September at the Royal Decameron

This was the second visit to this resort. I would go again if the price was right. Last time the shows were finominal and the kids club group were great! This time the shows were mediocre and the kids club staff didn't engag the older kids. The food was ok but not much selection. The wait staff were great and the beds were comfortable.

Fiesta Americana Riviera Nayarit: Great getaway

This hotel is in a great location. Nice Sandy beach with a few different pools. Staff are attentive and very nice. Food is good and varied. Restaurants are easy to get into with no reservations required.

Canto Del Sol: super clean super friendly

This was our 2nd stay at this resort. In June we were there for a week and decided to return for two weeks in Sept.The staff is 1st rate facilities are continually being cleaned and the food was very good, so good in fact we only used 1 of our 7 ala cart coupons as the food in the diningroom was great. We will definately return to this resort and have recommended it to our friends on numerous occasions.

Riu Vallarta: Not so 5 star!

FD staff is not very friendly and does not want to provide service at all! Servers and bartender were friendly! Food was good! A la carte not that great! Bed was really hard! Overall resort was just ok..

Riu Flamingos: Happy experience

Grounds and room very clean; food excellent; asian restaurant not to par and one or two of the staff there abrupt; almost all other staff of the hotel friendly and helpful; Suggestion: some rooms could be set aside for seniors where the toilets bowl higher, the shower booths equipped with a device seniors could call for help in emergency

Riu Vallarta: Extremely helpful , friendly, Outgoing

Now understand I think it was very close to 100% First time I went there was people smoking in Disco & no problems were caused & this time people were asked to leave & the rule should be just no smoking or drinks on Dane Floor, My other suggestion is more quallity snack available for late evenings like fries or personal pizza. Now its only my opinion , I'm going back no matter what. And move Isreal from pool bar back to bar by theater , he had the ability to get people involved in fun and social [... read more]izing with others you did not know just laughs and fun. I will say I tip above the average tip but these people give 100% to try make you happy & comfortable.. I will there was a couple minor problems but I am the type that will bring it to their attention & they were rectifying immediatly.. Enjoy Just about pool, people using tables in the pool who smoke and fill up plastic cups with butts & leave them to be knocked into pool, try think of others & have some respect for people & staff.

Riu Flamingos: Thiefs in RIU PALACE

I originally booked for Riu Jalisco but when we went there they told us it is full of locals so they are going to upgrade us to Riu Palace. They sent us to Riu Palace and we had the worst time in there! To think that a 5 start hotel will be better than all of them but NO IT WASN'T. RIU PALACE stole from our Room twice. First they stole a pack of smokes which is not a big deal but than they stole my wife's Michael Kors purse!! A purse that you cant fit in the safe so we left it hidden and they we [... read more]nt through our stuff and stole it. That's a shame and it is so low for a 5 star hotel

Villa Premiere Boutique Hotel and Romantic Getaway: Best food in town!

Hacienda Buenaventura Hotel and Mexican Charm: A resort with personality!

Me and my family had a great time at this hotel. The staff was really friendly and professional always willing to help, the rooms were clean, the entertaining was great, the food was excellent and diversified, the overall organization was really good. We would go back again.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: great resort

Great resort...my 3rd time staying at a grand Palladium....I've stayed at the one near playa del carmen mexico and in lucea near montego bay jamaica. This one was smaller than the previous 2. But it was nice :) 1st room we got the AC didn't work that well but they changed our room :)

Riu Palace Pacifico: Great resort

Very clean, quiet resort with a helpful staff. Good food in both the buffet and the a la carte restaurants. Short cab ride to town but still far enough away to be secluded. I would highly recommend this resort over the Riu Vallarta or Riu Jalisco. Well worth the extra $$$.

Canto Del Sol: Canto Del Sol *****

My wife and I Stayed at this resort in June 2014, the resort is small but that what we wanted don't have to go too far for anything, the place is clean,clean,clean, the Service is better than any 5* I've been to, we couldn't even walk to the snack bar our server was right there , he says no no Ill get it you relax WOW! Villa Premiere Boutique Hotel and Romantic Getaway: Amazing food?

We have been to a few bigger hotels in Puerto Vallarta,and even though they were Beautiful,the Food and service in this smaller Boutique Hotel,blew us away!Adult only was a treat we had been looking for,and no matter if something wasn't on the menu,they went out of their way to prepare it.Gourmet style all the way!

Riu Flamingos: Good time at Riu Jalisco

We had a wonderful vacation at Riu Jalisco. The initial room did not have an pleasant view and we requested a ocean view room which was given to us in the next day. Very nice pools, grounds, beach ; good evening shows and movies on the beach. Very good customer service, food and drinks as well. This is our fourth vacation in PV,and I recommend this resort.

Decameron Los Cocos Guayabitos Ramada: DeCameron Guyabitos - excellent staff!

Lovely people live in this area. Staff are always cleaning. Some buildings are older and are constantly being maintained. Very relaxing with many options throughout the property to go. We have been here twice before and we will return!

Friendly Fun Vallarta: The name says it all

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable, however maid service was inconsistent as towels and cups were not replaced daily. Food was good and tasty. Definitely would recommend to others.

Riu Palace Pacifico: 4th time here should say it all !!

Like the "smaller feel" to this particular RIU We have been to this property 4 times now and have enjoyed each visit. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the food is better than average and the Mexican and Japanese fine dining restaurants were our favorite.
