Hyatt Vivid Cancun: Lovely resort
Nice place, clean and modern! The Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Amazing pools especially on a rooftop are unforgettable memories. Food, drinks and service were great in restaurants, bars and other facilities. A small issue was with housekeeping one day, they missed to clean room but when I called they sent immediately a housekeeper. In general the stay was enjoyable!
Riu Santa Fe: Great resort
Great people and staff, food and service was excellent, big resort but designed perfectly were everything is within 5 minutes walking distance, beautiful beach and water slides for kids and adults. Entertainment shows we’re fantastic for whole family. Weather was just perfect
Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Amazing resort
The hotel is very good and clean Good service The restaurant is very good and have good menus Transfer from airport isn't perfect, no clear information haw to reach service and bus. Activities at pool and hotel are good.staff is very friendly
Paradisus Playa del Carmen: Loved this resort!
This resort was absolutely beautiful and the staff was so accommodating and nice. The food was one of the best for all the resorts I have been to. Also loved the room service option. I would highly recommend!
Planet Hollywood Cancun by Royalton: Would def go back
Great resort, very clean, great food, lots to do, my in laws did have an issue with their reservation, they said it had been cancelled, they did get a room and it figured out with a few phone calls not sure who’s fault that was, Tripcentral? West jet? Hotel?
Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya: Below average
I have been to this hotel twice the last 6 months. From the first time I visited till my recent visit the hotel has changed management. The change has not been for the better. The Hyatt group should bring it back up to Secrets standards. Will not return again.
Riu Flamingos: Great Vaca
Hotel was beautiful clean helpful staff Gorgeous beach, can walk for miles along Pacific Great entertainment at night Although a lot going on at times still could relax quietly and read Front desk and bell hops so helpful of where to go off resort
Sheraton Buganvilias Puerto Vallarta Hotel: our second visit! but this tine with our kids!
We loved it the first time but its better even than we remembered the gardens lusher, the palms taller, we loved having a breakfast with the kids, and hearing their plans for the day,. Watching the frigate birds soaring gracefully, the Harris hawk I loved the call of the Grackles and what's with the sweet and Low, do they have a secret black market. we met lively family from Saskatoon who shared they're protective eyewear during the Eclipse and had the sweetest wee dog! The kids fell for Mexi [... read more]
Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Not great
Grounds were nice pools good our room was terrible flood from AC unit fan and Ac not working moved rooms next day didn’t want to move at 3 in the morning. Food was nice until I got diarrhea 3rd day then food wasn’t so good beach couldn’t swim seaweed and black water . Bad experience
Krystal Grand Cancun: Mostly a fantastic experience
We really loved our Oceanview suite in Altitude building, from March 30-April 9th. 10th floor provided an amazing view of the increadible beach and turquoise water. Resteraunts were all great and staff were even better. Our favorite was Risotto, but also loved Ayami, both from menu or tepanaki table. The staff really made the trip, even better. Javir our Altitude bartender was increadible. Amazing beach service for food and drinks! Citrus special is our new favorite. Bartenders in main bui [... read more]
Riu Flamingos: Outdated resort
The hotel is really started to need upgrades, the bottom of the pools are starting to fall apart and you’re always stepping on the broken pieces. The beach is nice, we saw dolphins and wales swimming from the beach which was a nice surprise. The food was mediocre, but not much of a new selection from day to day. The staff were nice and friendly. Worst part about the trip here was ourselves (my wife, 2 sons and myself) plus at least 12 other people we spoke to all got very sick, vomitting, di [... read more]
Breathless Cancun Soul: Ok resort
Definitely read the reviews before you come. We were disappointed in a few things . First , no beach not private right beside a public access to the beach right beside a lot of tour boats , lots of kids crowded and no beach as it’s covered in seaweed ( all over though) . We traveled in a group of 12 and bc you can’t reserve any restaurants ( first come first serve ) we had to wait long lengths to eat dinner . Few of the days the buffet was closed for dinner which made the wait even longer . Ver [... read more]
TRS Yucatan: Beautiful resort!
Our first time at this resort and it was amazing! Beautiful grounds and beautiful pools. From the moment you arrive to the time we checked out the level of service was extraordinary. Best of any resort that we have visited. Our room was beautiful and the butler’s were excellent. Food quality was great and catered to my husband’s gluten allergy. My only complaint was the beach area. Very small and far from the resort.
Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Great resort
Bus ride from airport to resort is long but Beautifully kept resort. Food in restaurants were amazing. Will definitely return. Staff are so friendly and their English is good for the most part. I would definitely recommend this resort to others.
Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres: This resort has it all.
This resort was amazing!! Having travelled to numerous resorts over the last 20 years (25+ trips) this resort has figured it out. There is designated areas for families, adults (no kids) and club members, each having their own little resort inside the Grandpalladium complex. They have a lot of the restaurants, coffee shops, sports bar, sky bar and theatre all in the same vicinity calling it the village, this is also great as there is a nice atmosphere in the evenings for people to enjoy. All res [... read more]
Catalonia Playa Maroma: We do not like this resort!
They have let the Caoti run ramped. They stole my large beach bag, opened the zipper and spread the contents in the bushes. I never found my reading glasses or my container of pills. They gather around when you are eating and help themselves to your food. They are not afraid of people! There is no escape for adults from screaming children at the pool. There needs to be a quiet area by the pool for adults who have paid for Privileged status. The music by the pool is louder than it needs to be. [... read more]
Riu Emerald Bay: Great Resort
Hotel grounds and the beach were beautiful, as was the ocean view room we stayed in. Staff were great too. General buffets and the snack bar were delicious, but the specialty restaurants were a little disappointing; could only get into two of them, and one was also a buffet, with pretty underwhelming fare. Still very happy with our stay though!
Secrets Huatulco: Beautiful quiet resort
The resort was beautiful and the grounds were always looked after. The pools were amazing and we had a swim out that we used a lot with a floatie. The service was incredible and the people are extremely friendly, hospitable and very appreciative. I can’t say enough about how accommodating they were. The food was very good but Castaways was closed most of the time due to private events. This was frustrating for people who were preferred as they couldnt make use of that upgrade. Preferred is defin [... read more]
Riu Emerald Bay: Nice Resort
Liked: the location, the beach, the staff, the food. Needed more elevators, and palapas on the beach (Palm trees not providing enough shade), not much insulation between units and floors; heard a lot of noise from the neighbors.
Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Old resort
Resort was old. Didn't have servers to get drinks for you at pool and sitting area. Rooms old. Patio door had gaps on each side to outside. Food was okay, but alot of same food. Any excursions you had to pay for a taxi to get to them
