Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Excellent Resort
The resort is a home away from home. Perfect blend of rainforest and the beach. Cozy cottage and beach decor. Amazing staff that goes out of their way to make their customers happy. Taster food, clean beach not so crowded and the wellness programs and activities were awesome. Special thanks to Irem, our Yoga teacher, Lizbeth the PR manager( she made us feel extremely special and comfortable) and Alexandro who was the activities Center employee. He was very helpful, friendly and made our stay ext [... read more]
Grand Riviera Princess: Ok Resort
The experience was "ok" all around. Not as good as resorts I've stayed at, or as bad. Unfortunately the hospitality was lacking, as was the general cleanliness. The entertainment staff were wonderful all around, and kept the day active and fun. There are many pools to try out, each with a unique vibe, depending on the mood your in. Seaweed was awful (and an awful smell - don't get a room close to the beach! I couldn't open my balcony) but this isn't the hotel's fault in any way - they really [... read more]
Ocean Riviera Paradise: ORP - Privilege Junior Suite Swim Up - All Inclusive

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Amazing Resort
We are booked in Bahia Prinsipe Coba the receptionist upgrade us to Bahia Prinsipe Sian Ka'an Luxury, it's amazing Resort, the stuff is very friendly and helpful, the room is clean the food is fabulous everyday are different, from breakfast to dinner the food is amazing We will come back next year with family and friends
Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Bahia Principe Akimal
I was expecting more…it was average and looked like the Coba and Tulum resorts which were supposed to be a step below the Akimal and Sian Kaan resorts which were all on the same property. Buffet meals were average at best and the ala carte dinners were better. Our AC wasn’t that great and apparently that is how it is in the buildings. We stayed in the all adults section and the concierge service was good. The staff were all helpful, nice and generally amazing overall. That was proba [... read more]
Barcelo Maya Palace: Watch out for the baggage charges
I wasn't told about the $160 baggage charges. Lady at the Chek in counter told me these tickets were lowest class tickets so that we have to pay extra $80 each way for 2 luggage. We were a couple with a child. Not happy that we're weren't told about the extra charges at the time of booking. I am not sure if I will deal with the trip central again.
Barcelo Maya Colonial: Great resort!
Amazing time at Barcelo Colonial in Maya Riviera. . So cool to have access to other Barcelo properties. Food was amazing. So much to see and do. First time in Mexico would definitely go back. Miss it already! Thank you Karol C for everything!! ðŸ˜
Barcelo Maya Colonial: Wonderful Resort
We enjoyed every minute of staying at this resort. The customer service was great and the hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The food was very good and had good variety. We could try four of the restaurants and all of them were great.
Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Slightly disappointed
The food and our room were excellent and the staff were friendly. There bars did not always have the beer you requested. The service varied between excellent and very poor. The complex is starting to look dated and needs a touch of lipstick .This was our second time to the Hideaway sadly it will be our last.
Ocean Riviera Paradise: Amazing and Beautiful Resort!
A place to go with the kids for sure. Friendly staff and amazing facilities. The number of things to do within the resort kept us busy and its truly a family oriented resort. Did not even leave the resort except for their shopping tour which is a free option. Cannot go wrong in terms of cost and the value. Will definitely go back.
Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Great family vacations
The Iberostar Paraiso Beach Hotel offered more than i expected. Our travel agent recommended it. So we went there, our arrival was smooth, from the very arrival the personnel was very nice and eager to help. The lobby clerk offered to upgrade our room to be closer to the beach, and we took it. I have to say from what we've experience, every room location was good and is close to places you want to go to within the resort, like for the beach, fitness center, one of the many restaurants, one o [... read more]
Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Amazing resort
This hotel was beautifully designed landscaping were very impressive! My room was clean daily on time with fresh toiletries and the mini fridge was stocked daily. The restaurants and foods prepared were mouth watering. Didn’t visit the buffet for dinner and lunches… I’m giving this hotel 9/10 only because of the beaches. I hope they will have more swimming area for the sea lovers like myself.
Grand Sunset Princess: Amazing resort
We had a great relaxing trip, we loved the a’la carte restaurants especially the steak house and Italian, we were disappointed in the Mexican which I expected to be fantastic considering it was Mexico. We had a junior suite and was happy with our room no issues what do ever.
The Sens Riviera: Amazing Resort!
We are a family of 4 and got a spacious room, with all amenities in the hotel. Although the room we got was not luxury, all the required needs and services were there for us. The reception facility was, at the initial stage, giving quite dull and darker feelings; but it was well-organized and the process of registration was quite fast. The recently renovated hotel premises, with white buildings and over 5 spacious well-maintained swimming pools for adults, family and kids, including sea-facing o [... read more]

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Great Resort
This is our second time there and we plan on coming again , food is okay but the wildlife and the kindness of the staff makes it really great , we love this place and never regret going. Wildlife alone is amazing!
Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Great place. Great staff. No Vibe
Hi. My wife and 2 teens went to the resort miss August. The season left us without a beach, as there so much sea weed washed up on sore. Smelled really bad. But that is Mother Nature. Not the resort. The food was good (not great but good) staff tested you well and always willing to help. Very nice rooms. We did the diamond club. Which gave you a few perks. I don’t think I used any of them. My only real complaint was the lack of music in every single pool area. Which made for a blend of diffe [... read more]
Occidental at Xcaret Destination: Beautiful Resort
The rooms are nice, the resort itself is wonderful, very beautiful and the staff were amazing. Hotel is cut into the jungle and the beach portion was very nice. Pools were excellent and never trouble getting chairs. If you are a true beach person this is not the resort for you but the beach part they have is nice and plenty of fish to see snorkeling.
Allegro Playacar: Quaint smaller resort
Hotel grounds are immaculate, very lush and well maintained. Rooms are clean, and our request were taken care of. No problem food wise...if I had any downside opinions, it would be...no after hours snack bar & coffee service.
