Gran Muthu Imperial: Great vacation and resort

The hotel was great. Everything (lobby, rooms, and grounds) were clean and maintained. The staff were friendly and the service was great. The buffet had a good selection for breakfast and dinner. We had a fabulous time.

Hotel Vigia: Great resort - great value

The resort is not the fanciest on the island nor the most comfortable to sleep, however you are going to Cuba for the ocean and this is a great spot. The Gardeners are the nicest people on the resort but everyone is equally as nice. Food is good. Gets bland and repetitive but you won't get sick. Entertainment was fun. Pool is nice. I would go back.

Hotel Mojito: Awesome trip at the Iberostar Mojito!!

The Iberostar Mojito is just as beautiful as I remembered from my last trip in 2012. Everything was perfect! Our only issue was that we booked and paid for a superior room but were given a regular room. There really wasn't anything wrong with the regular room and would have stayed put, but we had paid $150 more for the upgraded room. After a day and half we got moved to the room we paid for. ( I've had stuff stolen from a resort in Varadero before ) All the staff here are wonderful and so very friendly. I would definitely return!

Hotel Camino del Mar: Loved it !

Wonderful staff, great food and an amazing beach! We had a great vacation. Lots to do, beach volleyball, foam party, aquafit, bingo and other special events. Rooms could use some updates and had some issues with the toilets. But overall would recommend this resort!

Sol Cayo Coco: Very nice resort

Second time there and will definitely come back. Grounds well kept, beautiful beaches, food very good for 3,5* resort. Very friendly stuff and almost no mosquitos:). Resort is small so you'll feel familiar with everything around in a moment.

Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: Good!!!

They staff and entertainment was amazing.The beach was beautiful and the beer was cold. The food was not the greatest but we did not starve. We did not pay alot for the trip so we were not disappointed.

Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: Great resort.

This resort, although large, has the most gorgeous beach I have seen. Lots of chairs with lots of Palapas huts. A wide white beach with amazing clear water to swim in. As per expected, the food was not terrific. Lots of it with a huge buffet but often not terrific. Melia Jardines del Rey: Awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was the worst vacation i have ever been on. I got really sick for all the bugs that was at the hotel. I have to seek medical attention from the staff at the resort and believe me it was bad. The medical staff was the greatest but the hotel staff was not so much. I found myself shaking my head at the disrespect i seen in how the staff treated not only other guests but each other. I will never return to this resort because of this experience. I know that this has nothing to d [... read more]o with you or your company but you need to know this is not a great place to stay.

Hotel Playa Paraiso: Great Resort!

We thought the grounds were really nice. We were close to everything but, the beach. That was okay though because, it made it better for the Grand kids. Very clean resort. Never ran out of toilet paper anywhere. Lots of activities for everyone. Humber was great by the pool. He did most of the aquafit classes. The food could've been better. Found the chicken and pork were over cooked. Not enough bread. Other than that we didn't starve.

Muthu Colonial Hotel: Love this place

We have been here a few times now and we love it. The food is fantastic the people are kind and always willing to help if something is wrong. The beach is amazing and the pools are great too. No place is perfect and things can go wrong we had an issue with our washroom and we were immediatley moved to another room. Very accommodating we will be back!!

Iberostar Origin Playa Pilar: Pleasantly surprised!!

We got to the resort in the afternoon. We had a quick check in and were able to hit the beach within a few hours. Hector was courteous and pleasant! The food was good, fresh and plentiful! One could not starve at this resort! The grounds were meticulous! Ernesto and his crew do an awesome job at keeping everything beautiful! The resort takes pride in their cleanliness and do just about anything to make sure you are happy and content. I cannot wait to go there again soon!

Iberostar Origin Playa Pilar: Friendly Hotel

The hotel has a pleasant area to relax and play cards and spend time with other guests. The food is very good, a great selection for all tastes. The staff is very friendly, and helpful. I am looking forward to spend another vacation here.

Melia Jardines del Rey: Great Resort

We Loved the resort. A lot of walking which we loved. Beach is beautiful. Staff was super. Only complaint would be that they do not stock the fridge with beer or supply coffee in the room everyday. Would definitely go back!

Gran Muthu Imperial: exceeded expectations

exceptional new resort. we were a bit concerned after reading online reviews of "room to improve" but we were delighted by the service , staff friendliness, impeccable rooms and good food. Each day they seemed to "up their game" with new improvements such as fresh flowers in main areas, more reception and animation staff, top shelf drinks, observing kitchen and dining flow. Hotel Mojito: Great resort!!!

No bad things to say about this resort. The food was pretty good...something for everyone...the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The beach was lovely with a lot of palapas. The adult pool had a self serve non alcoholic bar which was lovely. Nightly entertainment was wonderful.....lots of activities for the kids. The only negative was the Canadian dollar suffered big time..after the resort took its 5% cut our dollar came out with only 0.67 cents. Grand Muthu Cayo Guillermo: Remarkable

The people are beautiful! Right from the welcome song to the cleaning service. The warmth and kindness made everything pleasurable. The beach is lovely. The grounds are well kept and the pools are wonderful! We made friends and memories to last a lifetime! We will return.

Starfish Cayo Guillermo: Gran Caribe Cayo Guillermo March 2019

Hotel it is rather dated but the staff and the ambiance is really nice to relax and have a good time, I paid a steal for 4 days with mom and sister and we had low expectations from the start. The rooms are dated and TV has one channel, bed sheets were clean but not changed everyday, you have to take them off and put on the floor for them to change it.The pressure of the water in the bathroom was awesome no issues and the AC worked well. I would take the soy sauce from the buffet and give it to the cook to season my fish before grilling. I stayed away from chicken and beef as it is taken raw and out on the grill in front of you.I did not go to cuba or chose this hotel for the food but because it was very affordable and for the beach. Excursions: we did the sailboat and snorkeling and it was awesome!!!\ we also took the double Decker bus to the market but really it's the ride that is awesome but nothing exciting at the market that you cannot get at the store at the hotel or at the airport when flying out. I would go back for the same price for sure with my husband bit not with my kids. Honestly if you get a great deal and go with low expectations you will have fun.

Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: AMAZING BEACH AND STAFF

This was our second time to the hotel. We stayed in building 3, it was clean and housekeeping and the fridge were done daily. We always had water and water pressure 90% of the time. The beach has doubled in size since a few years back. So there's no more Coral. It is stunning and a great place for sunsets and swimming. There's a few bars at the beach and some games. The staff make the vacation way better. Thank you for being there. The nightly entertainment is above par. Been to approx 15 all inclusives and they have the best shows, don't miss any. The choreography is so great. Lighting on the resort could be improved. But they were improving path lighting when we were there. The shop on site had a wide variety of items, and there's a market 5 mins walk. 5 dollars for the bus to take you to a bigger market or Pilar Beach. We would return. Mm and try the rice at the buffet. The disco has been turned into a beautifully air conditioned sports bar, with fantastic service and drinks. They need to update their mattress.

Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: Nice Resort

The grounds were beautiful. It was well kept up. The food was ok nothing spectacular. We didn't have great water pressure but the rooms were clean and fairly well kept up. The staff was very friendly especially the staff st the Buffet restaurant.

Grand Muthu Cayo Guillermo: Amazing room

The room we had looked over the infinity pool and was fifty feet from the ocean shore it was beyond amazing all I ever dreamed of, we stayed in the new Mithu adult only resort it had a few bugs to work out but overall rooms,service was good. The food was disappointing pretty standard for Cuba. There was no sandy beach at this hotel yet however they are working on :creating one . I would definitely go back!
