Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: It was the best vacation I have had in a long time I did not want to come home

everybody at the Hotel were amazing so friendly treated me great not one issue did I have with anybody at this Hotel best every and I will go twice back this year for sure loved it the food was amazing the people were also amazing as was all of the staff they new I traveled alone so were great with me could not do enough for me

Being a fairly new resort the rooms, grounds and facilities were clean and well maintained. Cleaning staff did a very good job. The food was equal to that which can be found at most good resorts with a good variety of choices - jerk chicken hut was my go-to.....delicious!! Kudos to Kevin! Entertainment staff were excellent - lots of fun and hilarity. Beach was clean and although rather small it never felt crowded. Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Did not meet my all my expectation as per Tv advertisement .

Architecturally; Grandiose ,Landscaping; Spectacular , Location; Superb Beach: Needs improvement to foar from the hotel tomany black spots and stoney areas not a good swim. Lobby area; Bathrooms too far from general entrance areas and insufficient signage especially for newly arriving guest who need to use the facility quickly upon arrival. Dirty running shoes , the entertainment representative are properly attired so should be the performers . The welcoming four piece band/ group would be a better choice at night , I finish dinner at 9:30 entertainment was over at 10 one night it was over at 9Pm. Retractable Awning for for areas subjected to rain (ie) steps leading to public areas and hand bars for stairs leading to dining areas. This could be treacherous for the elderly and very dangerous when wet. Hospitality representative need more training include supervisors, they need to be more vigilant of and understand the need for being so. For me to recommend this hotel I need to pay a second visit. I was able to state my concern to a public relations officer and was very please with the response received from the public relation manager. I was invited to a private meeting , he was very professional and promised that he will would bringing my concerns to the next staff meeting. The hospitality / severs discriminates by assumption that a black person is not going to leave a tip or if they do it's not going worth the effort therefore we are ignored. I was told this when I made my booking , but I prefered to get find out if this was true and it sure was. I will return some time to again access it.

Catalonia Montego Bay: Love the Holiday Inn

This is a great resort for a 3-3.5 star property. People are great. Food is excellent. Rooms are nice. Beaches are great. Accessible resort. Rewards for returning customers or rewards program. Live music most nights. Superbowl Party a lot of fun.

Riu Ocho Rios: Amazing!!

We had a wonderful time at the Riu! The hotel was very well maintained and always spotless. The food was great and always a great variety. The beach was very nice and the water was a beautiful shade of torquise. Staff was amazing, always helpful and personable. Definitely will return to this lovely resort.

Riu Ocho Rios: beautiful resort

The beach, and the pools were beautiful! The food was delicious! My main complaint is the musty smell in the rooms, and our shower water was either ice cold or scalding hot....no in between. It took three phone calls to have issue fixed. Over all such a pretty resort, very relaxing with a great variety of food!

Royalton Blue Waters: Great Family Destination

Our family of four spent a week at the Royalton Blue Waters at the end of January, 2018. This was our second trip to Jamaica and our favorite so far! The staff were wonderful and took time to make us feel welcome always ensuring that we had everything we needed. The resort is stunning and the landscaping is beautiful. We really enjoyed the beautiful white sand beach, the pools, lazy river and water slides were great for our kids (ages 7 and 10). The rooms are spacious, clean and modern with a balcony facing an amazing ocean view. There were a few issues with hot water a couple days however it did not hamper our vacation - we survived as everything else was perfect!

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: First time won't be the last!!!

This was our first trip to Jamaica for my husband and myself. We picked the Luxury Bahia Runaway Bay after researching many resorts. This is a newer resort and is absolutely fantastic and beautiful. We chose a sea view with pool view on the 4th floor thanks to TripCentral as well. The resort is all inclusive and Adults Only which was great. The rooms, service, food and employees at the resort are all awesome. Very clean in all aspects of the resort and if we needed anything we called the front d [... read more]esk and were promptly attended to. The staff are extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Our room was kept clean on a daily basis and the mini bar stocked up continuously. We encountered no problems during our flight or stay which was 8 days and have not stopped talking about next years trip...yes back to Luxury Bahia..

Melia Braco Village: Great Resort

The resort size I thought was perfect (smaller than most), very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful, food was very good. The Adventure Park is a nice addition, especially for younger people but every age were taking part. Enjoyed the bicycle tour. Beach wasn't amazing -- quite a lot of coral washes in that's a little hard on the feet at times. I would recommend water shoes.

Resort was out dated, rooms need mush help. Staff not very friendly. golfing was terrible staff at the pro shop very rude Over all Food was good. Room staff were good. Beach was very small but cleaned every morning.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Amazing

Everything was really amazing, I would have like to be treated equally because I'm black they all assume we're Jamaica so the didn't give us much of their time like the were treating the other guests 😂But That was only in the buffet restaurant. But we had fun

Riu Reggae: Fantastic time!!

This was our first time at an adult only resort and we are so happy with our choices! This resort was just the right size, everything was so close, the bars, the rooms, and the bathrooms!! This resort was so clean, and right on the beach! Our room was Ocean front, large with a great baloney overlooking the pool area. The service right from the time we arrived to the restaurants and bars was wonderful. Our every need was met and we are already making plans to return.

Grand Decameron Montego Beach: Scenic Resort

This resort has the best beach on the island. With an amazing activity staff, there is lots to do for every age group. If you want fun, entertainment, good food and very friendly staff, this is your hotel. It is a 3* but you will not even know it once your holiday begins. Non stop fun, beautiful beach, beautiful sunsets. Loved our 1st trip to Jamaica. Thank you friendly people of Jamaica xo

Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall: Awesome resort!

This was our second visit to Hyatt Ziva in 3 years. We are over the moon pleased with Hyatt Ziva, it’s services, staff, and above all, exemplary customer service! We met some amazing guests and used every chance we had to promote this resort, assuring them we are coming back for a third visit in 2020. From the groundskeepers to housekeepers, they were genuinely happy to serve. We could all take away a lesson from a community in despair and challenging times. Melia Braco Village: So easy to love it there!

We loved it all! After you get used to the humidity. The rooms, the food, the service, the entertainment, the beach and pools! Wow! These folks know how to host a party! Loved our servers! Everyone has such good energy and they seem to really care about you.

Grand Decameron Montego Beach: Great time

The views from the rooms as well as pools and dining areas are fantastic. Everyone works hard and is very friendly. Food great. They have an assortment of things to do,and walking on hip strip was safe during the day.

Mangos Boutique Beach Resort: Would not recomend this resort

Was not worth the money at all! Would not ever return to this spot. Which is sad because the staff were great to us but! Its so run down its unbelievable. The room was adequate the bed comfy the fridge and air conditioner worked. The grounds when we arrived were so full of litter that I asked for a garbage bag to clean up where I wanted to sit before I could relax. Other than the walkways the area is very swampy which caused me to be eaten alive by mosquito's. We met some amazing people at this resort that really made our stay what it was. The beach was littered with coral which you couldn't see during high tide very dangerous! Good point listened to the ocean to sleep every night. I expressed to my friend and travelling partner I feel like I'm visiting the swiss family Robinson family. Somebody needs to put some time and money into this place!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Okay resort

It’s a very big hotel. The food is good if you decide to eat at their different restaurants. However, if you like the buffet, after a few days you get tired of the food because of the repetition of the same foods. This hotel need to work closely with their housekeepers staffs. Because every day we had to asked for rags. The whole time we stayed there, not once were we giving two towels. Not acceptable. To us, if felt a little too pressured. And it doesn’t help the vacation feeling. Lastly, the bus needs to make a bathroom stop since there isn’t any onboard. Thanks.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Everything i needed

Great place, the room we stayed in was great! We had an amazing view. Staff were friendly but sometime I felt like I was in their way or a bother. Could be just the laid back culture. I dunno. And food was good enough. Was hoping for more jerk chicken. Definitely recommend!

Mangos Boutique Beach Resort: not what we thought

Mango's we paid 1225.00 for this and the description on line and what it was - two different things. Pictures need to be updated as well. NOW the pool and people staff was wonderful the entertainment lots of fun great time! the ocean was so close because its small no way to get in because to rocky that's not their fault. the garbage needs more attention well, we asked for a bag so we could clean and be comfortable where we wanted to sit.
