Riu Reggae: Fantastic time!!

This was our first time at an adult only resort and we are so happy with our choices! This resort was just the right size, everything was so close, the bars, the rooms, and the bathrooms!! This resort was so clean, and right on the beach! Our room was Ocean front, large with a great baloney overlooking the pool area. The service right from the time we arrived to the restaurants and bars was wonderful. Our every need was met and we are already making plans to return.

Grand Decameron Montego Beach: Scenic Resort

This resort has the best beach on the island. With an amazing activity staff, there is lots to do for every age group. If you want fun, entertainment, good food and very friendly staff, this is your hotel. It is a 3* but you will not even know it once your holiday begins. Non stop fun, beautiful beach, beautiful sunsets. Loved our 1st trip to Jamaica. Thank you friendly people of Jamaica xo

Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall: Awesome resort!

This was our second visit to Hyatt Ziva in 3 years. We are over the moon pleased with Hyatt Ziva, it’s services, staff, and above all, exemplary customer service! My husband and I would like to recognize a few staff members who consistently demonstrated what customer service is all about! We met some amazing guests and used every chance we had to promote this resort, assuring them we are coming back for a third visit in 2020. From the groundskeepers to housekeepers, they were genuinely happy to serve. We could all take away a lesson from a community in despair and challenging times. Melia Braco Village: So easy to love it there!

We loved it all! After you get used to the humidity. The rooms, the food, the service, the entertainment, the beach and pools! Wow! These folks know how to host a party! Loved our servers! Everyone has such good energy and they seem to really care about you.

Grand Decameron Montego Beach: Great time

The views from the rooms as well as pools and dining areas are fantastic. Everyone works hard and is very friendly. Food great. They have an assortment of things to do,and walking on hip strip was safe during the day.

Mangos Boutique Beach Resort: Would not recomend this resort

Was not worth the money at all! Would not ever return to this spot. Which is sad because the staff were great to us but! Its so run down its unbelievable. The room was adequate the bed comfy the fridge and air conditioner worked. The grounds when we arrived were so full of litter that I asked for a garbage bag to clean up where I wanted to sit before I could relax. Other than the walkways the area is very swampy which caused me to be eaten alive by mosquito's. We had one sit down meal all week the rest was buffet and it went quick lots of mystery food. THEY RAN OUT OF BOOZE EVERYDAY!!!!!! BEER,WHITE WINE & EVEN VODKA. there is one pool that got a little yucky a couple times I even cleaned it one day myself. We met some amazing people at this resort that really made our stay what it was. The beach was littered with coral which you couldn't see during high tide very dangerous! Good point listened to the ocean to sleep every night. I expressed to my friend and travelling partner I feel like I'm visiting the swiss family Robinson family. Somebody needs to put some time and money into this place!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Okay resort

It’s a very big hotel. The food is good if you decide to eat at their different restaurants. However, if you like the buffet, after a few days you get tired of the food because of the repetition of the same foods. This hotel need to work closely with their housekeepers staffs. Because every day we had to asked for rags. The whole time we stayed there, not once were we giving two towels. Not acceptable. To us, if felt a little too pressured. And it doesn’t help the vacation feeling. Lastly, the bus needs to make a bathroom stop since there isn’t any onboard. Thanks.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Everything i needed

Great place, the room we stayed in was great! We had an amazing view. Staff were friendly but sometime I felt like I was in their way or a bother. Could be just the laid back culture. I dunno. And food was good enough. Was hoping for more jerk chicken. Definitely recommend!

Mangos Boutique Beach Resort: not what we thought

Mango's we paid 1225.00 for this and the description on line and what it was - two different things. Pictures need to be updated as well. We had a great time and met some people from Ontario that were the greatest ever and helped make our trip great. things wrong with place 1. lied about meals if you didn't eat 3 times a day when it was first put on you didn't eat food was horrid, 2. ran out of liquor every day wine beer and no rum or vodka really? these are 2 main reason people do all inclus [... read more]ive - now everything else was great rooms towel sheet pillows and our Sun wing rep none exit. we had misquotes so bad in our room we got Air Canada rep to help with that. NOW the pool and people staff was wonderful the entertainment lots of fun great time! the ocean was so close because its small no way to get in because to rocky that's not their fault. the garbage needs more attention well, we asked for a bag so we could clean and be comfortable where we wanted to sit.

I connot find anything negative about this place. We had a great time and the staf members were very welcoming. Very obliging! We create beautiful memories. The room were very clean and we had a safe in our room.

Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites: Fabulous Resort for a Vacation

We loved this resort and look forward to being able to return some day. It's grounds, food, and staff are nothing but spectacular. The pool and beach staff were exceptional. They were very friendly and took time to get to know each and every one of us in our group. The rooms were spacious, clean and nightly turn down was icing on the cake after a great day on the beach.

Riu Montego Bay: Great resort

We just returned from this resort,had a great time,very clean lots to do staff friendly,food good ,sunshine what more can you ask for,the beach is kept clean lots of lounges for relaxing around the pool and on the beach

Rooms on the Beach Negril: Nice resort

rooms are clean and spacious. Beach was kept clean and lots of room to lay around. One downfall is the restaurant, the diner menu is minimal, not enough variety to choose from and quite pricey. Continental Breakfast was very good and the lady (I can't remember her name) running the show was awesome, she just made my mornings everyday. I will stay there again.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Excellent resort

Despite the recent problems in Jamaica with gang violence, we felt totally safe at this complex. The staff are the best we have encountered ANYWHERE, and are to be commended on their friendly, efficient and cheerful service. The grounds and rooms are very well maintained, the variety food at the buffet should please the pickiest eater, A bonus was the availability of beach chairs in the shade!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: good resort but bad management and bad customer service

Not what I expected ,bad management and rude employee but had problem booking the a la carte dinners , we got there Sunday Jan 28 so we went the next day at 11am to book the a la carte then the employee at the Golden lobby was rude and only booked one dinner feb3 and told us the rest of the week no availability , after complaining to the manager , she offered us another dinner at the French restaurant Tuesday and that’s it , the bus to transfer the tourist have no seat belts and they won†[... read more]™t care to make sure atleast the kids sitting in safe seat . People at the were doing braid and selling stuff and my 5 years old daughter want braid so I got one of the girls that working on the beach to do it for her and then the girl kept asking my daughter to be in the water and the waves hitting her and the security guard kept coming and ask her to be in the water meanwhile another woman that was doing same thing was standing joking and talking with the security guard and then her customer was allowed to stand on the beach so I asked , why you in the water and the other woman standing at the beach , does she work for the resort , she said no we all the same but I’m not making enough money to give the security guard a cut at the end of the day , this is cruel and unsafe for tourist . No wifi at all not even at the lobby , they pretend to do some share happiness and they were telling everyone free WiFi then they Asked me to log to Facebook so I did the girl went to their page and gave the resort 5 stars and sure enough 30 min and no more WiFi This resort is nice but too bad , bad management and bad customer service so no I won’t recommend it to anyone .

The resort was beautiful and we always felt safe. Staff were friendly with the exception of a couple of people at the front desk when we requested a room change. We were a group of 4 on a girls trip. 2 rooms were booked and they placed us in separate building despite our request at checkin. We also requested each room to have 2 beds and one of the rooms only had 1 bed. There excuse was it’s only a request and there are no guarantees. Other then that beautiful resort and incredibly clean.

Samsara Cliff Hotel: Our perfect resort

This was our second visit to Samsara in as many years. The staff remembered us, and we were happy to see some familiar faces continuing to work there. The family that owns this resort lives in the next property, and are always somewhere on the resort remodeling or fixing along side the staff. The resort is on the cliff side of Jamaica, so no beach. So there are seldom small children at this resort. It is a quite resort where a person can recharge . There isn't a bunch of processed food, and not a lot of sweets. Thanks to Kerry anne, very good food. Our favorite server at the bar and in the dining room is Owayne. We were so glad to see him there again this year. His smile and personality are worth a million bucks. The rooms are spacious and updated. We have no complaints about this resort. Just remember to bring your own beach towel.

Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites: Fantastic holiday! Great resort!

We travelled with a large group of family and friends and everyone had a fantastic trip! Rooms were spacious and really clean (which we appreciated). The buffet food was great- my favourite was the salmon! We ate at a number of the a la cartels and were happy with all of them. We have to give a big shout out to the activity staff who made sure we always had something to do - adults and teens all had a huge amount of fun. Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites: Phenomenal Resort

This was by far the best resort ever!!! The staff knew all of our names in 1 day and never messed up there were 29 of us, loved all staff, friendly,helpful, rooms were spectacular,grounds amazing food top notch, this is a fantastic resort. Would go there again and again, you will not be disappointed in fact you will want to rebook..I give this a 5 ***** +++++

Sandals Ochi Beach Resort: Luxury and relaxing vacation

We spent 1 week in January, the resort is organized, clean and staff is very friendly( they not expecting any tip its a resort`s law), the meal selection is huge, the jerk chicken is delicious and the French restaurant as well. A lot of entertainment options inside the hotel, if you go outside choose the organized tour, its expensive but be safety. Over all, I have no complain.
