Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres: Great hotel

This hotel did a wonderful job of making our holiday special. It is not fully open and I wonder if when it is fullly open if the service would be as good The only concern would be the food options not all the restaurants were open perhaps if all were open it would be different they have limited options in each of the restaurants I believe they need to expand their menu

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Great for Kids

The resort itself was clean, lifeguards at every pool, beach and kids play area, Entertainment employees were great. The rooms were large and clean. Previous reviews mentioned dated resort, yes but hardly noticed. Hard to get into speciality restaurants, group of 7 could not. Had to get up early to get pool chairs, there were no lounge chairs after 9:00 am. The resort was full. Lastly the food was never warm or hot, ever! Same food every breakfast, lunch and dinner at the buffet.

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Fairly good resort

The resort was great, the wildlife and lush green nature surrounding the resort was unreal. We did enjoy our vacation, the rooms were ok , but could be a bit more satisfying.. but beds were small. Two double beds are not suitable , they have to be queen at least. That was the biggest downside. The food was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. And I wish the resort was a bit smaller overall.. haha.. some days we ended up walking a lot. But overall we loved our stay. Oh they could have mor [... read more]e bars for this crowd. And of course more drinks on the bar menu would be better.

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Best resort !

This was our 8th visit to the Valentin and we enjoyed it as much as always. Perfect size, gorgeous grounds, beautiful sandy beach with aqua clear water. Loads of choices - relax, be romantic or party. Food is very good and staff are excellent. Beds are comfy. Best of all everything is so easy - no bracelets, no need for dinner reservations, no towel policy.

Riu Palace Baja California: Awesome trip

Had nothing to complain about about the resort. Hotel was always super clean in and out. Food was good specially the restaurants. 100% will be going back............. .............,.................

Barcelo Maya Riviera: Great time

Even though it was Easter weekend and busy we still had a great time. 2nd time there. First time was just pre covid and resort was new. Food was fantastic, staff were great, servers around the pool always checking on us. Cannot complain. Walked through all the Barcelo properties to explore. Can’t wait to go back to Barcelo Maya Riviera

Riu Santa Fe: Great family vacation

Had read reviews before going that this resort is incredibly well maintained and I couldn't agree more. The staff work so hard to keep the grounds clean. Very impressed. The resort is beautiful and large enough to get a good amount of steps in for the day. Balances out all the food & drinks. So many great spots for photo ops & the views from the main infinity pool are gorgeous. The waterslides are a great feature that kept our teenager busy & having fun. Organized water sports and games were als [... read more]o great. Entertainment staff definitely work hard. There are enough bars (swim up, walk up, walk in) to accommodate a busy resort. I never waited for any drinks. Drinks, overall, were lacking. Quite sweet and not particularly tasty, but not any worse than I expected. The bar staff are friendly and very quick to get everyone served expeditiously. Was easy to get in to the a la carte restaurants. The Asian restaurant was one disappointment. Food was really bad here. Otherwise I give the food a 7/10. Breakfast is great. A great selection of vegetables and fruit with each meal. Would have loved some variety in the lunch/dinner however. After a week we were pretty bored with the food. Steak restaurant for dinner - a bit of a disaster. For good steak, the restaurant Kulinarium was a great option. We came here twice, and probably would have gone more, if we had tried it prior to our 2nd to last day. Great service, good food. Rooms were good. Clean. No mold or humidity like in some South destinations. A very well stocked fridge was much appreciated. We were a bit nervous with our room being in the 9th building right outside of the party pool where the themed parties were held. Given that we were travelling with a teenager we were worried that it would be too loud with loud music & rowdy party goers. The rooms, surprisingly, block a reasonable amount of the sound & parties ended at reasonable hours that our sleep was not interrupted. A very happy surprise. Location was great. The beach is gorgeous and LARGE. Downside is water isn't super swimmable, but we knew that when booking & weren't expecting it to be. Can walk for 20-30 minutes to either side of the beach for some exercise. The hotel was about a 30 min walk (very safe!) to the marina of Los Cabos. Highly recommend the walk into town. Overall, great trip. Would recommend. For the price, it's about what you'd expect, or better.

Ocean Riviera Paradise: Amazing resort

The kids park is amazing. The bartenders there take care of the kids and get them their special drinks , they realize it's kids first there. I want to go back already . Buffet was amazing close to our room and always something kids would eat . And the sports bar being open late all night was awesome, as our flight was delayed and we just missed dinner but they were more than accommodating there.

El Dorado Maroma: Hidden gem

We loved everything about this resort. The beach was incredible with fine white sand. We enjoyed daily long walks along the shoreline. The property was beautiful and so well maintained, rooms were large and super clean. The food was probably the best we have ever had at an all inclusive resort. All meals were a la carte and made to order. The staff are all so friendly and go out of their way to make you feel pampered. We cannot wait to come back again soon!

Las Brisas Huatulco: One week at Las Brisas resort Huatulco

Well maintained grounds. Beautiful scenery. Very large and spread out, but never felt crowded.Wonderful clear beaches, and clean pools.Large comfortable rooms, with amazing views.Friendly staff, Only compliant would be the number of stairs,which make it difficult for people with mobility issues.

Tropicana Hotel: Great Location!

This hotel has a great location on Los Muertos beach close to the pier. Very friendly and efficient staff, clean rooms and very good meals. Nicely manicured grounds. Enjoyed the daily happy hour and live music.

Breathless Riviera Cancun: Fantastic stay!!

Just returned home from a stay at Breathless Riviera. The property was immaculate, the staff members were always friendly and very accommodating. I had a few minor issues in my room, such as a broken hair dryer and defective safe, but overall, I'm very satisfied. As a solo female traveler, I always felt safe on the grounds and walking back to my room. The best bar "The Bar" has amazing staff. If you don't enjoy loud music, consider a room on the Xhale side of the hotel.

Hotel Castillo Huatulco: Hotel Castillo

Hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach club was a short ride away. The food was very good there. Unfortunately the food at the hotel was not as good. Also the last 3 days the pool was taken out of service.

Barcelo Maya Riviera: Amazing Geyaway!!

We thoroughly enjoyed this resort. Rooms were very spacious, bed was HUGE and comfortable. We did have problem with ants in our room when they had left us chocolate covered strawberries. Food was amazing and drinks were plentiful. Only downside was they only had one house white and one house red for all restaurants. The house red was horrible. You could buy a bottle of red for an exorbitant amount of money. The pools were fabulous and the beach was very spacious with the palms teees for shades a [... read more]nd chairs. Unico 20 87 Hotel Riviera Maya: Authentic Mexican resort

Unico is a small, elegant and authentic resort in the Mayan Riviera. The food is delicious and is based on local ingredients and Mexican cuisine -there is something for everyone on the menu. This is an adults only resort but I would say the clientele is mostly young professionals, there was no raucous partying or bad behaviour. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for an authentic and original experience.

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Great resort

Clean , quiet rooms . my ac worked great that was my saviour when I needed to cool down . Food was great . They were always a help getting a taxi to town or finding destinations for me . Building is older but it’s clean and well taken care of .

The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: Amazing! ?

This resort exceeded expectations for our family! Perfect for everyone! Lots of entertainment, great beaches, lots of food options, even healthy food can be found at the Lizzard! Many pools and rooms were clean and comfy!

Friendly Fun Vallarta: Excellent resort

The hotel is a very good place for couples and families. We were amazed how polite and respectful their staffs were. A true name “FUN”and really “FRIENDLY”. I would definitely go back to this place.

Excellent service and very nice and polite staffs. Nice pools and beaches. Best place for families with kids. We had a wonderful time there. Rooms are not luxury but comfortable and good for the price.

Ocean Maya Royale: Great resort

I really enjoyed this resort for all it had to offer. It was visually beautiful, the staff were very friendly and was a smaller resort which I prefer. A big thank you to Melanie from Tripcentral for recommending this place and I can see a future booking happening!
