Grand Oasis Palm: Poor Resort

The Hotel needs to be updated..Food is not that great...Service was not bad...overall for the same amount of Money that we Spent i would stayed at 5 Star in Dominican Republic or down the strip in Cancun at the Beach Palace.....

Grand Oasis Cancun: 10/10!!!

It was my first vacation in 5 years! I had the best time ever , the locals and workers were very friendly and the people staying st the resort were fun and very social , and the food was great! I recommend buying black wristband . I will definetly be back!

Grand Oasis Cancun: Gorgeous Resort!

Everything was awesome! Loved the beach, loved the pool area, every staff member was so happy and so nice to chat with. The food was amazing. I would most definitely go back! The grounds keeping was incredible and so beautiful... miss it already!!

Grand Oasis Cancun: Not Bad!

Very large resort, hard to see all of it even in a whole week. Food selection was great with many "a là carte" restaurants to choose from. Overall goood resort but the service by the personnel working there could be improved, especially their speed.

Grand Oasis Cancun: Best place in Cancun1

The all inclusive hotel was fantastic and we enjoyed the many restaurants and clubs. So much fun here we didn't have to leave the resort, as it had everything! We would come back to the resort again with our friends.

Grand Oasis Cancun: The best resort if you like to be among young partying people.

The Oasis Cancun is called the entertainment resort for a reason , because its nothing but entertainment, If you like it quiet than this is not the resort for you and I recommend the Oasis Tulum called the quiet resort. If you travel with Teenagers and children this resort might be for you but I would recommend the Oasis Palm. We like to party and be around people half our age because it's fun. If you are young at heart you will be accepted by people half your age.If you like to be just among Adults with little entertainment than the Oasis sens is what I recommend. We have been to all of them but the Oasis Cancun does it for us. I have absolutely no complains when it comes to any of the Oasis resorts neither in service, rooms or food at the end of the day everything is in relation to what you pay and what you expect. The Rooms are Ok but we only use them to sleep in it for a few Hours that is not our priority when we choose to come back over and over. We will return In April 2018 for our 8th time.

The Pyramid Cancun: May Visit to Cancun (First Time)

The resort was excellent overall and we (two late 20s males) really enjoyed our stay. Food was outstanding and the views and amenities were great -- definitely exceeded our expectations. Transportation to and from was convenient and easy, we didn't have any trouble going to the airport and in to town. However, overall the vacation was amazing and would gladly stay there again!

One of the cleanest resorts I've been at. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Food was fantastic. I don't have any complaints. I wouldn't change a thing about it. I would recommend this resort to any of my family or friends.

Grand Oasis Sens: Great week

Rooms-clean, modern, fridge restocked daily. Check In- fast and friendly. Beach- beautiful, clean and you can walk for miles.Unfortunately if you are a beach person and like to swim in the ocean don't go here. The waves are huge and red flags are up everyday meaning it is not safe to swim. Drinks good but watered down. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Pools are clean. There is one quiet pool and one with daily activities. Food was good. We did not try any al a cartes but we enjoyed the breakfast, dinner buffet and the Italian restaurant. Grand Oasis Cancun: Great Staff and Atmosphere

A friend and I spent 8 days at the Grand Oasis. Overall the resort is a great place to vacation. The staff continuously went out of their way to make sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. Personally when I go again I would get one of the upgraded room packages as the room we stayed in wasn't in the best shape. The air conditioning barely blew any cold air the and balcony sliding door wouldn't fully close making it quite uncomfortable to sleep. The grounds were well kept and they were continuously working on keeping the resort in tip top shape. The pools were a great place to spend the afternoon hanging and were huge with various sports games going on through the day.

Grand Oasis Sens: Great place for adults!

This was my first adults only resort I have ever stayed at. Not having to worry about kids being around really helps with relaxing. Prepare to get up very early to reserve yourself a beach or pool side chair, this vital if your not the best with the sun. Book your restaurants asap, I highly recommend sakura, the food pallete was great. Moonlight for lunch or dinner is a great option for Italian food. Lots of stairs so be prepared.

Food was great. Party atmosphere. Rooms are little outdated and beds not comfortable. Room service was really bad. Have to call them so many times to get anything especially water. Oasis beach club is great place for parties. No bar in the room.

Pros Beautiful Beach, excellent restaurants and food, friendly staff, beautiful grounds, plenty of entertainment. Cons Terrible room, plumbing was failing, tub not draining foul smell, even after maintenance had been in, no pictures, cracks in ceiling walls, floors chipped, vanity chipped, had to purchase a lock for the safe and then return it with no refund, extremely loud party goers passing thru building and by room all night long. Grand Oasis Cancun: Great party 🎉

We stayed 9 days hade a fabulous time.food and drink is ok but nothing special. Pools are great beach is great. Z and big papa will have you in the party atmosphere all day at the beach club. Bottom line if you want to party it's for you. Cons..bad money exchange leave you waiting in the dark...high fee for a room safe..high fee for internet.

Grand Oasis Palm: Amazing resort

Great hotel, very clean comfortable room, bonus for us,we were on the 2nd floor. Beach and restaurant staff were awesome, so many restaurants to choose from...17 in total and you only have to make reservations for 2 of them . Great beach soft white sand, some seaweed...didn't keep us out of the water 💦 Overall a great vacation, would definitely recommend this hotel

Grand Oasis Sens: Good service resort

On our first day at the resort we were given a room on the 2nd floor that was musty smelling, with dark hallways and view of bushes and a cement wall. After speaking at length with management we were moved to a much nicer area on the 7th floor. Also we did not know that the location for the breakfast and supper buffet did not have an elevator but only lots of steps, which my wife found very challenging due to her limited mobility. The Pyramid Cancun: Beautiful Resort

The resort was lovely but the timing was not good. Still a lot of spring break parties and it was very noisy and and not relaxing. The drinks at the pool were not to my liking and the only place you could get drinks was at the swim up bars that were packed with intoxicated spring breakers ! The room was clean and comfortable but there were water leaks in several rooms and the hallway was littered with wet towels and mattresses. Grand Oasis Palm: Talk about a blast

I enjoyed myself and my family at this resort. We went there to relaxe and enjoy the beach and sun. We chose the to bring children so, I felt there was lots of activities for everyone to enjoy or if you chose to vacation and just have have you your family keep to yourselves and do off resort day excursions like a tour to see Chichen Itza. Grand Oasis Cancun: Party resort/ lots of drug being sold/staff trying to extort you

Great grounds, awesome beach, the rooms are not the best but this hotel is purely for partying and entertainment. Was down at spring break and had a few complaints, heard entertainer announce "the molly is ready for you on the beach " (Drugs) and I did not like how you were asked if you wanted drugs any time you went down to the beach even during the day!!!
