Riu Dunamar: Amazing resort for vacarion

Resort was very clean and well maintained by the management.. we really enjoyed riuland activities for kids.. pool and bar service was excellent.. we really enjoyed our stay at RIU dunamar. My family enjoyed the stay in the resort. We would like to consider RIU oroperties for our next vacation..staff was very helpful and friendly..

Haven Riviera Cancun: Overall good

the location is not the best, service was good and people are nice. problem was in July, seaweed takes over the beach so you cannot swim in the sea. One restaurant has dress code of shirt, leather shoes.

Riu Latino: Riu never disappoints

We loved the hotel, food was delicious and plenty, people were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and you can tell staff cares about it, bravo! The staff made us feel safe, comfortable and welcomed. We’ll definitely be back! My only suggestion, the laundry detergent that is used for the sheets smells very strong and I had issues sleeping because of it, looking for something with a softer scent or no scent would be better.

Riu Latino: Second timer!

Just came back on Saturday. This place has it all. The food is amazing. Four restaurants to choose from without needing to make reservations. The beach was amazing. Some seaweed but would always be cleaned and we swam in the ocean everyday. The pools are clean. The grounds are immaculately clean. Theres always entertainment or a party, but lots of quiet space for those who want quiet time. Can be noisy sometimes. If your room is around the stage, you won't be sleeping early. Excellent service. Epic time. I'd go back for a third time.

I just wanted to share my disappointment regarding our recent stay at the hotel. Although I expected a high-end experience for the price we paid, one of the rooms we received upon arrival had visible mold on the wall (I have photos) and a strong moldy smell, which is clearly unhealthy. We requested to switch rooms immediately and ended up spending nearly two days dealing with this issue. This was my first trip back to Mexico in over 30 years and Riu Latino checked all the boxes. It’s a relatively new hotel and it shows. The resort was always clean as the staff was constantly seen cleaning and polishing at every turn. Our maid service was superb, always on time and extremely thorough. The beach is the largest I’ve seen and although there was some sargassum evident, it was cleared away and the beach groomed every day. There were plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas at the beach as well as on the pool decks. There were lots of activities around the pool areas from aerobics to bean bag toss, water polo, volleyball, table tennis, beach soccer, bingo and more. Had lots of fun making use of the water park. The entertainment in the evening offered quite a variety from Las Vegas, to Mexican, various countries around the world, rock & roll, Michael Jackson and karaoke. Food in the restaurants was excellent including the complimentary house wines. The buffet restaurant offered a wide choice of cuisine from Mexican, to Chinese, Italian, Seafood, meats and salads of all kinds, vegan, and more. Great selection of fruits, baked deserts, and ice cream. There were four of us travelling, my wife, myself, my daughter and son in-law. My wife and I were celebrating a mile stone birthday and my daughter and son in-law their second wedding anniversary. As such the resort was kind enough to surprise us with two bottles of champagne to compliment our stay. I highly recommend this resort and we hope to go back soon.

Riu Dunamar: nice resort

The rooms are clean and are cleaned everyday. The buffets and restaurants are also clean. The waiters are friendly and often check up to see if you need anything else. The beach is nice and so are the 4 pools.

Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa: Interesting Resort

This hotel needs an update overall but the rooms are fine. The restaurants were buffet for breakfast and lunch but a-la carte only for dinner which was great. My issue was with the lack of nightly entertainment. They use one room with pool tables and let the guests sing karaoke to entertain themselves. The pool area was nice, clean and staff would come around and service you drinks all day. The beach always had a red flag because of the high waves. Breathless Cancun Soul: so good!

I loved it here - the service was amazing and the resort was extremely clean. I truly think it was well done. The food options were great, the rooms were clean, the pools were well kept. Drinks were slightly watered down.

Seadust Cancun Beach Resort: Amazing experience

We had a great experience, all the staff were so attentive, caring and helpful. It is a family place the kids had a lot of fun, only thing the kid’s pool was closed the last 2 days before our trip finished and the place needs some renovations.

Riu Latino: Short trip great hotel

The food was amazing. The place was clean. There was a club on site. The waterpark was ok. The beaches had some seaweed but if you get pass the shore it's not so bad. The gift shop was pricey. A little far from Cancun.

Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres: Secrets Playa Blanca, Costa Mujeres

This hotel is top notch, a true 5 star plus. Management is on top of everything. You are frequently asked how is your stay going so far. Could we do something special for you. The food in the a la carte restaurants is above average including Market Cafe. Two Fiesta evenings was a welcome change. Entertainment was provided while we ate. Rendez-Vous outdoor lounge provides early entertainment for those who wish to retreat to their rooms by 9 pm. This was our evening highlight. Krystal Grand Cancun: great smaller resort

Kyrstal Grand Cancun was an excellent smaller resort for a graduation trip with my daughter. The restaurants do not require reservations which is a huge plus for us, the food in the specialty restaurants and the buffet was diverse, hot, fresh and plentiful. the bars provided an good range of alcohol and spirits. Only downfall was the room air conditioning was preset to 21.5-22c, no matter what temp you chose on the thermostat. Throughout the resort, the a/c wasnt very strong or cold. Pools were small but clean, lack of umbrella's/shade by the pool was a negative. Beach was stunning, stayed during a sargassum influx, and they worked daily to keep the beach cleaned. Ocean was much calmer in the cove in front of the resort compared to down the beach. Beach loungers and palapa's were plentiful and easy to find a spot every day. Evening entertainment was small but suitable. Dont miss the sunday night beach BBQ and fire show! it was amazing, as was the mexican night buffet outside. Overall a wonderful stay

Wyndham Grand Cancun: Nice All Inclusive Resort

We enjoyed our stay at the Wyndham Grand Cancun and would absolutely stay there again. The hotel was clean and had all the amenities you need. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The buffet was very good and provided numerous options, but the a la carte restaurants had limited options. The beach is beautiful! My only suggestion would be to add more umbrellas on the beach and around the pool lounge chairs. Many of the umbrellas were broken and/or missing their pins. Riu Palace Peninsula: Great experience and value for your money!

The hotel was very well maintained, was a good size so easy to move around. The service was really good from ALL employees. I didn’t have one bad experience, everyone was nice and helpful and made you feel welcome and special. Food was also plentiful and much better than typical buffets.

Riu Latino: One of the best Rius

We are travelers who have seen many resorts in the Carribean. Riu Latino is a newer resort very modern and managed extremely well. The services are excellent starting with the reception which is fast and efficient, the maid service which is very good, to the super stuffed and staffed buffet which offers choices from around the world. The 5 swimming pools are acommodating every need, with bars attached and excellent service. The beach has some seaweed but it is cleaned daily and offers bar service by the hardworking team of the resort. Nexustours Reps are on site daily and efficiently manage all requests taking care of transfers and trips which does not happen in many resorts.The animation team is excellent and organizes all day events: the resort is a happy party place for most young adults.The A la carte restaurants are Ok is you are not dreaming about fine dining. A very good resort which I recommend to all adults as price value as well.

Secrets The Vine Cancun: Great resort

After reading some of the reviews about it being way too hot and air conditioning not working I was worried. All the restaurants and lobby had ac working just fine. The service was exceptional. I would book this resort again in the future. Great food!

Riu Dunamar: Clean resort

The hotel is very clean and safe feeling. It was small compared to the Moon Palace, but was great for walking from place to place. Lots of beach loungers and pool loungers available throughput the day. The seaweed is not that bad here. The activities for the teens were managed to allow for them to stay busy
