Grand Palladium Kantenah: Missed

I was looking forward to seeing this beautiful resort but was unable to make the trip. Due to the lack of all info relayed to my husband and myself of the restrictions to the Option Flex South insurance when selling it to us. Grand Palladium Colonial: Amazing Resort

We loved this resort, the walkways to all the different complexes were so well kept and the greenery was amazing. The staff was excellent very helpful right away at the check in. There were a lot of people and they could have had more chairs at the beach. There was one afternoon we were out of luck to find one. The line ups at the buffet for breakfast were at times long. Grand Palladium Select Bavaro: Paradise in Punta Cana

Second year visiting Punta Cana with the family and first year at Grand Palladium Bavaro. Perfect resort, gorgeous beach, nice rooms, fabulous food and great staff. Highly recommend for families. The year prior we stayed at another 4.5 star resort however it was more commercialized and definitely a 'party atmosphere'. GP is not that type of resort though there's sure plenty of fun to be had. The resort complex is huge and you'd think it would be hard to find spots at the beach or pools but due to its' size it was never a problem and never felt crowded. We travelled as a family of 4, son is 13 and daughter is 11. Both kids had a blast, they didn't bother with the teen's club as crashing the ocean waves and swinging in the pool hammocks was more their style this year. Evening shows were fun, entertainment team is solid. Food was very good. Buffet's standard fare and didn't have a bad meal, ala carte's were really tasty. We loved El Dorado (my son's favorite by far), nice that it isn't reservation based just be prepared for a bit of a wait if you don't time your visit properly. Rooms are nice, clean and well set up. We were steps away from the beach and one of the pools so couldn't ask for much better. Resort is very big, we didn't mind walking though and only rode the trollies a couple of times. For anyone who is concerned about getting around there's lots of trollies to take get you where you need to go. Service was top notch, staff are very friendly and always with a smile. We absolutely loved every part of our visit.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Great place for a holiday

Are stay was awesome , Staff was very friendly and helpful . Prince on entertainment , Alicia and Power man at the archery just to name some of them that made are stay that much better .The food was great ,whether in the sports bar or in the steakhouse . Thanks again for a great week , will definitely be returning .

TRS Turquesa: Excellent food and service

We have been to Punta Cana 4 times and this is best place we have stayed. The level of service and the attention to detail was exceptional. A la carte options for all meals. Walkable but shuttles available. No reservations needed for any Turquesa Restaurant. Butler service. 24 hour room service. We will definitely return.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Positives and Negatives

Hello, We stayed in room 1159 for two weeks, checking out January 23rd. The cost to us was over $5,000 for the WestJet vacation. The following will offer both positive & critical opinions. Positive Comments: The strongest ambassadors the resort has is the staff. They are fabulous, in the restaurants, bars, maids & even your maintenance staff. The facilities are also very good. Critical Comments: Our experience with both check in and check out was poor and upsetting. The up sell pressure after a long day of travel is not appreciated. While checking out, I was accused of not paying a charge for a beer in Bambu. Not true as I had paid cash the previous evening to a male staff member. Unfortunately, they have either a thief or an incompetent person in that role. The food quality overall was inconsistent from day to day. Also, the question of guests being able to make a reservation at an al a carte restaurant is a huge problem. Those few who can make a reservation walk past those who cannot, which is the bulk of the guests. This creates bad feelings and a sense of a two tier level of guests. There is an issue at the adult pool with guests reserving their lounges with towels and then leaving them for hours or most of the day. However, your security staff began removing the guests stuff after 30 minutes. That too, is unfair. Just getting lunch takes longer than 30 minutes, for example. We met a couple who had $250 US stolen from their safe. That is troubling as they have some thieves employed. Too bad, as the majority of the staff is super friendly and helpful. TRS Turquesa: Beautiful Resort!

Everything about this adult-only destination was perfect. My wife and I had an amazing stay. Food was great. Service was great. The beach is breathtaking. We highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to relax and unwind.

The resort was stunning. Modern clean and great attention to detail. Everyone working there was very attentive and friendly. Our butler was on point always able to help. Had a junior swim up suite was amazing.

Food was delicious, from the buffet to the restaurants, it was all very well done! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Grounds and pool were very clean! Wedding was beautiful and well set up. It was a great vacation with friends and family!

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Amazing resort

Was a great week! We were there for a family wedding and was such a great location. Resort is older but well maintained, beautiful architecture and very clean. Food was fantastic with lots of selection and several different types of restaurants. Lots of daily activities and I especially enjoyed the daily water aerobics, spin classes in the water and yoga. Grand Palladium Jamaica: Perfect getaway

Loved the resort it was the greatest vacation I’ve ever had. The resort itself was very well maintained and the staff were all very friendly. The food at the buffet was amazing and all the a la carte restaurants were very nice. I would highly recommend the grand palladium.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Great resort

My husband and I found the resort very clean, staff was very friendly and always ready to help if you needed anything. Food was good. The only thing that needs improvement is to let people know that the resort is on a cliff and that there are lots of steps.

We searched and searched for a perfect resort to hold our wedding ceremony, we came across the Grand palladium Jamaica. It was everything and more then we expected. They made our special day one we will never forget. From the wedding planning staff to the servers at the bar we were treated like friends and family. Grand Palladium Jamaica: Great friends. Great food. Great resort.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed this trip so much. We were there to watch my best friend get married which I was a bridesmaid for. I highly recommend this place. The good was fantastic! The entertainment staff always made sure something was happening and the drinks were good.

Food and service was excellent. Room was always kept ver tidy. Resort was very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Alot a activites going on. Never a dull or boring moment. I will definitely be coming back here for years to come.

Grand Palladium Palace: Great Experience

We had a great time despite the off and on rain, which didn’t really last long. It was also incredibly windy for a few days. The beach was fantastic for long walks. The food was good for the most part. There are lots of choices, with dishes from many parts of the world. The rooms were very nice. They were very clean and maid service was good. The only complaint would be that the Travel Club (time share) people would hound us to go for their Free breakfast. I would recommend this hotel and I would come back again in the future.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Great Resort! Second Time Back

This is our 2nd time back to Grand Palladium! The layout of the hotel is beautiful. We loved dining in the restaurants, all delicious. The hotel does a good job of having entertainment and activities for guests of all ages. Very friendly and attentive staff. Would go back again!

Grand Palladium Select White Sand: 7th trip back!

Love this resort! Clean, beautiful and excellent food, restaurants, entertainment! Pools and beach are spectacular! Family friendly and great customer service. They know how to treat people. I love their Spa as well. I have brought many family and friends to this resort and now they are all repeats as well!

Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres: Grand Paladium, Mayan coast

The food was good, sometimes very good. I was particularly impressed by how much attention you pay to peoples' food allergies. Very good. For me, who is gluten-free and dairy-free, I was very grateful. It is rare to find the kind of sensitivity you show all your food and dining areas, even by and large, in the dinner restaurants in The Village, I believe it is called. If you want to have a nice nap toward the end of the day, forget it. Even sitting outside getting some sun was difficult. Yes, we could close the door. That diminished it somewhat, but it was still loud and offensive. on one of the days, i called the main desk to plead for it to be turned down. several times i called for that reason. TOO LOUD!!!!! but to no avail. They could just ask the ones doing the lessons to turn it down, it seems to me. ! the yoga teacher turned it down. she didn't want that blaring stuff around her people who found it stressful and ugly.
