Azul Beach Resort Negril: Good Vacation

The highlight of this vacation was the gorgeous beach. The resort is nestled on it and it was a very close walk from the room to the beach, no matter which building you are housed in. There is much wild life to see and most exciting were the starfish and sting rays. Very nice resort, very modern, but found it expensive compared to others when being compared.

El Dorado Royale: Beautiful Resort with some drawbacks

Beautiful resort, However nothing in life is perfect. There was not enough beach side and pool side service resulting in long waits for drinks. Room service, at least 1 hr waits for delivery. Restaurants food quality was amazing, however wait times were at times 1hr. I could understand this if the dining room was full, however when half the tables were empty and we were given a pager, no explanation despite repeated questions as to why, just a smile. This is an adult resort , we don't have bedtimes. The evening shows were impressive and the Mexican fiesta night was amazing with outstanding performances. Room quality was outstanding.

El Dorado Seaside Suites: Great Hotel and Vacation

The rooms were beautiful, staff helpful and the food was fantastic! Tons of amenities and the WiFi is on point with access everywhere on the property! The only thing I'd say to guests is to turn on the "dry" feature on your a/c otherwise your room will be covered in moisture because of the high Mexican humidity.

The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: Excellent family resort

We loved the hotel because was a low rise and everything very close to each other. The rooms are well equipped for babies and toddlers , beds very uncomfortable. Amazing gourmet dinning . Great room service. Beach was not our favorite.

El Dorado Seaside Suites: Beautiful place to escape!

Amazing resort, amazing food, amazing staff, amazing time. The list goes on, but really this resort has it all. After coming home, I'm suffering withdrawals from the relaxation I got from being there. The resort has a stunning view and setting- we stayed in the portion with the pool balcony which was an absolute treat to cool off in and escape the sun. We would walk to the sensimar portion for a softer sand and a more beach-y experience. Staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. There were always employees tending to the cleanliness and appearance of the resort- regardless of what they were doing they would acknowledge your passing. Everyone there really wants you to have a nice time. Many interactive events take place daily such as coconut painting, dancing, live music, etc. The only okay experience we had was with room service taking a long time or not getting us what was ordered; don't get me wrong- very worth the wait. Anywhere you go on this resort for food is absolutely unreal. I was blown away by the food at every single restaurant we tried. Klay talay is well worth reservations. I needed a vacation more than anything and I got far more than I could have ever expected. This is the perfect place to unwind and remind yourself what relaxation feels like!

El Dorado Seaside Suites: Beautiful Resort!!

We just returned from a week at El Dorado Seaside Suites. We were there from July 1 - July 8 with a group of 40 for a wedding. The resort is beautiful, very well kept. They are always working on the grounds. Service was amazing, from room service, at the buffets, sit down restaurants, bars and beach service. Service is quick. Shuttles always coming around. We ate at most of the restaurants and the food is amazing!! Most nights the restaurants did their best to accommodate our large groups that we ate in. We really enjoyed the Seaside Market for breakfast, lots of choices. Room service was usually pretty quick, 30 minutes or so and always very good. I know many in our group ordered a lot of room service, always enjoyed having room service 24/7. Maid service for us was generally good. The odd time we had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper. My only disappointment was that not once did I receive towel art. I was looking so forward to it too. Always left a nice tip for our girl too!! Our bar fridge was filled each day!! I knew from reading posts, to keep our room on "dry" and I passed that info along to our group as many had a lot of moisture in their rooms at the start. Our room was always so cold, for some reason we could not adjust our room temp even when we used the remote. However, sometimes that cold room was really nice. A lot of people in our group had issues with hot water. They did come and fix our shower so we had hot water. Our bride had an injury, they called the resort doctor in at about 11:00 p.m. at night for her. He was very nice to deal with and took the time to deal with her injury. He also saw her again the next morning to check to make sure everything was ok. This happened 2 days before her wedding!! Needless to say, our bride wore fancy flipflops!! In general the resort is beautiful, they work so hard, never stopping!! We all had a great time!! The food, service, drinks, staff, everything was fantastic. The staff will do what they have to in order to accommodate any requests. The odd issue, but you will get that anywhere, so I can't really complain about anything. I would highly recommend the resort.

The hotel was amazing. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were all very polite. Overall, we had an amazing stay. The only complaint we have is the walls were very thin, and we could hear everything from the neighbouring rooms

El Dorado Seaside Suites: A paradise to Visit

Our first visit to Mexico, this the first stay at El Dorado. What a beautiful resort it is!! It was almost a mini honeymoon for my wife and I coupled with friend’s wedding. All inclusives are great, the room service is amazing and so are the swim up bars. The staff is so so so friendly and helpful. Would love to revisit again. Rohit & Anshika

El Dorado Royale: A fantastic place to stay!

The staff were great. The rooms were comfy and we'll kept. The food is amazing. I cannot wait to go back. If I could, I would have stayed there and never come home. The pools were all great, but I liked that some were salt-water and some were not.

Two years ago we went to this resort and we like it,and we went again.Grounds,buildings,rooms,pools are excellent and clea a la carten,food is good,except a la cart restaurants are lower then two years ago.

The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: Service Sergio

The food was fantastic, rooms clean and pool fresh. The service was average. The front desk team was good and very attentive. When we had an issue with our room and we were not happy with the result the front desk attendant couldn't make us happy until the Manager Sergio attended to our issue. Once Sergio got involved he calmed us down, dealt with our issue and helped us to the best of his ability. Class act, dynamite guy, wish every resort I have been at had a person like him.

Selection Riviera Cancun: Beautiful!!

Excellent option for a wedding! The food was delicious and the staff were greeting us all the time. IMPORTANT: The A/C did not work well and the bathtub "on" button was very difficult to press I wish I could stay longer!!

El Dorado Seaside Palms: El Dorado Sensimar - very good resort

We enjoyed our stay greatly. The Sensimar is a traditional type resort, great staff, clean, good amenities. And having access to the sister resort, Seaside Suites balances out nicely as it is new and very modern - but also great service, food, also very clean. Entertainment options also good, restaurants very nice. We would definitely return.

Azul Beach Resort Negril: BLISS!

Service was incredible, clean and bright rooms, happy people everywhere. Oh, and the food? PHENOMENAL! The Asian fusion restaurant is to die for and even the buffet at Mahogany felt like a five start restaurant. Will definitely be returning, thank you Natausha for the perfect booking!

The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: Very average resort

All in all we enjoyed our stay. But will not return. At first night, they changed our room on our arrival because of flood in the hotel room due to rain. We also had issues with not having running water (we saw other people having the same issue), toilet not flushing, noisy fan, etc. We did not receive our welcome package (due to changing room), and also the food quality is not very high. We only liked the Italian restaurant out of their 7-8 restaurants.

El Dorado Seaside Suites: Super fun resort

Room was spacious and the separate rain shower was awesome! Both day and evening entertainment was fantastic -- loved the Mariachi band and the Cherry Lovers =) plus the acrobatic and fire shows. Many pools with different depths, service and levels of loudness so something for everyone. Food was great as well. Beach itself was so-so.

We had a great time. Our room was spacious including a large balcony. The staff were so friendly with everyone always saying hola. We enjoyed the nightly entertainment, the food was delicious and the bartenders were great at their jobs.

Azul Beach Resort Negril: Great resort for young families

The resort is very well kept. The staff is extremely friendly and the food is better than most resorts. The kids playhouse is perfect for entertaining the little ones. I wish the resort were closer to the airport, but with the new airport coming to Negril that won't be an issue for long.

Selection Riviera Cancun: Best resort

One of the best resorts I've been to. Food was exceptional as was service. Very friendly staff and attentive. Clean and maintained. Luxurious rooms and honestly was very impressed by it all. Would def return and go back to the same resort again.

Hotel has a first class culture trained into their staff. Grounds are beautiful and well kept . Rooms and resort very clean. I will visit Karisma resorts again in the future. Outstanding staff! Food was very delicious, tender , presented well. Ate at most restaurants on the resort. Bartenders were great introduced to new shooters and drinks. Participation team were awesome and entertaining. Night shows were fantastic and kept me highly entertained.
