El Dorado Casitas Royale: Nice resort
This resort is very nice and lush. The rooms were very clean and stocked. The people were very helpful and friendly. The only downside is there is no buffet at night you need to make reservations at the restaurants at the beginning of your stay and if you miss the reservation you get charged 10.00 per person. The breakfasts had good variety, the dinners were just ok. Also, if you go to the resort presentation it takes over 2 hours, not the 1 hour they told us. they are very pushy and aggressive [... read more]
Grand Park Royal Cancun: Excellent service and seamless travel experience
From the moment we booked, the team was by our side!!! Even though we’d made errors while booking the tickets, agents from trip central owned our challenge like it was their vacation and supported us vigilantly to make our trip amazing. Thank you team for making our vacation on to remember. The flights/ transfers and resort were all fabulous and your assistance with making it happen is deeply appreciated!
Dreams Natura Resort and Spa: Would not come back to this resort
Our family was at the Dreams Natura March 18-25, 2024. The resort was beautiful but there were some issues that had I known, would have changed my mind to vacation at this resort. We travel with our kids (9 and 12) yearly to a 5 star resort. We always try new resorts every year and this was our first Dreams. I will start with the cons. There are not nearly enough chairs for the number of people at this resort. I went down the first day at 7:25am and I walked the entire pool area and found the l [... read more]

Ocean Coral and Turquesa: Perfect family holiday!
This resort has wonderful service, it's very clean, the rooms are large and the beds super comfy! Its about 30 minutes from the airport and there is not much nearby but you can go to Puerto Morelos in a taxi in about 10 minutes. We went on a catamaran tour to Isla Mujeres which was excellent. I traveled with my 16 and 13 year old sons who loved the resort especially the pools and wildlife around the resort. It was 32 celcius every day. Shows and daily entertainment were fantastic. The food was t [... read more]
Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Wonderful resort
The staff at this resort are amazing. They are always smiling, friendly and will go the extra mile. The grounds are beautifully maintained and are constantly being worked on. The rooms are maybe a little dated, but spacious and clean. Beds are very comfortable. We will definitely be back
Riu Flamingos: Entertaining Beach Resort
Staying at Riu Jalisco was a lot of fun. Their nightly and daily entertainment and events were so well put together and executed. It was a great size resort to walk around to the pools, beach and restaurants. Very clean and the staff are very friendly. A few things to note- it is a small resort, so if you don’t want to be up late, consider that you will hear the entertainment, club and other guests well into the late hours of 11pm and later every night no matter what. There are three or four res [... read more]
Catalonia Yucatan: Just Ok
First thing's first; This is not a 4 star hotel. No more than 2. The establishment requires some serious renovations. We had ants in our washroom, a decorative pillow had a stain. Other than that the AC worked well and the bed was comfortable. The food was good, but we weren't fans of the restaurant booking system. You have to go online at 8am to book. If you get on there at 9, you'll end up at the buffet that night. Staff are all amazing and kind. The beach was small and rocky, but the snorke [... read more]
Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Amazing resort!
The Grand Coba in Mayan Riviera, Mexico was top notch! It met all our expectations when it comes to dining, pools, cleanliness, staff and more! The food was exceptional with all sorts of choices and something for everyone. The pools were big and clean and always had chairs available to lay on. The a la carte restaurants were delicious and so was the buffet! The only downfall is the beach is a 5 min ride on golf cart from the resort and it isn’t walking distance.
Krystal Grand Los Cabos: Terrible Resort!
Worst resort I have ever stayed at! The service was terrible!! The staff barely acknowledged you when you went to get a drink or something to eat at the pool bar! Theft was a major problem from your room! I had my Beats ear buds stolen from my room. The only people in my room were me and the maid. Happened 2nd day I was there. The hotel front desk told me I signed a form that made them non liable and that I was required to put everything electronic, jewelry etc.. in the safe… my safe didn’t work [... read more]
Riu Emerald Bay: Lovely Resort with beautiful beach
The resort is beautiful. This is by far the cleanest, best cared for property we have every stayed at. The service was exceptional throughout the resort. Been to several all inclusive properties and the service at this one really stood out be it the restaurants, Bars, housekeeping or just asking someone for directions. They all went the extra to be helpful. It is set a little away from town, but easy access by bus, Taxi, Uber, or Safari cab. It has an absolutely beautiful beach, however ocean S [... read more]
Tropicana Hotel: Tropicana Hotel - Romantic Zone, PV Mexico
Have always loved the Tropicana. Still do, but had some issues this time around. Our flight got us into Puerto Vallarta late, like, 10:45 at night. Got to the hotel and checked in. Were put in a room on the 2nd floor overlooking the storage lot. Worst room in the place! Furniture was all chipped and peeling. Surface of the desk was almost non-existent. The next morning I went back to the front desk and told her we were not staying in that room for 2 weeks and that it was the worst room we hav [... read more]
Catalonia Riviera Maya: Nice resort
This smaller resort had a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Food was very good, although the 8:00am restaurant booking system was extremely frustrating. Beach was a bit rocky and limited access to walk and entry access. Entertainment was good but late to start at 9:30pm each evening. Also, no alcohol service after 11:00pm, aside from the disco, which was very loud including the lobby bar, which also faced roadside).
Planet Hollywood Cancun by Royalton: Not bad
The only good thing about this hotel was the quality of buffet food, but it didn't have any entertainment or music programs by the pool, its pools were very small and dirty, and in the end, it didn't have good room service either for cleaning or for food.
Krystal Grand Cancun: It was an ok resort
The resort itself was a nice design the pool area and service were really good but resort is dated and very little activities - food at Buffett was blah but the Al la Carter’s were decent - fave was Ayami
Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Bahia Principe Grand Coba - just the resort we were looking for.
This resort was worth the long drive to/from the airport. The staff was friendly, the grounds were beautiful, and the rooms spacious. The pool had enough shaded areas for me, and lots of sun for my spouse. We enjoyed hanging out at the 'quiet' pool. The other pool had the activities for those who wanted to partake. It was also a convenient shuttle down to the Coba beach. On a 7 day stay, you could book 3 a-la-cart restaurants. We ended up just doing the buffet as it was convenient for us, and th [... read more]
Samba Vallarta: Good Times
The Hotel & grounds were well maintained for it's age, activities & Pool were great, meals were good, staff are very friendly. Location to biking & walking paths was awesome. The Samba Vallarta was a good choice for our two week vacation.
Riu Latino: Amazing Vacation
The beach was fantastic, the staff very friendly, an amazing vacation! Hotel was clean, food was good, staff were accommodating. Changed rooms as we were on top of the disco, they were so amazing about it.
Samba Vallarta: Pickleball crazy
Sandra at Trip Central supplied us with a seamless vacation Samba hotel in Nuevo Vallarta is a small resort with a big heart. ?? Happy staff. Clean rooms More than adequate food very little cheese . Perfect heated pools for families. Well separated for small kids middle kids and a deeper pool for adults with day beds on a central island. Never a problem finding chairs and 50 beach palapa rarely full. Bikes were beautiful and we rode south to Teresa courts and north to Bucerios 7-8 km past. Con [... read more]
Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Terrible resort
Poorly managed hotel. Unable to get reservations unless you wait in line for 3 hours at 7 am in the morning. Very dirty rooms along with the horrible smell in the rooms. Not enough staff and the staff they do have many of them are rude especially at the front desk. The beach has to be one of the worst beaches in the area. All rock and very dangerous. Would not recommend to anyone
