Grand Memories Cayo Largo: Worth the money, but might have sueprises

Beach was amazing, but u have to take bus and boat to get to it everyday at specific times 3 times a day. It's free though. Rooms were ok, but AC was broken. Food was ok. Service was fine. Had to fight to get an upgrade for room with AC and water. We got it after 3 days. So for this money u r risking. But it's a good resort overall. 2nd best on the island I'd say.

Iberostar Waves Cozumel: Awesome Resort

I would highly recommend this resort the staff waz great always smiling and ready to help in any way and the food and it was very clean.The night time entertainment was awesome alor of funny acts.We really enjoyed our stay there and will probley return with more friends😎

Iberostar Selection Ensenachos: Great beach, good food and awesome people!

White sandy beach and turquoise waters...check! Hospitable staff...check! Great tasting food and diverse menu...check! Nice and comfortable rooms...check! This is a great resort for both couples and families alike! Beautiful location and well designed resort. Fabulous nightly entertainment. Great selection of drinks! One of the best Caribbean experiences I’ve ever had!

Iberostar Selection Ensenachos: wonderful resort

best beach. wonderful staff. rooms. rooms clean, buildings generally free of insects, but come on, this is atropicalresort so you can expect the occassional "creepy crawly" here and there. Pools and swim up bars are clean. Lobby with Italian marble floors is beautiful. Seafood ala carte is very good, you must try it. Large resort ca require a lot of walking but golf carts are frequently available.

Iberostar Origin Playa Alameda: Iberostar Playa Alameda!

Have been to this hotel before about 3years ago. I have to say the staff this time around were amazing! From the front desk, to the dinning rooms, and the maids, bartenders, even the gardeners,they couldn't do enough for us, they were very accommodating to us. They were fabulous! The hotel is a smaller one which we like, the food was okay, not as good as last time,but you don't starve that's for sure. The rooms are big with a walk in closet, and safe. The fridge was filled everyday with 2 be [... read more]ers, 2 pop, and 2 bottles of water. Coffee machine was very slow but your holiday so no rush! The beds are very comfortable, and the pillows were okay. Overall the hotel was good, it is an older hotel and they are trying to update it a bit. The Internet is 1 dollar for an hour, and can only be used in the hotel lobby. They have the bus that goes into Varadero right outside the hotel, it takes about 35-40 mins to get into town depending on how many stops it makes. Would I go back yes especially because of the staff! The beach at the IPA is amazing, lots of chairs, and umbrellas, they also have staff that come on the beach for bar service.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Wonderful Resort

We had a wonderful time at the Iberostar RH Beach Resort. Buffet was great. Good fresh food with lots of selection. Entertainment was great. Kudos to Angel, String Bean & Buttercup. Room was clean

Hotel Mojito: Great resort. Amazing staff!

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Great vacation!!!

This is a really nice & clean resort. The food was excellent with lots of variety at the buffet. Bar staff use premium/name brand booze in your drinks and servers (shout out to Monique) take orders at the beach and pool. The entertainment staff (Angel in particular) went above and beyond in keeping things fun and running smooth. Our only negative experience was the Japanese a-la-carte restaurant which is normally a high light at most resorts. 50% of the cooktop was not working (should hav [... read more]e been checked in advance & our group moved to another empty station) and the chef had his back to us the entire supper. On the positive side, our room was upgraded to an Ocean Front after waiting approx. 2 hours (5PM) for an available Ocean View. We would definitely stay at this resort again... great value for the money ($)

Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites: Beautiful Resort

The hotel was very nice and rooms were good as well. The only issue we had is the that food could be hotter at the buffet. Overall that is the only issue we had while being there for 10 days. The grounds are nice and the people were very friendly.

Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada: Great Resort

Over all Great Resort . From staff to food to bars , to rooms was great . I do recommend to bring bug spray as all of us were bitten lots . The beach swim area has coral in it ( which u r not warned about ) so If u are not aware of it you may end up with some nasty scratches . I would go again in a heart beat

Iberostar Waves Cozumel: We loved the resort

We loved the jungle like atmosphere. Peacocks , parrots , flamingos and Iguanas to name a few. The food was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was updated to the latest style. The Star Friends entertainment every night was fun and full of talented people. There were many excursions to take part in also. We would visit there again.

Iberostar Origin Playa Alameda: Some what dissappointed

The distance to the hotel from the airport was decent. It was approximately half an hour from the airport - so it wasn't too long a drive. The initial impression of the resort was nice, it was presented nicely. The front grounds were nicely manicured. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and quick to accommodate and get you checked in. Upon arrival to our rooms we were very disappointed. The furniture,the bedding, the drapery. Everything was very dilapidated and falling apart and wel [... read more]l-used. The patio door didn't open properly, it required a lot of effort. The bathroom was sufficient it was fairly updated. Our biggest disappointment with the room was that the air conditioner didn't work properly and the room smelled very strong of mildew and mold. I have asthma and don't do well with molds and mildew. The smell was constant. Midway of our week-long stay I actually had to get our bedding changed. We had just had a room clean that morning. It was raining fairly steady that day. So we spent most of the day in our room. Upon waking from a nap I had several bites. I had the staff put fresh bedding on the bed and that seemed to resolve the problem. No more bites. Inside the resort grounds it was adequate. It wasn't a very grand hotel. Just sufficient. Although the gardens and landscaping were maintained a lot was disregarded. By that I mean things like straws, plastic cups and just little debris was left to just lay around and lots of cigarette butts etc. I never really saw staff cleaning up after guests. There was also only one pool area, so if the number of chaise lounges provided were taken (30 aprox.) then you were out of luck. Dining hall was fairly clean and organized well. The staff both wait/chefs were very pleasant and welcoming. Food was plenty with a decent variety of stations. Although I wished they'd had more variety of fruit and vegetables. It was same everyday.... papaya, pineapple, watermelon. Veggies were, cabbage, pumpkin, eggplant. Never any variation. So the menu got old quickly. The hotel was rated a four star. I would not have given it more than a 2.5/5. This was our 3rd time to Cuba. A first time to stay with the Iberostar brand. I would not recommend this hotel or chain. Don't get us wrong, we love Cuba and it's citizens. Just not the time we spent at the resort itself.

Hotel Mojito: Another great time at the Mojito

We have been to this resort been to this resort before and was still as awesome as always. It was great to be reacquainted with old friends as well as meet a great bunch of new friends. There is still evidence from the hurricane in the fall, but the boys were working hard getting things back together. Hospitality was excellent and the food not to mention the beverages were excellent! Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: The best resort we stayed at

Very well maintained and clean resort. Staff is very friendly and service oriented. Food had great selection and was excellent. Many fun activities to choose from on the grounds - surrounded by a really good golf course where we could go for a walk/run every day. We brought 2 couples with us and they loved it too - we will return for sure.

Iberostar Waves Quetzal: Fantastic resort

This hotel was amazing, rooms are roomy and spotless. The staff are wonderful. Grounds are so beautiful, spa was amazing. Youseff at guest services made our holiday! He was so courteous, polite and knowledgeable. He always had a great smile and willing to help. We had superior rooms so we were close to the ocean. This resort has the best beach on the strip by far. I would definitely return to this resort!

Iberostar Waves Paraiso del Mar: LOVED IT!

This was our fourth time going to Iberostar Mexico. The first three times we stayed in Parisio Beach and this last time in the Del Mar. Both are wonderful. They are both clean, well maintained and offer great services and terrific food. I prefer the Parisio Beach as it just seems brighter and the paths outside seem brighter, however both the Parisio Beach and the Del Mar are wonderful vacation bookings. But having said that we would give the Iberostar Mexico a 10 out of 10!!!. Travel tip: be careful of the false shuttle guys at the airport who try and trap tourists into private shuttle companies. If you have already paid and have a voucher for a shuttle, make sure they show you your name on their list before you give them yours!

Iberostar Origin Daiquiri: Trip to Cuba

We had a great trip our Hotel was very good,grounds and all other buildings on site were very good Overall our Trip was excellent,lots to do.We visited other hotels none compared to ours.Food was great tons of choices if you go hungry here its your own doing LOL

Our trip to Iberostar Rose Hall Beach Resort was great. The hotel staff is friendly and the grounds were clean and well kept. We had a few issues with our room and the problems were taken care of immediately. Some other places we've been you need to ask a few times to get a problem fixed but that was not the case at Iberostar. The food was delicious and the staff was always friendly and helpful.
