Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Great place to stay

As the title says, this is a great place to stay. The resort is big and beautiful with lots to do. The staff is great and the rooms are nice. The best part of the resort is by far the beach. This resort is the best value by far.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Amazing Resort

The Resort was just beautiful and the staff was excellent. Would love to go back at some point. I'm really missing it now. The pool was amazing the food was excellent, rooms were clean. Towels were always there rooms were cleaned promptly if you had questions they were always answered and always there were an abundance of bottled water and pop. The resort has the best most friendly staff ever.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Love this resort!

Went back for the third time and stayed on the Lady Hamilton side. Was great as usual. The food was great (The Mexican still needs a lot of work) The Jerk hut now has pork as well as chicken and both were so good. The buffet had great choices. The sports bar is the best ever!! Food was so so good. The bob marley drinks were great. And the best news ever FREE WIFI !!!!! Only complaints are that the beds are so hard that my back was hurting really terrible by the last day. I am also not sure wh [... read more]at was up with the TV. The channels were pretty much non existent and I like to watch it at night. Water shoes are still a must!!! And the snorkeling at sunset beach was still a highlight.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Beautiful Resort

I loved our room, the variety of food was great! Most of the staff was very friendly. The beach wasn't the greatest. Just not long enough for a walk. The bars ran out of Bob Marley drinks for 2 days which was sad. No Bob Marley's in Jamaica???? 😩 The entertainment team should announce the daily activities a lot more. We missed a lot because we didn't even know that they were happening.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Fantastic place

This was my first time to Jamaica and I'm glad it was at the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton ... this resort is absolutely beautiful..the pools are super and the food in all the restaurants I went to was great.. I'm a very picky eater when I travel away from home but I had no issues with any of the food whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this place. The rooms were clean and we had house keeping twice a day when you travel with air transat. No complaints at all.

The hotel was fabulous. It is very clean. The staff was super friendly. Always looking to help any way they can. We didn't have any issues. Loved the pools & bars. Never a shortage of pool chairs.

Sandals Jamaica South Coast: OMG.....the most beautiful resort!

I am SOOOOO impressed with my recent trip to Sandals South Coast. My husband and I had a phenomenal time and were so sad to leave. We will definitely be going back. It was a perfect combination of having time to ourselves and spending time with the other people at the resort. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL. The 'playmakers' were so much fun and really added to this experience for us. Furthermore....Julie, the agent that booked this trip for us was incredibly helpful. Thank you everyone :)

Legends Beach Resort: Legends Beach Resort

This is a no frills resort approximately 90 minutes from the airport and located directly on the beach, which is in my opinion is just okay. While the water is clear, I would classify the beach as a brown sand beach, not a white sand beach if that matters to you. Even though they say this is an all-inclusive, it does not include: snacks, bottled water, premium liquors, water sports, a safe in your room, fridge, microwave or tips. The best thing about this resort is the staff. They will go out [... read more] of their way while working with the tools they have to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Some stand-outs include: Shinae, Kenrick, Samita, Jean and Elorine. The gardener and security guards work very hard to ensure the grounds are kept clean and your safety is a priority, please don't forget to tip them as they are often over-looked. There are numerous vendors on the beach trying to sell their wares and for the most part a polite no thank you will suffice. The rooms are dated but comfortable and incredibly clean and tidy. Hot water is abundant and the water pressure is good. The t.v in the room has a decent selection of channels for the evening as there is no entertainment on site. Meals are served at specific times of the day and your choices are very limited. However, there are a number of restaurants and food vendors within walking distance who are accessible form both the main road and the beach itself if your prepared to supplement your all-inclusive vacation. If you're looking for a clean, low budget, no frills vacation situated on a beach this is the place for you.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Great resort

The resort was beautiful. The food was great. The beach was nice. I enjoyed everything except the fact one of the maids stole money from my wallet. 100$ us to be exact. I would recommend ppl go there. But not leave anything valuable in there rooms

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Beautiful Resort

This resort is beautiful, clean, well maintained, good food at buffet, awesome food at the al a carte. We did Japanese, Brazilian & Gourmet they were top notch. There are lots of lounge chairs available so you didn’t need to reserve one early we went to pool around 9:30 everyday and had no problem finding a spot with an umbrella or gazebo for shade when needed, it was very hot over 30 every day with a slight breeze and some clouds which was refreshing. The beach is very cut up not the nices beach but clean and well maintained, The kids area at the Grand is awesome we will have to bring the grandkids. Would definitely recommend this resort the people in Jamaica especially at this resort are extremely friendly.

Fun Holiday Beach Resort: Poorly managed resort.

Although this was my second time returning to Fun Holiday I must say I was very disappointed. This Resort maybe located on a beautiful beach however it is poorly maintained due to management. The staff work very hard here but have very few tools to work with. Out of the 10 days I was there at least five of them ended up out of wine, beer and ice. Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Great family vacation resort!

Our rooms were comfortable and clean. The food was good and tons of options! Lots for the kids to eat and try, food was readily available and lots of to choose from. Specialty restaurants were good but the Japanese restaurant was amazing!! The water park was great for kids to play and meet up with others and the beach was easily accessible and visible from the water park. Seaweed was at a minimal and there were even fish swimming around you! Security was around and visible but not intrusive. The kids club was okay, not really publicized but once we made an effort to go to find it and seek out what activities were offered, my kids enjoyed it. Babysitting services were good for families in need. Our "Jamaican momma", our Westjet Representative was informative and a great support! Great time had by all and we will be back to Jamaica for sure!!

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Amazing time in Jamaica

Beautiful resort with wonderful people. The entertainment staff worked very hard to ensure everyone was enjoying your vacation. It was a great mix of people including families, newlyweds and older couples.

Rooms on the Beach Negril: Second time at Rooms Negril

We love this hotel. Staff are friendly rooms are great. Location is ideal. We asked for the balcony rooms and got them on the second night. Security people are great to maintain the privacy on the property. Would stay there again.

Catalonia Montego Bay: Fantastic resort

This hotel was beyond what I was expecting!!! the food was great & the a la carte restaurants especially the Italian was fantastic. It was great to have a non-smoking hotel & also an allotted beach for smoking which was also an adult beach. this resort also catered to children & had a lot of activities for them. Riu Reggae: Rui Reggae Nov 25 - Dec 3, 2017

Nice Hotel, however, both pools were closed almost all week long during our stay. Gym was also out of commission. Food was good, weather was great and the workers at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful.

Riu Ocho Rios: Perfect in so many ways

The staff at this resort were so friendly and made our stay so enjoyable. The snorkelling off the beach was great, more schools of fish and types of fish than we seen on our off site excursion. The Jamaican patties, and cinnamon buns where among our favourites. This resort is quiet and would be perfect from families and older folks, but is a bit far from the airport.

Jewel Runaway Bay Resort: Will Return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Jewel. Check in could have went a bit smoother. Room was clean and comfortable. Beach was stunning. Sand was soft and thick. Ocean was a bit rough for my small children but could have just been the time of year we were there(late November). Food at the buffet was fine. Not remarkable but not bad either. Wood fired pizza was very good as was the Italian Place. Didn’t get a chance to eat at the other restaurants. Resort was fully booked but it is spread out enough that we NEVER had a problem getting a chair at any time of day at the pools, park or beach. Lots of umbrellas and shade. Everything was easily within a very short walk of the room. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Nov. 26 - Dec. 3, 2017. The resort was lovely, clean and well kept. It is small and everything is close by, the beach, buffet, Jerk Hut, bars, etc. The staff were friendly and house keeping came into our room everyday. There are no mini fridges in the rooms but you can request one. The water is not recycled and you can drink the water from the tap in your room. No tummy troubles at all! The front desk even called after to make sure that everything was working properly. The beach water is clear and calm. Definitely kid friendly. There was a lot of weeds in the water. There was always something to eat. The breakfast buffet was from 7am to 10am. Then the Barefoot bar started serving food at 11am. Hamburgers, grilled cheese, and fried fish. At noon the Jerk Hut served jerk pork and chicken. So yummy. We will go back.

I booked this hotel resort because i was celebrating my birthday and I thought it would be a great idea to celebrate in jamaica. the entertainment is top notch. have had way better experience at a different resort. however to each his own,. I know that the staffs performance is mediocre. I noticed the way they treat a certain class of guests as compared to how they treat the other. not even an acknowledgement on my birthday wow. If my friends book this hotel they would do so on their own choice. The food selections are the same not much choices. my experience at this resort was was not the best period. I am glad that I had rented a car. MY highlight was going to another resort for lunch which was awesome and amazing .
