Grand Decameron Montego Beach: Excellent Resort

Both my husband and I truly enjoyed the very welcoming and accommodating hotel staff!! At the Front Desk, Miss Jodi-Ann Johnson and Moeisha Donald both wonderful examples of amazing client services!!! Never ever did we have to ask for anything, both Ladies always acknowledging our presence and inquiring if we needed anything to not hesitate to call for them, and this kind treatment was provided to all guests!! In the dining room, Miss Stacey Campbell, Mr. Tyrese, Miss Sandra to name just a very few always greeted us and all guests with the most amazing smiles, but then your hotel staff all have the most beautiful smiles!! But we would also like to give a special thank you to Miss Ann Marie, your Client Service Specialist for Air Transat, my husband had forgotten an item on the plane, we were greeted by Miss Ann Marie who took action and got my husband's item within just an hour!! This meant the world for my husband!!

Jewel Paradise Cove: It was Paradise

Lovely place. Just the right size. Great staff, lots of amenities, great food, great drinks, great pools, great hot tubs, lovely grounds, excellent coffee and jerk chicken. Lots of stuff to keep you non-stop busy should you want.

Riu Reggae: Meh

The hotel was fine but our vacation was not the best basically spent 2 days in our room because of flooding then the only options we had to go to were riu ochos rios and negril but both resorts were not adults only and they were overcrowded/to big. We could have stayed at the reggae but everything took so many days to clean up it would of made the trip worse. Overall trip satisfaction 4/10

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Most courteous staff!

The hotel is very nice, immaculate grounds, very clean, great service and the food was so good! Most impressed with the friendly and happy staff everyone was so wonderful except for the guys that loaded the luggage onto the bus they were very rude, I asked one very politely if he could please put my small white carry-on luggage on top because it gets damaged and dirty, he very rudely responded “well you are just going to have to go home and clean it, and next time you come buy black luggage” [... read more] he then proceeded to put my luggage at the bottom and placed 3 of the larger ones on top and smiled! Was truly disappointed with the attitude, there was no need for that!

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Amazing resort

This hotel is very friendly clean and the stuff is Awsome I would recommend this hotel can't wait to go back. They are children friendly my daughter said she can't wait till she goes back. I LOVE THIS PLaCE

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Don't judge a book by its cover

The resort looks stunning but is in dire need of repair and the staff need a lot of training. The food was quite good with a large selection but the wait staff were slow to respond to requests of beverages, cutlery, etc., if they responded at all. We were with a large group and every one of us had some sort of problem. Rooms already occupied when first getting to the room, flooding from balconies into the rooms, being displaced in the middle of the night with no room to go to, water leaking from [... read more] the bathroom lights, waiting 5 hours for toilet paper because the housekeeper didn't leave any. If you have any problem whatsoever don't tell a server, a housekeeper, etc. They can't or won't do anything, you must go to management or a supervisor. Exhaust fans in steak house grill broke and the smoke was overwhelming and choking. The cooks kept cooking and the fire kept making more smoke, the alarms wailed and this lasted for over 30 minutes. They just kept accepting more guests without opening windows. Quite the fiasco and very unsafe. A broken toilet in one restaurant was repaired with string and would not flush. The ladies had to use the men's washroom.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: No, just no. Trust me

I’ve renamed this resort Mosquito Roach-ipe. Please don’t go. Save yourself time and money. If you don’t travel much or you get sick drunk then maybe this would seem like a great place but it’s only because you haven’t experienced better treatment or you’re too wasted to comprehend that you’re being treated poorly. They have roaches and I heard rats! The place isn’t clean. Mold, mildew, light fixtures that don’t work -and nobody to care whether it gets fixed or not. Blood  [... read more]in hallway wasn’t cleaned up for hours. I thought I was in an episode of CSI. Staff appears unhappy and they lack enthusiasm. A la carte restaurants are so slow— be grateful if you can even get a drink of water after an hour. The gym is full of mosquitos and smells like sewer water. Machines are rusty. Make sure you’ve got your shots. Don’t even think of trying to get a sufficient amount of towels. Heck, bring your own. The beach is tiny. No one seems to know what’s going on for entertainment and don’t bother using the app. It doesn’t match up. That goes for trying to book the restaurants also. Don’t trust it. Overall, one of my worst vacations ever. If it wasn’t for the beautiful sun and the three new friends I made, this would have been a complete wash. Please don’t go. Believe the negative reviews on trip advisor. They’re true.

We were upgraded to The Suites so this review is on the SUITES and not the BEACH. Top notch hotel and resort with outstanding staff and service. Food quality and selection above average. Pool excellent and beach good. The only thing to be aware of is The Club offering. Please read reviews before you commit to attend a presentation.

Riu Negril: Amazing Resort

My family and I returned from our vacation at the Riu Negril on November 17, 2017, having spent 1 week there. Our family consisted of 4 adults, two young children ( 4 & 6) and an infant (13 months). Our flight was to arrive in Montego Bay at 2:35 pm, but the afternoon prior to departure Sunwing revised the departure time to 4:00pm. We then arrived in Montego Bay after 8:00pm so we did not arrive at the resort at 9:45pm. The next morning we were able to experience the resort and found it to be [... read more] lovely. The beach was beautiful, clean, sandy, and wonderful to swim and snorkel in. The hotel staff cleaned the beach every morning and there were ample lounge chairs for everyone. The water-sports included paddle boarding, sailing, kayaking, paddle boats, to name a few. The food was excellent. This included the buffet restaurants and the A la carts. The wait times were not long for the A la carts. A few of the A la carts were occasionally closed throughout the week due to wedding receptions being held in them. All the bars had quick friendly service . The Jerk chicken hut at the beach was an excellent spot for lunch. Our rooms were spacious, clean and we had prompt maid service every day.Wi-fi was available 24/7 in the entire resort including our rooms and at the beach. We stayed in Bldg 3 and it had a lovely pool adjacent to it and it was nicely away from the hub of the entertainment. All the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to see that all our needs were met. Is this a 5 Star resort? I definitely think so.

Couples Negril: Anniversary Celebration

We celebrated 25 years together at this resort a week ago. We had not been to Jamaica for about 15 years. We knew that for an all inclusive Jamaica would be our first choice for a destination. The fantastic food, beautiful beach and amazing relaxed vibe was just what was in order. We have travelled to many island destinations, Jamaica will always be our favourite. Grand Palladium Jamaica: Very nice trip

Exceptional staff. Good food. Good beds. Entertainment when wanted, quiet and relaxing when wanted. Rooms were a bit musty smelling but clean and well looked after. The exceptional staff in all areas of the resort were what made our trip most memorable! I travelled with my 85 yr old mother and the care and attention she was given could not be beat. Very family friendly.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Great time with great people

We had a great time at the luxury bahia principe. Hotel was well maintained and food at a la carte restraints was excellent especially the don Pablo. We met some awesome people on the grand side and spent a good amount of our time there as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Awesome jerk chicken.

Grand Decameron Montego Beach: Royal Decameron Montego Beach

Our recent stay at the Royal Decameron Montego Beach Jamaica was perfect. We are repeat guests, but had family come with that we're first timers to Jamaica. Lovely to see familiar staff, food was fantastic, couldn't have asked for better accommodations. We love this resort, feels like home for us, no surprises, we know what to expect and we like that. Our family loved the Decameron so much, I am sure they will be back and will probably suggest it to their friends too.

Catalonia Montego Bay: Excellent resort!

Enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn. Friendly Jamaican people, accommodating staff, good food especially at Sorrento restaurant. The Carribbean as usual very beautiful. The resort is geared more to people with children so it is not for everyone.

Riu Reggae: Great fun clean resort

I found the staff in all areas of this resort to be giving it their all !!! The food and drinks were good quality and plentiful we throughly enjoyed ourselves Sunwing flight times need improvement but had a awesome time anyways!

Melia Braco Village: Really nice Small Resort

We thought the grounds were very well kept, the service by the staff with whom we had dealings were outstanding. This was our second visit to this resort. The weather was not as nice as we would have hoped, but even during rain storms, we loved being there! All was great!

Catalonia Montego Bay: Holiday Inn Resort - November 2017

Overall this hotel was a good place to stay in Montego Bay. Beautiful lay-out, clean rooms, good variety of food, friendly staff and good entertainment. Only complaint was the a/c in the room was loud.

Couples Swept Away: Best Resort Ever!

Couple's Swept Away was simply the best place we've been to, in the Caribbean. The service is out of this world. Staff is genuine and incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was gorgeous and the bed was supremely comfortable. But I must say, the best thing was the beach and the food. Outstanding in every way. I will be returning.

Riu Ocho Rios: Disappointing Resort

Both my husband and myself have been to this resort in the past and enjoyed ourselves immensely. Enjoying five star service, food, people, grounds, etc. Hence, the reason why I recommended this to my friend! WHAT a MISTAKE. This resort is outdated. Attitudes of staff poor The only redeeming feature were the grounds! DIsappointed!!!
