Melia Braco Village: Great Resort

We have been at the Melia Braco Village from Nov 4th to Nov 11th. It is a great resort for those who likes quiet, cozy places. Everything was very good, starting from booking with TripCentral, food, room, staff, entertainment, ocean. We were not disappointed and looking forward to return next year. Irina and Vassiliy

Riu Reggae: Riu Raggae Mo Bay

Awesome!!! Great staff. Great food. Very clean and with access to the Riu Montego Bay its the best of both worlds. My first stay at a Riu and I will specifically look for one every where we travel. If you go, make sure you hit the Jerk Hut!

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Targeted for 40+ crowd

Just got back(btw never go in November - the rain and cloudiness ruins the vacation) and the services and amenities were nice but there is not much to do outside the resort and lobby bars close at 11pm. The resort is filled most with old people or couples with kids. Rooms are spacious and drinks as promised are top shelf. Tv is small, like 29 inches and gets 2 Channels that are clear.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Very nice resort

My friend and myself were there for one week. We marvelled at the cleanliness of the hotel in general. The food was superb with enough varieties to please everyone. The staff were amazing, always smiling and happy to Be of help all the time. The chambermaid made beautiful towel sculpture everyday on our beds and kept the room spotless. We were surprised to find a bottle of bubbly, a cake the night of my friend's birthday. A plate with different fruits was also placed in our room. Twice we fou [... read more]nd one (not both) bed prepared for the night, with two chocolates. The beach is a little short. Nonetheless we had a great week. Thank you Iberostar.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Amazing Resort

Best resort I have ever stayed at. Food was incredible and service was amazing. The beach was beautiful. I will book this resort again and recommend it to my family and friends. I always felt safe at this resort.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: VERY disappointing

Our stay was disappointing we heard so much good things about the resort but didn't live up to it in some categories the room we first had was infested with mosquitoes my self got aleast 100 bites on the bottom of my legs my grandchildren also got laden with many bites from their room as well the bites made my last 3 days there very unpleasant when they finally got us a room change they called us at 2am and were upset that we aren't ready for the room unbelievable 3days in a row I had to  [... read more]call after 5pm had to call down as our Room had not been cleaned or stalked with new towels pretty bad when it came to booking our a la cartes they said the restaraunts we had chose were booked but when some of our family went as we were down there for my sons wedding there were many empty tables that pissed me off so another disappointment We always had trouble with our keys had to get new keys at least 6 times very annoying the day of the wedding we lost power on our room had to wait for maintenance which put us behind for the wedding We were so looking forward to our holiday for our sons wedding it came home very disappointed The pool area and beach area were beautiful other than that We would not recommend it

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Amazing Resort

I had an amazing time at the Luxury Bahia Principe Runaway Bay. The hotel was everything I had hoped it to be and more. All of the hotel staff were so pleasant. The hotel was so clean and always at its best!! I so enjoyed the food, always so much to pick from. Riu Ocho Rios: Overdelivered!

Really enjoyed our stay last week. Took a Hobie Cat out 7 times! Paddle boarded, kayaked, snorkeled and climbed Dunn’s Falls. Staff was very nice, organized and professional. Rooms and resort in general were very clean. Food was good. Hope to return!

Royalton Blue Waters: it was a fantastic resort

We really enjoyed or first trip to Jamaica. We are planning on returning to this resort. The staff were fantastic we were treated with kind words and respect by all the staff we encountered. This resort is key very clean and if there was a problem the maintenance staff was there to fix it right away.The food was great in all the restaurants and the bar staff was great as well. the only thing we noticed was that some times the bars seemed to be short staffed. Azul Beach Resort Negril: The best Caribbean Inclusive I have ever gone to!!!

Everything about this resort was 10+++ Upon arriving, instead of lining up to front desk we were ushered to a comfortable sofa, handed a moist towel to freshen up and a glass of sparkling wine, (no tacky bracelets) from there we were registered and taken to our very spacious, spotless, fresh room with a huge balcony overlooking pools, palm trees, ocean and spectacular sunsets, (this was a standard room). And even though the beaches in Jamaica are not private we always felt safe with the security always watching over the guests. THE BEACH WAS SPACIOUS, ABSOLUTELY BREATH TAKING AND YOU COULD WALK FOR MILES!!! SWIMMING WAS THE BEST, SHALLOW ENTRY, HARD SAND TO WALK ON NOT WEEDY OR ROCKY. All 6 restaurants were simply a gourmet feast,every single meal out did the last one. The house wines and beverages were A1, along with a beautiful selection of wines to order at cost. The entertainment was not as grand as some of the other resorts I have gone to in the past, but they were very entertaining and very enjoyable, I wouldn't change a thing there. The spas looked amazing, however I did not venture too far from the beach, next time for sure. Tons of wonderful programs running all day that were available. Though I no longer have little children, I would definitely go back with my grandchildren, the kids area looked amazing. One area I particularly enjoyed was the coffee & ice cream bar, they served up amazing healthy smoothies of all kinds, and of course we would have to have a cookie each day, only because they were so good!!! The only negative was you would have to get out early to make sure you had a lounger & umbrella for the beach pretty early (7 am), but I'm sure that the case at most resorts. Conclusion, WE LOVE AZUL BEACH RESORT, SENSATORI JAMAICA!!!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Surprisingly disappointed

The overall hotel wasn't bad, there were a lot of grounds crew keeping the resort clean the duration of the stay. But, the positives quickly start to disappear after that. Service wasn't good, in fact it was close to the worst overall service I've had, unless you were holding money in your hand. You shouldn't have to pay $5 every time for good service. Most of our group also stayed on the ground floor which was infested with mosquitoes causing most people to have to change rooms. Beaches were alright, swim to bar was the highlight. Grand Pineapple Beach: Do not tell anyone!!

...that this charming resort is the best deal on the 7 mile beach. Beautiful smiles from the staff, great buffet and clean rooms...maybe that is why i have been 7 times since 2015. The service from check in to check out was attentive, the grounds are always clean, fresh towels for the beach every morning and offee ready before breakfast is served...oh and mmmmmm those omelettes. Riu Negril: wonderful Rio

I had an absolutely wonderful time at the Rio Nigril the second week of November - the staff were all so pleasant throughout. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone considering an all inclusive with lots of variety of activities and food to enjoy.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: 9.5/10!

The hotel was very spacious, staff were generally friendly for the most part, food was delicious, and overall cleanliness/security was beyond my expectations! Felt safe, has an amazing time and will come back and bring family back too.

Riu Montego Bay: Nothing but amazing

This hotel is such in a perfect area. The beach is a walk away, BBQ chicken on the beach every day. The staff is awesome and always friendly. We did the Bob Marley tour and I still can’t get enough of how good our tour guide was. The pool is always clean and I loved the fact that they had build in laying chairs. The food was really good as well and a fantastic selection. We took some tours into downtown Montego Bay and we had such a great experience. I paid the extra for the ocean front view room and believe me it’s worth it!

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Beautiful Resort

The staff are super friendly; the resort is big, but they have a shuttle service to get you around the grounds that you can request at any time; rooms are kept clean and fresh; bed is very comfortable; there are a few beach options around the resort and all are great; pools are clean and beautiful; swim-up bar is a nice touch; there are many restaurant options and the food at all of them is fantastic; the Lotus Restaurant is amazing where the chefs cook right in front of you and sing/entertain a [... read more]s they cook (they juggle spatulas!); excursion options are great as well for those looking to get off the resort for a bit; destination-weddings here are beautiful and they have back-up options if the weather doesn't cooperate

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Subpar.

The resort itself is very nice. It’s large, nice aesthetic, good kids areas, beautiful beach and for the most part, clean. The staff were mostly friendly, and there were a lot of maintenance workers always working. The food was okay, usually it was cold. We didn’t find out until towards the end of our trip that one of the restaurants was actually open for breakfast and it was much better than the buffet, but still nothing special. I was on a higher floor but I was travelling with a group th [... read more]at had lower level rooms that were infested with bugs and mosquitoes. I know of two of our group that were sharing a room but arrived to only one bed, and it took them 3 days to get them a room with two beds. They don’t give face towels, you have to order them apparently. My MIL waited 4 days for new bath towels after numerous calls begging for some. They apparently were always out of beach towels even at 9am. Some of us went on an excursion and they provided transportation there but made them all pay to come back. We had misplaced some personal ID paperwork and didn’t realize it until we were leaving and waiting for the bus to take us to the airport, so my husband went to the front desk asking if anyone turned them in and apparently they had been waiting there the whole time. It had our names and the resort and dates we were staying so why they didn’t call us and let us know, who knows. Nobody ever got any of their a la cartes because they were all ‘booked up’. Overall our own personal experience was OKAY, but our group had nothing but nightmares.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Loved the resort!

Everything was great the food, the people , cleanleness of the rooms, large selection from the buffet and also the restaurants. Highly recommend but keep in mind extremely large resort lots of walking.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Great Resort!

We had a room in building 26, room was clean, near everything, beautiful view of pool and beach. Great staff, food and drinks! Steak house was my favorite. The only down fall is the beach. It's small and rocky! Bring a floaty and water shoes!

Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters: Fantastic White Sand Resort

Super friendly and helpful staff (Petulla, Karisha, Cecilia, Denby, Jessup and Kaisha). Amazed on how clean the beach was with no garbage. Loved the shows especially the Bob Marley show. The Food was average.
