Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Beautiful resort!

Hotel was beautiful, lovely landscaping with lots of greenery. Staff was wonderful, always willing to help. There was lots to do. Restaurants were also great, however it was hard to make a reservation.

Everything was great! Buffet and Food was excellent. Pool area was excellent including kids playground. Room service is excellent. Clean everywhere!!! Friendly and helpful stuff. Would definitely visit again. Thank you Kevin from Trip Central for helping this vacation dream come true!!!

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Excellent resort))

Nice hotel as for couples and for families with small kids. The Best from this hotel is delicious food in main restaurant! Seafood , Italian cuisine were our choice each day! Beach was not so bad , sandy and clear water! Not much rocks at the coast. I would come back to this hotel again. Maybe next time will try Akumal hotel , that located near))

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Great

The resort was very nice. Great service. We were upgraded from a superior room to a junior suite. Great variety of food at buffet. Lots of entertainment in the evening. Many things to do within the resort. Eg; dolphin show daily, market for shopping, sports bar, eco park in the jungle with tour guide. Don't need to leave the resort. I would recommend this resort.

The beach was great. Staff was fantastic. Tons of places to eat, all good food. Lots of different things to do at this resort. Having the casino and all the live entertainment was fun. Rooms were older, smelt a bit musty. Overall good value for the cost

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Absolutely Wonderful

The resort was flawless, the grounds were beautiful, the public areas were all kept very very clean. Lobby had a great musician who played piano. The music and entertainment was for all ! The beach was well kept, the massages were great. The food.... oh my gosh the food was the best I’ve ever had at an all inclusive!! Fresh, lobster, scallops, sushi, grilled shrimp and that’s just the buffet!

I really enjoyed my stay at this resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I very much enjoyed the nightly entertainment. There was always something to do everyday lots of entertainment during the day. I think I would recommend it to friends and go there myself again.

This resort is massive! We appreciated the variety of food and activities, but there are literally people everywhere so if you're looking for a more remote experience this resort isn't for you. The kids activities and mini waterpark were a bonus for us. Buffet selection was amazing, almost too many options! A la carte resturant availability was limited, this we were disappointed by because we were travelling with extended family and would have liked to do a few nice dinners. We spent most of our [... read more] time at the pool. The beach was okay - quite rocky and rough once you're in the water so we only visited once (also felt quite a trek if you're with young kids). Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The only other downside would be the distance from the airport (we were told it was only 45 mins before booking, but in reality it was 90+ mins).

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Family oriented vacation

A good variety of food at the buffet but need to book the gourmet restaurants when you arrive at the hotel. You don’t always get availability to dine at the specialty restaurants which can be disappointing. Daily events for children and adults to enjoy and lots of space to accommodate everyone at the multiple pools at the resort or the beach. We did find the beaches had more seaweed and rocks than we expected so we stayed mostly at the pools because we had young children with us.

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Third Time's a Charm!

We have been to the Gran Bahia 3 times now in different resorts on the property. We had a great time! Weather was great, room was great and booking the trip online was a breeze. We put in hotel request prior to arrival and our accommodations were just like we asked! Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Pool was beautiful.. that was about it The service was brutal.. the food was horrible expect for the buffets. The Male staff were awesome and friendly but the females were basically miserable the entire time. Any time we asked for help, we always felt as though we were a nuisance.(and I am a female writing this) We got stuck in an elevator twice, one time it was about 15 minutes and the other my boyfriend was alone and had to pry the doors open by himself. Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Great stay

I really enjoyed my stay there, food was great, hotel is right on the beach, lots of entertainment and all the staff were nice and friendly. Some rooms that overlook the disco may be a little noisy so if you dont like to party a lot maybe ask for a room on the other side.

We stayed at GBP El Portillo back in March and returned in November as we liked it so much. This resort is good value and affordable to come back to time and time again. The food is so good here. The buffet has such a good assortment of food for all meals. The beach is a highlight of this resort. You can walk for miles enjoying the beautiful scenery. The mountains off to the right make it seem like you are in Hawaii. This time we got Royal Golden package with Air Transat. It offered a clo [... read more]ser room, some potato chips and the use of the club room which is air conditioned and has some top shelf liquor (canadian rye), coffee maker and pastries. I believe it also offered us 24 hour wifi in the lobby. In March we had a superior room which was located at the back of the resort. I found this room newer and quieter but had further to walk. The RG room was closer but older and a bit smelly but essentially the same. The absolute best part of this trip is the staff. They are the friendliest, kind, hardworking people. Jorge at the pool bar has the best smile and is my favourite staff member. The bar is very busy at times and he never lost his cool with the demanding people. Just kept on smiling....Love you Jorge! Augustin in the lobby bar is a favourite as well. Alway there with a smile. Our favourite booking company is Trip Central so hats of to the staff there. We will return and be happy when we are greeted like family ... see you soon!

Dining Room staff needs more training in many areas they are doing their best with the knowledge they have. Buffett and Kitchen staff: This areas lacks the sense of team work not just for the area which they are assigned but the entire operation leadership is lacking. They need to be trained how to monitor all areas , example while I was there hotel 80% occupied but I waited 17 minutes to get plates at the buffet ,12 minutes for Juice glass. The cook was bring out more fruits and have not noticed there were no plate’s similar occurrence for juice glasses. Cold oat meal porridge and no bowls. The food is very good but some meats not properly cooked or over cooked. Scrambled eggs, if turned black and green should not be served. Very tasty cows tripe but meat not properly cooked, Monished water same meat not properly cooked. There could be more selection of local fruits. I went to the bar for Brandy and was told it will be charge to my room stating, that brand is not included in my all inclusive package. Housekeepers very friendly and pleasant,. No face cloth for two day and no wash cloth for my last day and a half. If these can be improved on this resort will get my vote. I have been staying at the Royal Decameron Caribbean Club since 2006, my last two visit, they were sold out, the Grand Baha Principe was my other option. Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Forth vacation and still our favourite

My husband and I loved the Aquamarine but were curious about the newly renovated section at the Luxury Akbar, so we upgraded for a reasonable price and spent 5 of our 7 nights enjoying the Pool Swim Out from our room. We faced the greenery along the opposite side where the main walkway was and loved it. The room was fresh and modern. The food is always the best but room/drink service for guests wanting to lounge by their Swim Outs needs improvement. We preferred to be at the Aquamarine for the o [... read more]verall poolside experience for activities etc. I do wish they would stop promoting swimming with dolphins and pictures with parrots with clipped wings. When you see wild parrots in Punta Cana, why clip their wings for a photo long forgotten. I prefer Hotels that are aware of the cruelty behind dolphin captivity. Other than that, the Aquamarine and the new Luxury, both exceeded our expectations and we will continue to make this our destination.

the grounds were very well manicured and the hotel was very clean staff were very attentive, evening entertainment was not top notch food was great except for the beef. left a lot to be desired. I had a chatoberand that was tough and steak that was poor. other then that the restaurants were good. I pointed out to them a couple of safety issues such as railings for stairs.

The hotel was fantastic, staff were great, super friendly always. Food was excellent. The resort was so clean, staff working hard at all hours of the day till night. Entertainment was great! Views ( Beach + pool) amazing All great things! Had a very very good stay at the Grand Bahia Principe Jamaica! Will most definitely be back soon! Great experience
