Riu Playa Blanca: Amazing Resort.

Beautiful hotel, food was great! Took them 4 days to refill the bar..even after mentioning it 2 times that it was empty. The shows was awesome. Special thanks to Yeraldine and Donal who makes awesome drinks.

Riu Palace Costa Rica: Amazing trip !!!

We absolutely loved our stay at the riu palace. Everything was perfect, the food was delicious and the staff were outstanding ! I was so impressed by how clean this resort was, everything is exteemly organized from the minute you walk in till the moment you leave. I would 100% stay at this resort again I have zero complaints other than wishing I would've stayed longer than a week ! Well done everyone :)

Riu Playa Blanca: Awesome resort

This was a very kept up resort and everything was clean. There was a wide range of food and always something great to eat. We loved the fresh look of the white buildings and the red and white rooms.

Senator Puerto Plata Hotel: Very nice resort

The rooms were nice and clean The grounds were very well kept. The service was excellent. The food was good. Lots of choices. Pools were nice and the workers were always cleaning the pool and the surrounding area.

Riu Republica: Very good Report

It was very clean and tidy hotel. entertainment was great and food was good, but the restaurant was okay. Daily program was fun and all the helper and entertainer were fantastic. All together was really very good.

Riu Santa Fe: Fabulous Resort

Beautifully kept resort. Lots to do. Or do nothing at all and just relax by the pool. Many pools to choose from. Lots of activities to do if you choose to. Loved the evening shows. The buffet restaurant was my favourite. I will definitely be back.

Senator Puerto Plata Hotel: Fantastic Holiday

I was unsure of this holiday docto is getting a great price over 3 months in advance but it was awesome. Staff was helpful and courteous. Everything was clean and tidy. Entertainment staff was friendly and interactive.

Drinks were mixed poorly or with poor ingredients Stage sound was terrible and needs echo suppression pools were excellent food was very good. Housekeeping very good llllllllllllllllllllllll Llllllllllllllllllllll

Riu Palace Las Americas: We didn't want to leave even after 2 weeks!

The rooms were great. Clean, modern, elegant with a comfy bed, large bathroom and beautiful balcony. We had Incredible views that we loved waking up to every morning. We also ejoyed our evenings with the shows dancing and having a nightcap while staring at the upside down big dipper :)

Riu Santa Fe: Perfect time in Cabo as always

Trip went smooth like butter, could not complain about a thing from time time of booking to getting home. Experience more wildlife and surrounding areas this time. Beautiful chunk of Mexico with the most amazing people 👌🏻

Riu Santa Fe: Love this resort

Can’t say enough about this resort. That is why this last 2 week vacation there for my wife and I was our seventh year in a row and we plan to return next year too. We love taking the local bus to downtown Cabo and the Marina. The great variety of food is wonderful and the staff is always trying to please you.The night shows are awesome too.

Riu Palace Paradise Island: Awesome resort

The hotel is very clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. Recently renovated and the new look is quite refreshing. The food is very good and staff will go over and above to get whatever you wish.

Riu Reggae: Excellent resort

Hotel was clean staff was very friendly. This was our second time to this resort and would go back again. The food was awesome no complaints there was something for everyone unless you are very picky. The alacarts were excellent and didn’t have to make reservations.

Riu Emerald Bay: Beautiful resort - we loved it there!

We stayed on the 14th floor of this hotel and the view was spectacular! The room was nicely appointed, the maid service was excellent (note - hang your 'do not disturb' sign on your door if you like to sleep in because they start cleaning early - and they knock), and the common areas of the hotel were always spotless. The food in the buffet was varied and always hot - no complaints there at all. We never made it into the steak house as only the 9 pm seatings were available when we tried to reserve. The buffet hosts a Mexican theme night anyways and it was great. Bar service was good - particularly the lobby bar - those guys are fabulous - my dirty monkey had "art" done in chocolate sauce on it. Very nice touch. The pools were a bit chilly for my liking, but once you got used to the water it was fine. The beach was very clean, and the beach hawkers were kept behind a certain line on the beach - if you wanted to purchase or shop their wares, you just crossed the rope, otherwise they did not bother you. If you wanted to walk the beach, we just exited at the side of the property and we were not bothered. The evening entertainment was okay - choose your seating carefully because the acoustics in the theatre are not great. We enjoyed the Mexican night the most. I would definitely return to this resort!

Riu Palace Bavaro: Riu Palace Bavaro, Punta Cana

About 20 minutes from Punta Cana airport. This resort is in great condition. No signs of any hurricane damage from this past fall (2017). Easy check in at front reception with friendly staff. Access to Sunwing rep in lounge was always easy for planning excursions. Food was good at the buffet and multiple restaurants. WIFI is exceptionally good at this resort. It is free everywhere on the resort and in the rooms. There is a small fitness centre in the spa if you want to work out. Bavaro beach [... read more] has beautiful white sand and you can walk for miles.The closest casino opens at 7pm but is so small it is not worth going to. All in all a great vacation location.

Riu Republica: Fire Safety a Major Concern

The resort, people and food were excellent but garbage is incinerated 2 kms from here causing rooms to smell like fire. There was 2 nights where the fire alarm lights (stage 1) went off most of the night inside our rooms and the hall ways of the new buildings. Staff told us "no problems". Plumes of smoke were outside our room, there was no way we could just go back to our room and try and sleep. RIU management and Sunwing had no resolve for us except telling us to email both companies. We had no [... read more] assistance from the Sunwing emergency email except that our concern would be forwarded to the Toronto office. Sleepless nights and fire safety concerns is not my idea of a good vacation.

Riu Palace Jamaica: fantastic resort

The entire resort was very quaint and relaxing. The food was excellent and all the staff was friendly. The resort was clean and tidy. The games were entertaining. Fun place to have a good time. Excellent variety of cocktails .

Riu Santa Fe: 5 star experience

Clean. Great food especially the steak house Beaches are a little gnarly but that is cabo for ya Loved it. Pretty short walk to cabo by beach or take the mexican adventure meaning the public bus for one dollar. It was super fun at the warf and cabo wabo which is owned by sammy hagar

Riu Republica: Alright

Expected better food quality especially from a Riu Resort People and the service were excellent...surprised the language barrier was quite noticeable..not many excursions to choose from...the draft beer machines were in need of maintenance...

The resort was very clean, every evening was entertainment for 2hrs, clean beach, plenty of beverages, food variety was phenomenal, friendly staff (Broken English). First room location wasn't desirable, talked with reception, they provided us with a better room location.
