Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Nice resort, good bang for your buck

This is a big resort, but for its size it was well kept and clean. The food and drinks were plenty full. our trip was reasonably priced and it met all our expectations and more. We would go back for sure.

Sandals Ochi Beach Resort: The Staff Work So Hard to Keep Us Happy!

The four of us were very impressed with how hard the staff worked. The pool staff, the Butlers, the bar staff, the cleaning and maintenance etc. Always friendly and asking if we needed anything. We were very impressed with how well the grounds were kept. Every morning the grounds crew were blowing the leaves of the roads and walk ways. The resort was immaculate! Thank you Sandals Ochi!

Sandals Dunn's River: Wonderful Resort with Wonderful Staff

My husband & I just returned from 10 days at the Jewel Dunns Resort. This was our first time to Jamaica and we can honestly say that the people here are the friendliest of all the places we have been and Jamaica has the most beautiful beaches & water. The resort is quite small and everything is placed very nicely. The only complaint that we may have is the 2 hr bus ride to the resort, but trust me it is worth it. Very easy access to everything including the restaurants & beach. Everyone is more than willing to help you out with anything you request and they get it done quickly, no waiting for them to get around to it. We booked this trip through Tripcentral (Marnie Savic) and we had the best service ever. Marnie was the best & most knowledgeable travel agent that you could ever ask for, thank you Marnie.

Secrets St James: Beautiful Honeymoon Resort

It was our first time at Secrets St James and we can’t wait to be able to go back! The property is stunning, the staff were very kind, and the amenities were incredible. This was an unbelievable honeymoon and we owe so much of that to the resort and staff. Would highly recommend this resort!!

Jewel Paradise Cove: great property great resort

well kept and maintained. Staff was awesome. Food was very good. Many options. Golf course needs better management to be maintained properly. Nice course when watered and cut properly. Grounds crew are not managed properly at all. Spend more time on cell phones than working simply because they are not supervised. I know. I was there for 2 weeks and 2 weeks back in June. They should hire me and sales would increase for sure.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: So so Resort

Very poor service in dining areas on the whole except for a few individuals. Very poorly stocked bars. Absolutely no preferred drinks were available throughout our stay. Had food poisoning in the Micado Japanese restaurant. Had shrimps as the main meal in the menu. Suggest to keep away from seafood

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Relaxing, Beautiful and Freindly

This was our second time returning back to Grand Bahia in Jamaica. This hotel has a long beautiful beach and a great pool for both adults and children. I can't say one bad word about any working staff members in any department. Every person working was very pleasant and friendly. The guys on the beach selling their hand made goods were very nice and also informative about the Island. We happened to be here through Halloween and we were amazed at the preparation and outcome to make it feel like a festive day/night. I would definitely recommend to friends and family to check this resort out. I would like to return again but with my two children as I know they would be safe and enjoy lots.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Amazing resort

Everything was great! The food, service, rooms exceeded our expectations. The entertainment team was excellent during the day and the evening show. The buffet and restaurants were very good. We will return!

Grand Decameron Montego Beach: 90% Scooter accessible!!!

We were pleasantly surprised, to tell you the truth. I have certain physical challenges and I require a mobility device (scooter) to get around. I was able to go from one end of the resort, to the other, with little restriction. We found the entertainment staff, lifeguards, security, and most of the bar staff, to be very polite and friendly. Our room was always clean. Thanks to the housekeeping staff. The amenities were great. We liked the two pools...in case your feeling a little less ro [... read more]wdy, there is a quieter pool behind the swim up pool bar area. We have a few suggestions, but overall... "Hell Yeah, We'd Come Back"!!

Riu Palace Jamaica: Spectacular!

The hotel was awesome. Clean, friendly staff, great food. The workers couldn't do enough for you. Beautiful setting. If you want to be spoiled and not have a care in the world, this is the place to be. I would give it a 10+.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Awesome resort!

If you’re looking for a great all inclusive vacation, this resort is awesome. Great staff, clean, nice facilities. As a typical Cuba goer, the great food really does make a difference. The food was amazing! Japanese Restaurant is awesome (my family doesn’t even like Japense and they loved it). This resort is the last resort at the end of the beach and there is a Jamaican ‘market’ right beside and they come on the beach they 5pm. Beach is nice but doesn’t compare to a Cuba beach. Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach: Fantastic resort!!!

This resort couldn't have been better for the value. So clean with an excellent layout. Food and service was great. The staff is very friendly and attentive. All rooms are ocean view and I mean exceptional ocean view. We would definitely return and highly recommend it.

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: A for amazing!!!!

Had an amazing time great service professional staff wonderful grounds impeccable pools great beachside gourmet restaurants at least 6 to 7 The Resort staff were very conscious of our safety and ensuring when we went off of the resort we came back without issue definitely would go again

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Fourth time's a charm

Great value, the food was great as always. A little walk needed to get to the nice part of the beach, 5 mins. but it's near the beach bars and a little exercise is good. I would recommend this place it walking isn't too difficult for someone.

Riu Ocho Rios: Great resort

Hotel was clean, the service was excellent! Housekeeping staff was amazing! It was just what we needed for what we went for! The continental breakfast could use more thought, it was okay, but, could be better 😎🌞

Royalton Blue Waters: Exceeds 5 Star Rating

We are absolutely in love with this resort! The food was amazing, everywhere was kept spotless and the grounds were so beautiful. In your room, you can order room service through the TV and the housekeeping team kept the room clean and did turn down service. The one downside was that the pool bar was very slow to serve due to lack of staff, sometimes longer than 10 minutes to be served. We voiced this with a manager when he was going around the grounds asking for feedback. Very good to see!

Grand Lido Negril: Picture perfect resort, but...

The staff was great! However we had a feeling that they were under stress and they didn't look very happy. One night, we had a foam party and the staff were told that same day that they had to stay longer since they had decided to do that party. I don't think that the staff liked it having already spend the entire day there. Also, there was a rainy night and they had dinner set outside at the Ocean Point Bistro. The guests were under some kind of roof top. But the staff served us without b [... read more]eing protected from the rain at all. They were completely wet and cold!! The restaurants were very good, however even though we got some reservatuons for them, they would close some restaurants on the same day. It was very disappointing as we were looking forward to go to the restaurant that we had chosen and last minute we find out that they are closed. And this happened almost on a daily basis. As for the "Au Naturel Grand Lido", it felt weird to go from there and to have to go with the families for the beach or for the restaurants (except for two). Only a small portion of the beach was for adults only and you had to have a bathing suit on. I think you either make the whole compound Family only or Adults only. We felt that we were hidden in our own little corner. As soon as you left the Grand Lido small section, you had to have your clothes on and not even topless. The gym was super nice! We tried the TRX class and it was one of the best class I have ever been to and my husband loved it too. I don't remember the name of the instructor, but he was excellent. We also did the Aqua form and that too was good, but not has remarkable as the TRX. We had the service of a bottler. It was nice as they would try to help you with any need you may had. If you are looking for Magazine Perfect like facilities, it is the best place like five stars, but for the Au Naturel experience, it is far from perfect like a two or three stars.

Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach: Great Value

Wonderful view, beach and pool. The food was better than expected as were the drinks. The staff were always willing to go out of their way to help. The room was only fair, shower construction left water on the floor after every use, no wardrobe drawers available only closet and no in room coffee, however the bed was very comfortable and staff kept the room very clean. The view from the room makes up for a lot. Overall I would recommend this hotel to friends

SeaGarden Beach Resort: Will be back a third time!!

My sister and I have been to this resort before, this was our second time visiting. The place is clean the beach is good, staff are friendly and helpful and the food is great. The bartenders and waitstaff take great care of you.
