Riu Palace Jamaica: Spectacular!

The hotel was awesome. Clean, friendly staff, great food. The workers couldn't do enough for you. Beautiful setting. If you want to be spoiled and not have a care in the world, this is the place to be. I would give it a 10+.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Awesome resort!

If you’re looking for a great all inclusive vacation, this resort is awesome. Great staff, clean, nice facilities. As a typical Cuba goer, the great food really does make a difference. The food was amazing! Japanese Restaurant is awesome (my family doesn’t even like Japense and they loved it). This resort is the last resort at the end of the beach and there is a Jamaican ‘market’ right beside and they come on the beach they 5pm. Beach is nice but doesn’t compare to a Cuba beach. Entert [... read more]ainment was really good too! I would 110% recommend this restort!

Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach: Fantastic resort!!!

This resort couldn't have been better for the value. So clean with an excellent layout. Food and service was great. The staff is very friendly and attentive. All rooms are ocean view and I mean exceptional ocean view. We would definitely return and highly recommend it.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: It is over rated hotel

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: A for amazing!!!!

Had an amazing time great service professional staff wonderful grounds impeccable pools great beachside gourmet restaurants at least 6 to 7 The Resort staff were very conscious of our safety and ensuring when we went off of the resort we came back without issue definitely would go again

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Fourth time's a charm

Great value, the food was great as always. A little walk needed to get to the nice part of the beach, 5 mins. but it's near the beach bars and a little exercise is good. I would recommend this place it walking isn't too difficult for someone.

Riu Ocho Rios: Great resort

Hotel was clean, the service was excellent! Housekeeping staff was amazing! It was just what we needed for what we went for! The continental breakfast could use more thought, it was okay, but, could be better 😎🌞

Royalton Blue Waters: Exceeds 5 Star Rating

We are absolutely in love with this resort! The food was amazing, everywhere was kept spotless and the grounds were so beautiful. In your room, you can order room service through the TV and the housekeeping team kept the room clean and did turn down service. The one downside was that the pool bar was very slow to serve due to lack of staff, sometimes longer than 10 minutes to be served. We voiced this with a manager when he was going around the grounds asking for feedback. Very good to see!

Grand Lido Negril: Picture perfect resort, but...

The staff was great! However we had a feeling that they were under stress and they didn't look very happy. One night, we had a foam party and the staff were told that same day that they had to stay longer since they had decided to do that party. I don't think that the staff liked it having already spend the entire day there. Also, there was a rainy night and they had dinner set outside at the Ocean Point Bistro. The guests were under some kind of roof top. But the staff served us without b [... read more]eing protected from the rain at all. They were completely wet and cold!! The restaurants were very good, however even though we got some reservatuons for them, they would close some restaurants on the same day. It was very disappointing as we were looking forward to go to the restaurant that we had chosen and last minute we find out that they are closed. And this happened almost on a daily basis. As for the "Au Naturel Grand Lido", it felt weird to go from there and to have to go with the families for the beach or for the restaurants (except for two). Only a small portion of the beach was for adults only and you had to have a bathing suit on. I think you either make the whole compound Family only or Adults only. We felt that we were hidden in our own little corner. As soon as you left the Grand Lido small section, you had to have your clothes on and not even topless. The gym was super nice! We tried the TRX class and it was one of the best class I have ever been to and my husband loved it too. I don't remember the name of the instructor, but he was excellent. We also did the Aqua form and that too was good, but not has remarkable as the TRX. We had the service of a bottler. It was nice as they would try to help you with any need you may had. If you are looking for Magazine Perfect like facilities, it is the best place like five stars, but for the Au Naturel experience, it is far from perfect like a two or three stars.

Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach: Great Value

Wonderful view, beach and pool. The food was better than expected as were the drinks. The staff were always willing to go out of their way to help. The room was only fair, shower construction left water on the floor after every use, no wardrobe drawers available only closet and no in room coffee, however the bed was very comfortable and staff kept the room very clean. The view from the room makes up for a lot. Overall I would recommend this hotel to friends

SeaGarden Beach Resort: Will be back a third time!!

My sister and I have been to this resort before, this was our second time visiting. The place is clean the beach is good, staff are friendly and helpful and the food is great. The bartenders and waitstaff take great care of you.

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: amazing resort (Correction**) AMAZING STAFF!!!!!!!!

My wife and I loved the resort, the employees were all absolutely amazing and made our honeymoon sweeter than we could have ever expected. It isn't often when you can connect with people in a surreal genuine way but this occurred for my wife and I at the Royalton in Negril. As peculiar as this sounds, it felt as if everybody at the hotel were our family and although my wife and I wanted to get back to real life we felt emotionally tethered to the employees at the Royalton and because of this we  [... read more]were reluctant to leave. Some of the employees that we would like to mention: Keno Maxian Laticia Clithy David Kendra Shanae Chris The only sadness that I have in writing this review is that there were so many other employees who I can remember their actions, smiles, kind words, support and overall love and care but I can't remember their names and that is a fault on me not them. This trip has prompted me just to be better at remembering the names of the loving people who contribute to my life. I am honestly so honoured to have been able to meet and speak with and get to know the above listed people and even the ones whose names I cannot remember.

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Amazing resort

Very neat, respectful workers, good food the best of all resorts. We were so excited to have such a place for our vacation. A friend recommended this resort to us and we were so happy to spend our week long vacation there.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Amazing Resort

I was very impressed with the ground, well kept. The staff was very friendly. The food 🍲 was very good, clean and clear beach. My group was overall impressed and will go again and will also recommend this hotel to anyone.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Poor customer service.

Our vacation was from October 16-26 2017 we had a great flight and the airport check in went very smooth. The transfer to the hotel was fine as well. We had been to this resort some years ago before the Adult only section was build so we kind of knew the resort. Also the safe is not free there is a cost of $6.00 US a day We didn't like the way the reception was when we got there. After travelling all day the last thing you want to do is sit and listen to them about the resort and to get our keys [... read more]. The room was as expected, it was clean and welcoming. The resort is very huge and is well maintained. The things that we didn't like was that out of 10 days we received face clothes in our room only three days. There were a few days we didn't get coffee in the room and we had to call three times one day till we got some. The mini bar is to be stocked with beer and pop and water. This is an all inclusive resort and when we asked why were only received one or two beers in the room even with us leaving a note and money asking for more, my husband was told by the employee if he wanted more he could go to the store and buy more. This is not expectable in my books. The buffet the food was the same old same old everyday. I am not a picky eater but there was days I couldn't find anything I wanted. The beef was like eating shoe leather. Out of the 10 days there we only had one evening that we were asked if we wanted wine or tea or coffee with our evening meal. The Wi-Fi is only available free in the lobby and if you wanted it in your room or at the pool you had to buy a package that was $79.00 US The service was not there and for that reason alone we would not return to this resort.

Sunset at the Palms: Amazing low key and relaxing resort!

Sunset at the palms is an amazing resort for couples. Rooms: Treehouse style rooms. Large and comfortable. Food: Better than most resorts. Also have Jamaican cuisine to try, which was wonderful. Pool: Small but clean. There is no loud music or activities. Total relaxation and a great place to socialize. Beach: Across the street. Maybe a 3 minute walk (no big deal). Clean and beautiful with quite a few water sports included. BBQ at the beach every day. There is a market and the vend [... read more]ors are very pushy, but you can avoid that area easily. Staff: AMAZING! I can't even describe how accommodating and friendly the staff were at this resort. We met so many people who have returned to this resort over and over again. I understand why and cannot wait to return :)

Riu Negril: Ok resort

The pool is gorgeous... The food is gross gross gross The wine is piss especially the red wine. Please get proper wine. Waiters/waitresses r extremely polite. Love them Entertainment is wonderful!!! Starboy u r doing a great job!!! Bartenders r so nice. Sports bar needs sports bar food n not cold sandwiches in a fridge. The spa ladies r so sweet... so much love for Christians, she gives amazing massages and has a heart of gold. Only recommend this hotel for the pool/entertainment... But al [... read more]l the food and wine is shitty

Catalonia Montego Bay: Great location and most friendly staff

Very clean hotel grounds. The room was a little dated without a fridge or any bottled water. However it was clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They treated everyone the same whether they got tips or not. They food was good. The drinks were ok.

Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach: Love this resort

Very nice resort, it was our 2nd visit in 6 months, great beach, nice and clear and very warm temperature. Pool was refreshing, and always clean. Did not have any problems getting lounge chairs. Only complaint is there was not a large variety of food. Less then 5 mins drive from airport. Will definitely visit again.

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Lovely, Lovely, Lovely resort

Very nice and neat hotel. The service was on point! The food was delicious. The rooms were neat. The beach and pools were so clean. Lots and lots of food. Our planner, Kino Ray Cummings was very helpful. He made our vacation a dream come true. He planned everything the way we wanted it. He is very polite too. This was our first time and it was amazing.
