Iberostar Selection Esmeralda: Nice comfortable room.

Great resort very friendly staff. Would vacation there again and recommend it too. Great beach. Water is amazing Food was great and plentiful. Very nice pool with swim up bar. Entertainment nightly and nice variety of bars on resort

Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada: Would visit again!!!

Although the resort is a bit dated, the facilities were clean. The entertainment crew kept us busy throughout. Shout out to Pina Colada,Ninja and Rambo for all the crazy games. The beach and pool area were amazing. There was never a lack of food or drinks. I will book this resort again.

Iberostar Origin Tainos: Lovely resort

Lovely relaxing resort. Grounds are beautiful, beach is breathtaking. Staff very friendly and helpful. Despite shortages on the Isle food was not a problem, just have to adapt. Bring your own spices .No shortage of water and no electricity blackouts. Check in was unfortunately too long after arrival. Bathroom fixtures need updating and cleaning staff may need instruction on when to change towels/ bath mats. On the whole a very pleasant, relaxing trip and will return. Iberostar Waves Paraiso del Mar: Great food, quiet, clean

The food was absolutely outstanding. In addition to the already good food you associate with Mexican resorts, iberostar goes the extra mile and throws in a gourmet treat every evening, such as various types of sashimi, seafood, true iberic ham etc. everything extremely fresh. Another special treat is the wildlife (flamingo, swans, turtles, fish, coati) that is truly present throughout the entire resort, including reception :-) You will not have any negative surprises, unless you are super f [... read more]ussy and try to find faults in everything, but then go to 6 stars. One aspect that I missed (e.g. compared to Bahia Tulum) is the fun and dancing every evening. They have a big hacienda that would be perfect for that. But if you want a quiet and relaxing vacation with good food and smiles around you, this is the way to go.

Iberostar Origin Tainos: Fabulous vacation!

This resort is definitely on our repeat list! Pool was fabulous, beach was heavenly and staff were so friendly and welcoming! We stayed in a bungalow and its location by the pool was so convenient! The resort is not too big so we did not waste time looking for each other and getting anywhere on the resort was quick! Great staff at all bars, reception, housekeeping and at buffet!

Iberostar Selection Esmeralda: Amazing resort, but

Excellent beach, very good food, nice resort. We were not lucky, we got a very bad reception person when we arrived and the same person in the day of our departure. (no English at all, no knowledge). Also there was mechanical problem with water; it was shut off every night from one to five o'clock.

Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Too unorganized and too many changes

We have been 7 times to iberostar parisio beach, but due to the changes in restaurant booking procedures, pushy concierge to attend members recruitment, decrease in amenities, poorer entertainment theatre programs and overall lack of organization this time, we will not be returning.

Iberostar Waves Punta Cana: Fantastic stay!

Myself and three friends stayed for a week March 30-April 6th 2025 The grounds were immaculate, the food was excellent, rooms were clean and beach was gorgeous. Would return again 100% with my family.

Iberostar Origin Daiquiri: Very Enjoyable

The hotel was very nice and the grounds were very well kept, there was always people working and cleaning. The maids did a good job of looking after the rooms. I’m not a fussy eater so I was always able to find something to eat. Sunwing put on a dinner for the guests, nice touch. The hotel staff at check-in were extremely friendly and polite. Jose and Andrea were wonderful to us. Will I return, probably !

Iberostar Selection Ensenachos: Third time to Ensenachos.

Return visit. amazing beaches and a good area for snorkeling off the beach. Room was great and clean. Buffet under renovations so food selection not as good as before but sure it will be better when work is done . A la cartes were good except only one selection at all of them for dessert and that was flan. not my favourite.. Nice to see the Canadian flag displayed around the resort and the best part is the wonderful Cuban people!!

Iberostar Selection Esmeralda: Quiet Resort, Friendly Staff

Beach: Stunning. Turquoise blue water, powder white sand, nice breeze. Pools: Nice, large, Chairs in need of work. You need to get one of the lifeguards to help you setup the chairs as they fold and they have to tie them in place. Food: Meh. Very repetitive. Even the a la carte menus were just ok. We always went to the buffet after as the a la carte serving sizes were quite small. Rooms: Descent. The louvre door to the water closet is kind of weird. Drinks are made from a powder but still tasty. Lobby bar=Great coffee beverages The resort was only about 20% occupancy when we were there (very quite). At times our kid was the only one at the kids club but she really enjoyed the kids club leader (Maria).

Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: I would rate this hotel a 0

The grounds were average The staff was wonderful and accommodating The rooms were below average. This is the 1st All Inclusive resort without a stocked minibar... The food was horrendous, no flavor, no hot sauces available...and the same thing was served for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, every day, for 7 days. There was no variety.

Iberostar Selection Ensenachos: Very Relaxing, it did the job!

We just returned from Iberostar selection Encenachos. It was our third time there, the last was two years ago. This time it was just my husband and I. As always the beaches are stunning! Never disappoints and it is what draws us back. The last time we were here there were some days without eggs, bread, potatoes, beer etc...this time it was fine. The rooms are adequate but it will be nice when the Reno’s are done on them too. We will definitely return!

Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: Good value for the price

This was our second time to this resort. The first time being 10 years ago. Definitely not in the same condition as back then. The rooms definitely need a refresher. Pillows were terrible and our refrigerator did not work. Pool was nice, beach was nice and the food was surprisingly very good for being Cuba.

JOIA Paraiso by Iberostar: Amazing, top shelf resort

We had a fantastic time at Joia Paraiso. Our check in was wonderful, we were greeted with refreshments and treats while we sat down and waited to be checked in. The resort was fantastic, all indoors and air conditioned. Our room was a standard room but was perfect. Cleaning staff and all staff were fantastic, concierge, Spa, beach, and restaurant staff were always pleasant and very helpful. Very peaceful compared to the adjacent Iberostar places with kids and teens. Restaurant were top not [... read more]ch, definitely 5 star restaurants all round. Liquor was also great with many top brands and variety for any drink you want. Pools were great with one being a quiet relaxing pool and the other pool with a swim up bar and lots of activities and music all day. Beach was great although the water entrance in front of the Joia was rocky but if you just walked 100 meters down to one of the other Iberostar resorts you could enter the water without any problems. Definitely will return and would recommend JOIA to others. Worth the extra money it cost to stay there.

Iberostar Waves Cozumel: Great Resort

Lovely location, clean well cared for grounds and buildings. Super pleasant and accommodating staff. Great entertainment team with always something going on, but not pushy to get you to join if not interested. Loved that you can see the beach/water from pool area and good location of amenities like bathrooms and water/ice stations

Iberostar Coral Ensenachos: Amazing resort

It was paradise!! The beach is just wow!! The staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful! The food was ok. They do their best to make your vacation wonderful. The rooms are large, spacious and very clean. The hot tub is a bonus! I would go back!

Iberostar Origin Daiquiri: A wonderful vacation

This was our second visit to Original Daiquiri and we loved it, the grounds are beautifully kept, the lobby bar, is a great social place to be, the bartenders there are the best and so are the bartenders at the pool bar. All the staff are wonderful, but the one thing we love is the beach, great for long walks. We have no complaints, hopefully we will be back next year.

Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites: Back for 7th Time

As always we take a ride with Eric's Chillout Tours 1 876-790-3154 from the airport to whatever resort we are going to. On arrival we meet out buds the Valets Dale and Troy big smiles and hugs. We then check in with Corra who again welcomes us back and there is Orlando with a big smile. It feels like home here. Check in very smooth. We ate most meals at the buffet. They asked did we want anything not out. We got so many smiles and hugs from the Buffet staff, All our hearts go to Simone, Nataha. Titana Yonika and Gloria (who first started when Iberostar first opened) She was a hard working girl who went from cleaning to now working in the buffet. I like when they hire within. Again big smiles. The drinks and service with a smile was also 5 star the big boss Wallen does great with his workers Melissa, Jules, Errol Rickie Sandy Christina Dahjay and Doreen. They have nice people who bartend and can talk and tell stories and are always having fun. We had our room cleaned every 2 days. They did it early in the morning (around 10:00) which I liked. They also had big smiles thanks Kamoya and Paula. The room is so great, big tub, big bed good aur, nice balcony. We spent most days at the activity pool. It was always clean I seen Ty and Dijon always cleaning and smiling. It was quite, service was good and we had nice shade. I went snorkeling with the Life Guard Norris. We saw Lion Fish, Puffer Fish Sting Ray and so much more. We just walking in the water and wow. Jamaicans are like a mirror if you are rude and not happy that is what you get. I get smiles, hugs and laughs so if you see a problem maybe look in the mirror. Anyone who says Jamaicans are rude is WRONG. We will be back for 2 weeks again Feb
