Hyatt Vivid Playa Del Carmen: Great 4 star resort!

The resort was overall very enjoyable. Its location was prime as the city of playa del carmen was within a walking distance. The food at the buffet was the best out of any resort we have stayed at and was made with great service and quality. The beach however, was not as nice. The beach was littered with Rocks so it was impossible to go swimming in the sea. Once we gave up and went to the pool we were told that to sit in a gazebo cost 40 usd a day, this was quite unpleasant. Jewel Runaway Bay Resort: Enjoyable vacation

Great food, beach and people. Rooms are aged and in need of repair and updating. Air-conditioner not working properly, also sliding doors wouldn’t slide and the safe needed to be repaired before using, the room door electronic lock needed repaired twice, Although the staff responded quickly and were friendly it was still an inconvenience.

Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen: Amazing resort

Hotel is simply beautiful from room to lobby to grounds..Have been to mexico numerous times and this is by far the nicest workers we have met..Always a smile..loved the coffee shop and not having to book alacartes was awesome..Food was probably at the top of most resorts we have been..Best omlette i have ever had..

Sandals Dunn's River: Great Resort!

The staff were amazing. Service was second to none and food was delicious. Grounds were clean and the pools were lovely. Ocean was do warm. We would definitely recommend this resort. Weather was perfect.

Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen: Panama Jack staff are above all others!

In spite of the loss of the beach front this resort made up for it. The staff are excellent. Regardless of who you were, what you did, how much you tip or even if you didn't YOU were treated like you were someone special. You don't get that everywhere you go. There are so many staff, always bustling around busy busy busy. Yet never too busy to say hello and ask you how you were enjoying yourself. My only complaint is the standard rooms on the inside the hotel - now patio, no windows to out [... read more]side...not okay for a resort. So happy we were able to upgrade to a junior suite...thanks Panama Jack. Oh yes, the food...I am lucky to have been able to fit in the seat on the plane...excellent!

Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta: Awesome Beach!

Good resort overall. While much of the resort is a bit run down and needs some repair the beach makes up for it - the best beach I've been to in Puerto Vallarta. The restaurants also are located on the beach with great views of the bay. Food quality was very good. Entertainment was just ok and entertainment staff were not as outgoing or inviting as I have found at other resorts. All other staff and service was excellent. Rooms were very spacious but beds not the most comfortable.

Sandals Dunn's River: Great resort. Great food

Everything was very clean and well kept. Staff were excellent. Food was great and it was very relaxing. Very quiet resort which and relaxing pace. All staff spoke great English and were very helpful. No pushy people trying to sell you stuff either.

Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana: Fantastic Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana

We loved the new Hyatt in Cap Cana! Beautiful, elegant design with modern layout. A large enough resort in that area which is quite exclusive in the DR. The beach features white sand, and calm turquoise waters. Lovely. Nice pools. Water park is 2 min by golf cart. Food was very good with buffet available every meal, and a la carte options added at night. The Waves Grill is open every day at breakfast and lunch and offers some nice table service choices too. Drinks are top shelf, and well mixed.  [... read more] Service staff everywhere are outstanding and smiling for you the whole time. All are very competent and can't do enough to please you. Rooms are very comfy. Our balcony view was amazing. From the lobby you can see across the pools and the ocean to the horizon. Sunsets exceptional. A very quiet and safe area to vacation in and adults only if you like that. Sister resort allows children.

Hyatt Vivid Playa Del Carmen: Great staff, location and food

This was the second time at this resort for my wife and I. There was construction going on but we hardly noticed it. The entertainment crew was one of the best that we’ve ever seen. Especially Mauricio, Fernando and a special thanks to Emmanuel Who found my phone and made sure that it got back to me. They really made the trip special and are worth going back for just to see them again. Hyatt Vivid Playa Del Carmen: Amazing resort!

We recently went to hilton playa del Carmen and enjoyed all it had to offer. Half of the hotel was under construction but they kept it clean and quiet. Wasn’t busy as well which was a bonus! The food and service was outstanding...best we have ever had. The rooms were newly renovated and clean. The entertainment staff was kind and fun. We can’t wait to go back!

Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta: Loved this resort!

We were guests of the Hyatt Ziva from November 13 - 20, 2019. We stayed in a swim-out suite in the Club Tower. Our room was beautiful. Although we quickly realized the pool and patio didn't get sun until about 3pm, we appreciated the other pools until then. The sunsets were spectacular. Hearing the ocean surf crashing was amazing. The level of customer service was above and beyond. Our pool was quite cool, so I mentioned it to the concierge. The next day, it was very comfortable! Sanctuary Cap Cana Luxury Collection Adults Resort: Great resort

Very nice resort with well illuminated paths. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Plenty of beach seating although the beach is a little rocky. Food was very good at the restaurants but was usually cold at the beach unless you had a hamburger cooked while you wait. Would definitely go back.

Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta: Awesome Resort!

We arrived on Sunday Nov. 17th 2019. Westjet Vacations transported us directly to the Hyatt Ziva. We were Greeted by the front desk staff with "Welcome Home" followed by a glass of bubbling wine and a cool cloth to wash off our hands and face. Our check-in was quick and effortless. We were shown to our room along with our luggage. The room was further from the elevator than we had hoped for,the concierge immediately called the front desk and we were promised a room closer to the elevator the [... read more] following morning. (this was done) The room was as requested, king-bed, A/C, bathroom and balcony. The grounds and swim-up pools were all very,very clean. The beach I believe is certainly one of the finest in Puerto Vallarta and a Federal life guard is on the beach every day. The food in the 5 restaurants make if very difficult deciding each meal time where you are going to dine that day. All the Staff are amazing and I can only say that I would love to have any one of them working for me, they make the resort. Thank You Hyatt Ziva....We will Return!

Dreams Rose Hall: Second time back to this great resort!

Returned as a group with 3 newcomers to this resort because we had such a good vacation there the first time around. Absolutely love the facilities, food & especially the friendly, helpful staff. Best lazy river ever with pool bar & hot tubs & only resort we've been to that allows night swimming in the main pool! The jerk chicken & pork hut & hotel & beach coffee bars with fresh baked cookies are such a bonus. Staff even deliver drinks & snacks to the beach areas & always with a warm Jamaican sm [... read more]ile! My only suggestion would be to purchase more inner tubes for the lazy river as this time around there weren't as many.

Jewel Paradise Cove: Not Imperssed

The resort is well staffed and kept immaculate, but my group has stayed at a Jewel resort for now 9 years. There was 11 of us this year, there may have been once in those nine years, that we got a room that we had booked. Every year we recieve a room then have to move the next day or the next, to a room we asked for. This year we did not get a pool veiw room,we ended up in building 5 that is half way between the ocean and a pool in the next block. Dreams Rose Hall: Great time with Great friends

We stayed here for the second time Nov 3. Have traveled several times to the Caribbean and many rimes to Jamaica. This is a good resort depending on what you are looking for. No complaints about the food very good and lots of variety. Staff is amazing and definitely go the extra mile. They have a great coffee shop as well. The resort has a lazy river as well as 2 hot tubs and a water slide. As you can imagine it comes with a lot of children. The beach is small but swimmable. The beds are great [... read more] however the rooms are just average and there are only 2 slow elevators to get you up to your room or down to the lobby. Overall it was an average Hotel for a good price. Nothing too bad to say about it. But we travelled with a group so it was more about the company than the accommodations.

Jewel Paradise Cove: Great resort

The resort is excellent. Food is amazing and staff is very helpful. Highly recommend. Only issue was that the room type was wrong and that the A/C broke down (they gave us a fan which was OK). The grounds are well kept.

Jewel Paradise Cove: Nice resort / didn't get what we paid for

The good: Friendly, clean and nice. Would return The bad: paid for a first floor pool side room. Got a second level partial ocean view room. Originally they gave us two guys a queen sized bed so we had to change to two single beds. Flight was two hours late leaving but that happens. Overall I would return but not sure with Sunwing.

Jewel Paradise Cove: Fantastic resort

I thought the hotel was very good I have been here four years now. The staff are absolutely amazing the only thing I think they need to upgrade is the alcohol to more premium and better the wifi other than that I love this resort.

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Great relaxing time

We have been to this hotel before. The grounds were nice and they were kept clean of litter. The room was adequate but starting to look a little worn compared to our last room on the same floor. The restaurants are still amazing
