Islazul Colina Hotel: Great Value.

The hotel had all of the basics that you needed, the TV had good reception and the air con was brilliant. The breakfast in the morning was also great and it is in a fantastic location. Overall it is great value and I would stay again.

Las Terrazas Aparthotel: Terrazas Hotel Havana Cuba

The Tour opperator had everything well organized. Ground transportation from aiport to hotel and return was very punctual. Stuff was very friendly I would recomend this hotel for tourist looking for a relax time with walking distance to sandy beach. There is a restaurant on side and couple of other at waking minutes away from the hotel. There is Atlantico hotel located just in front of Terrazas hotel. At Atlantic hotel you find more services and entertaining activities. It is safety walk outside during day and evening hours. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a child because of lack of children friendly activities. Hotel pool was not functional, who would want a pool with a wonderful beach 5 minutes walk away

Valentin Quinta Avenida Habana: MY KIND OF HOTEL

I will book here again. Modern, huge rooms, bar and restaurant on property and fabulous breakfast buffet to start the day. A shuttle bus away from downtown Havana. Staff was most helpful and accommodating. I can't think of a negative point about my stay here.

Club Acuario: no good place to be!

This hotel is everything inclusive but is funny because i has to pay for the water to drink never go back to this hotel is really bad .if u go to havana make sure u dont book to this one ,is at lot better hotel in the city.not even room service .

Hotel Paseo Habana: Lived up to advertising and reviews

Uniformly very good staff throughout; everything in room functioning except room safe. As common in Cuba, very occasional shortages in restaurant. EXCEPTIONALLY positive management and staff reaction to a medical emergency I underwent while at the hotel ... for which I am extremely grateful!

Hotel El Bosque: Kholy Bosque - Thumbs Down

The hotel is being used constantly by Cubans - The swimming pool, gym lounge area. You have to pay extra for bowling, pool tables, sauna, massage etc...... Breakfast was okay - Large buffet of mostly very unhealthy food but they do have omelettes every morning. The dinner did not look good at all and I didn't try it. The hotel did not have maps for tourists!! WOW!!! The hotel workers including front desk spoke very little English. Had to switch rooms because my safe was not working. $10 taxi eac [... read more]h way to old Havana. $20/day. I suggest to spend an extra $200 and stay at a nicer hotel that may have better food and would be closer to old Havana.

Hotel Atlantico: Great resort

Great hotel, amazing staff but food not so good. The hotel offer a shuttle bus to Havana everyday. We got to enjoy the beach in the morning and the city of Havana in the afternoon. Staff were vey friendly and helpful whrn asking for instructions.

Starfish Montehabana: complete let down

only thing nice were the friendly staff and the cuteness of the apartment but things were falling apart. this was our first time to Cuba and the nexus tour guide who was suppose to meet us at the next hotel at 1:30 PM the next day after our arrival was a no show which did not help our stay all that much as most of the staff could not speak a word of English. and the local free bus into Havana did not work most of the week.

Hotel Sevilla: Truly Enjoyed Our 7-day Stay

For our third time in Havana in the past four years, we stayed on this occasion at the Sevilla (Apr 18th to 25th) enjoying a very comfortable, clean, stately, upper, corner room ... plenty of natural light. The Sevilla is in a great location situated on the Prado in Old Havana. Most of what you may wish to take in during a 3 to 7 day stay is available to you on foot ... you really need to walk the streets to truly enjoy the magnificent architecture and the heart and soul of Old Havana. We foun [... read more]d the hotel staff and reception to be most friendly and helpful. Our package included breakfast and we chose to dine outside the hotel for lunch and dinner. The buffet breakfast fare was fairly plain, without much variation from day to day ... fine coffee, a selection of juices, yogurts, fruits, meats, cheese, breads and a few pastries. Eggs of any kind did not show up until halfway through our stay ... scrambled and hardboiled eggs on the buffet ... but the best feature, when it did appear, was certainly the omelet station and the gregarious chef who handled the duties. After walking the streets in the early part of the day, we spent quiet, relaxing afternoons by the street level pool ... somewhat surreal being next to the Prado, but nicely obscured by greenery and wrought iron fence. We booked an attractively priced package and truly enjoyed our week long stay. Throughout the week we were amazed at the level of restoration and finishing touches being completed. It meant that we did not have access to the courtyard lobby nor the 9th floor lounge. Clearly, all improvements to the hotel, and while it may have been a put-off to some travelers, we really did not find it bothersome. At no time did we harbor reservations about our hotel selection and would gladly stay at the Sevilla again at the right price. Room Tip: Upper room

Islazul Colina Hotel: very good customer service, Jill was great.

The hotel is what to be expected for the price, workers were helpful and if the hotel had a smell from cold smoke maid service was consistent and well done.good location as it is walking distance to where locals from vedado like to hang.

Club Acuario: Two stars hotel

The shower water was poorly...the food was so sour. But the service was really good. Almost everyday my room was tide up. Maybe, my nest trip to Cuba would another place...I miss the beaches. Yea, for sure I would come back to Cuba.

Hotel Atlantico: Nice beach and staff.

The grounds were plain. The food was good. The beach was beautiful. The room was average for Cuba. Nice location to Havana and nearby town. Entertainment was just OK. No disco at night and boring for a youthful couple! Overall happy to have gone once to Havana and this all inclusive resort!

Hotel Caribbean: POOR TO FAIR

GREAT ROOM SERVICE CLEAN FACILITIES WDW AIR CON . VERY NOISY BLANKETS RIPPED STAFF REFUSED TO CHANGE MONEY AT DESK& YET THEY CHANGED FOR OTHER GUESTS! THEY CHARGED FOR ME TO BRING TO MY ROOM!!! IN ALL THEY WERE COURTEOUS. THE HOTEL WAS OLD AND NEEDED UPGRADING BADLY .THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT! THE FOOD WAS BARELY ADEQUATE. 

Hotel Sevilla: Great hotel in a great location!

This is a wonderful old hotel with a great location in downtown Havana, walking distance to the water, other hotels, bars, churches, etc. We stayed for 3 nights and a buffet breakfast was included. Will stay here again.

Be Live Havana City Copacabana: Decent place

Nice and safe location. We stayed for a week and had a great time. Staff were friendly and helpful. Clean and updated rooms with great view. Food was blend taste but I think that's very general and expected in Cuba. Definitely worth the price.

Las Terrazas Aparthotel: very very bad place to stay

The only good thing is that some times is ship and it is locate just in front of the beautiful beach, but is lees than two start hotel, you enjoy for what you really pay. The pool is not bad, but the room and washroom need to be fix it, and the walls has a lot of humidity, and need to be painted.

Memories Miramar Habana: Enchanting and Beautiful

I just wanted to thank you for our fantastic vacation in Cuba. We absolutely loved the Cuban people! The Memories of Miramar was well looked after and beautiful, and the staff were all warm, eager to help, and capable. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet's wide range of food that catered to everyone's tastes, and the ever-present live music really added Cuban rhythm. The water ballet was spectacular and far more professional than I had imagined. Cuba rolled the technological clocks back; so many old machines being nursed along and kept useful, along with the every-day use of horses as beasts of burden and ever present both in town and in rural settings. Memories of Miramar was the best "home base" for our Havana adventure imaginable - thanks so much for your great work!

Marazul Hotel: Cuban Resort

If you want the real Cuban experience and are sick and tired of staying at those overpriced resorts that say there four or five stars, well guess what there not, the Tropicoco hotel which I stayed at is rated at a 2 star hotel and let me tell you the food and the staff were much better than the 4 star that I stayed at in Veradero. beach is packed with Cuban everyday the hotel is packed with Cuban everyday it great if you don't want to stay with those tourists if you know what I mean. Iberostar Selection Parque Central: A superb hotel

Our first visit to Cuba was made memorable by staying at the Iberostar Parque Central hotel in Havana. We have stayed at many top hotels in our world travels, but this the best. Excellent service, food and environment.

Hotel Inglaterra: disgracful hotel

bed bugs, roaches, no working A/C, worst hotel ever.front desk staff not very helpful in finding me a decent room, would never return to this place, very surprised sunwing would promote this place, total disgrace.
