Grand Palladium Select White Sand: Nicest resort I have been to

There is nothing about this resort that was not fantastic. The buffet was awesome and the hostesses did a great job accommodating our large group whenever we showed up. The breaded chicken cutlets with waffles proved to be a big hit. The New Year's Eve buffet was an actual feast! We were impressed by the amount of time the staff spent cleaning and the resort was spotless. The staff were also friendly and accomodating at all times and the service was great. Even though the resort was fully  [... read more]booked it seemed like we had the place to ourselves. Rooms were spacious with lots of TV channels available. Great job! The only other comment I would make is about the massages provided by the spa. The prices were higher than we normally pay in Canada and we were told that an RMA number would be provided so the massage could be covered by our employment benefit plans and that this would be provided at checkout. This was not true and no RMA numbers were provided so be aware of this.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: A beautiful sunny vacation

Jamaica was a destination that I had wished to visit for years... Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations!!! :( Montego Bay has little to no beach... Unfortunately, I hadn't looked into this more in depth as I assumed there were nice beaches everywhere.. my bad. The rooms were beautiful and freshly renovated. The multiple a la carte restaurant looked wonderful but were really a struggle to get into.. Some had the privilege to have prebooked their meals, others weren't as lucky and h [... read more]ad to wait in line, sometimes for up to 2 hours.. Was not really fun with young children therefore we ended up spending lots of time in the buffet which had the same thing every day but was a mix of a bunch of different things. My child loved the waterpark but I really believe that there should have been more supervision from the lifeguards who spent their time looking around and chatting with each other. I therefore spent most of my time seated by the pool watching my child play. The evening shows were amazing!!!! Very talented staff dancing, gymnastics and singing!! A BIG WOW to the evening entertainment team!!! In conclusion, happy that I made it out to Jamaica, but will definitely hit a different destination next time!

Grand Palladium Jamaica: What a happy ending!

We were headed to Dominican On Christmas Day, however, on Christmas Eve we received a brief email from Canabay Resorts informing us that the flights we had booked in May were unconfirmed. We were frantic but couldn’t reach anyone until Boxing Day. After contacting Jairus at Tripcentral we found a room was available at Grand Palladium Jamaica. What a fantastic resort. Grand Palladium Select White Sand: Great Family Vacation

We were a group of 20 over New Years so varying in age from 1 to 71. There was something for everyone. The resort was large but the shuttle service was great too. The beach was rocky on the White Sands side so we used the pools quite often, especially with the little ones. We hit the Colonial beach a couple times, the water was beautiful! The bus ride was long, approx 1.5 hrs.

TRS Coral: Modern, clean and fabulous!

TRS Coral was a truly amazing holiday for my partner and I. Everything was so modern and fresh- every space sparkling clean. I’ve never been to a resort that has literally ticked every box for my partner and I. Well worth the price!

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Fantastic resort and Staff

Really a nice place. The rooms were spacious. Lots of cove beaches and activities. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Food was amazing with lots of variety in the buffets as well as the 7 or 8 a la carte restaurants.

Grand Palladium Select Bavaro: Good resort

Hotel overall is good. Especially the service staff. Beaches: very high waves and strong currents, beach rescue teams were non existent. Lot of peddled on the beach. Beach bars did not come around to serve beverages or fruits.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Great resort!!

Grounds are absolutely beautiful! Perfect size for us. Rooms could use a bit of TLC. That’s my only complaint. Steak house is amazing and all the staff went above and beyond. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas. We had a great time.

TRS Yucatan: A resort that is worth it to be visit.

This was our second visit. What a great facility...did not disappoint us. The rooms were beautiful, very elegant and modern. Our butlers ( Lisbeth, Alejandra, and Christopher) in vila 60 were very helpful and nice. They prepared a surprise for our 35th anniversary. We were very impressed by their kindness. The private beach was really nice with great Cabanas and service. The bars' service and the drinks and cocktails were fabulous with high quality. The Chic show was amazing. We were so i [... read more]mpressed by the talented dancers and signers. This show should not be missed. We want to say Thank you to Marcus and Ramiro from the Helios restaurant. They made every day so special with their great service and kindness. We highly recommend Gaucho restaurant. The food was excellent. Special thank you to chef David "Panda" and our weather Arturo. The Italian restaurant was great, as well. Definitely we will go back to this resort.

Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres: Very clean, nice and friendly

We really enjoy our stay. Even though, the weather was sometimes rainy right before winter holidays. There were always what to do for kids and for adults. Transportation to the restaurants was well organized for travellers who did not want to take a walk ( about 10min max). Me and my husband preferred to take advantage of the beautiful paths and my daughter of 20 with her friends always enjoyed the boat or golf cart ride. Food had a large variety and entertainment as well.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Good family resort

We had a good experience with our family at the Grand Palladium Vallarta. The weather in early December was amazing and we really enjoyed the pools and beach. However the service side needs some improvement, including the front desk organization (i.e. wrong rooms being assigned, extra charges added, etc.) Eventually all were sorted out but it required too much follow up from the visitors to get accomplished. The table service in the buffet was also a bit lacking - i.e. it was really hard to get  [... read more]a coffee in the morning.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Great Resort with Amazing Amenities and an Excellent Location

This resort is a "stay at 1, play at 3" type of all-inclusive option. By staying at Grand Palladium, you are eligible to use the pools, amenities, restaurants, and facilities of the Grand Palladium Colonial and the Grand Palladium White Sand. There is so much to do and definitely something for everyone. For kids, they have a kid's club with different daily activities. They also have a junior club for teenagers where they can play and hang out with people their age. They also have multiple activi [... read more]ties (archery, water aerobics, yoga, fruit decorations, cooking classes, language classes, football, etc.) for adults. The resort also has a world-class spa (Zentropia) with an relaxing hydrotherapy circuit. The beach is amazing - your feet on fine white sand and a cool breeze constantly blowing (very fitting for relaxing on the beach). It's very clean and there's not a lot of seaweeds. The location of the resort is also very convenient. It's about an hour away from the Cancun airport and about half an hour away from Playa del Carmen. It is very close to multiple different attractions (Tulum, Xel Ha, Xcaret, etc.). Food is great with so many buffet and a la carte restaurants to choose from. They have so many selections as well (Thai, Japanese, Brazilian, Mexican, Steak, etc.) Staff was very accommodating and very friendly! Overall, a very satisfying and relaxing vacation. Grand Palladium Punta Cana: AMAZING RESORT!! I LOVE PUNTA CANA I GO EVERY 2 YEARS I LOVE THE PEOPLE AND THE BEACHES ARE IMPECCABLE!! WILL GO BACK 💯👌

I think its perfect, The hotel staff can have a good impact or a Bad impact which can and will ruin your vacation. I promise you that you will love it there..i vouch for them all the way! I cant wait to be there again.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: More than you pay for!

We normally travel as a foursome, and generally try to pick a reasonably priced 3 to 4 star resort. We felt a little excited about the Grand Palladium Vallarta, because it's normally not in our price range. When we arrived at the resort we were welcomed with a nice refreshing minty drink. I was struck by how beautiful and spacious the lobby was. Check in was very quick and easy, and the concierge was very informative. The grounds are very nicely landscaped and full of wildlife. We saw iguanas, s [... read more]kunks, birds, lizards and even a bunny from our balcony. There are a lot of stairs in this resort, but there are also pathways. The pathways may take a little more of a circuitous route but would be good for anyone who has reduced mobility. I would not recommend this resort for anyone who is mobility impaired. We tried the activities pool on the first day. On our second day at the resort I spent about 20 minutes blowing up my floating lounger, and then I was informed there were no pool floaties allowed in any of the pools. I was very disappointed that this had not been addressed in any of the reviews I read about this resort. I love my floating chair to keep cool and get a tan! We later learned they don't allow the floaties because of a space issue, which was fine, I just wish I had known before wasting that space in my suitcase. We switched to the Adult pool on the second day and just kept going back to that one. It was so nice to cool down in the pool, and have some nice conversation with other guests. It was especially nice not to have children around. I did note that the adult pool is not cleaned very well. We advised the server at the pool that the pool needed to be skimmed, but nobody ever came in the 5 hours we were at the pool that day. Both my sister and I ruined a bathing suit each from leaning against the infinity side of the pool. There was algae on the wall that stained our suits a nasty yellowish green colour. It did not end up washing out. The rooms were very nice. The bed was OK. The counterspace and lighting in the bathroom could use improvement. The balcony only fit a chair and a small side table. It was comfortable for 1 person, but not 2. I loved that the resort had weddings every day that we were there. Our room overlooked the beach space where weddings happened. It was lovely to watch every night. We were unsure how to access the beach with weddings going on, so we never got to enjoy an evening walk on the beach. The buffet was the best we've ever had at a resort. We love Mexican food, and they had it every meal. My partner is especially fond of tamales, which he had for breakfast, lunch and dinner when we didn't go to the a la cartes (even sometimes when we did go to the a la carte). The A la Carte restaurants were mostly fine. At the steakhouse the meat was not prepared correctly. I ordered medium and got rare, my partner ordered "Very" well done and got medium, so it worked out for me! We tried the Steakhouse, the Asian, and the Mexican. I did not like the Mexican other than the guacamole. You're better off with the buffet for good Mexican dishes. All in all we had a wonderful time at the resort and would definitely consider going back again.

TRS Coral: Cosmetically appealing but lacking many things.

I start off with the positives of this resort. Everything from grounds to rooms are beautiful and appealing. Just a gorgeous place. Lobby is so welcoming and very clean as well. Staff goes above and beyond, and work so so hard for every guest. The beach was gorgeous and seaweed was picked up every morning. The negatives now and why we wont be back. The food at best is 4 star. Bad cuts and chewy beef which is always served rare unless ordered well done then ordered medium. All 4 of us had stom [... read more]ach issues on this vacation mine lasted 4 days which resulted in not being able to eat or drink what I would have preferred. This could be because they have their own water filtration system which the bottle and serve you in your rooms, I'm not sure. Two of us took dukoral before even and the other two go to cuba often and are fine. Somehow this resort twisted our tummies. Options for alcohol were great, all top shelf liqour, but they need mixologists that know how to make original drinks. Not sugar fueled fruit drinks. We expect more from a mexican resort rated a 5 star. We may be opting to go back to the fives azul by karisma next year since the food and drinks were exceptional or a cruise.

Grand Palladium Palace: Excellent experience!

This was the best experience I've had at any hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, the food was great, and the service was amazing. We felt very well taken care of through and through. Highly recommended.

TRS Coral: Wonderful resort

The TRS Coral Resort, which is annexed to the Grand Palladium on the Costa Mujeres in Mexico, is simply wonderful, luxurious, at the height of its 5 stars and even more. We loved our 10-day stay with a couple of friends. The meals are excellent, but just one thing, contrary to what people say, there are no lobsters at this resort, there is only lobster. The rooms are luxurious, we had a loft suite, with whirlpool bath on the balcony and it's a huge balcony. The Chic cabaret is worth a visit, the [... read more] shows are superb and the meal served is delicious. The staff at the restaurants, the pool, the beach, the reception, the bars, our butlers Kevin and Carlos, all are excellent and always work with a smile. They go to great lengths to satisfy you. The air conditioning stopped working in our room, it was repaired very quickly, you don't need to call 10 times. So in short, this hotel is sublime and worth its 5 stars on all levels.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Been twice and will be back!

Absolutely love this resort and will be back! The staff are so friendly and attentive, everything is spotless and the kids had a great time! The buffet has a great selection that changes each meal, and never a very long wait at anything.
