Riu Ocho Rios: Must GO! One week not enough!

The lobby is bright and clean, check in was easy, bars are good and many in this resort. This is a well laid out resort and very clean,if it is raining know worries they have covered walkways. This resort may seem big but it really isn’t everything is an easy walk to, they have two pools, one at the delux section and the party pool at the other end. Oh my! Oh yes there is a Jerk Chicken Hut on the Beach a must go to! SO Good, choices of hot or sweet sauce. Our room was good, hair dryer was not very hot, TV reception isn’t the greatest because of the mountains they say but no problem! This resort has the best entertainment staff, they do a great job. Do some excursions and see the landscape the mountains are beautiful, I know one thing that may disappoint you is the long drive to this resort 1 1/2 to 2 hours but don’t let this stop you from going here, go at daytime and take in the scenery. Go enjoy Jamaica at Riu Ocho Rios.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: A big disappointment

Our experience was a big disappointment, went we got to our hotel room not very long we see roaches crawling on the floor and in the bathroom,we went and ask for a room change, and our West jet rep karen, got us the room change the next day.went to the new room, only to find for the rest of our stayed the air condition didn't work properly,our jetted tub didn't work we had to bee asking for wash clothes every day seen we got to the hotel.some of the staff was not friendly. Secrets Wild Orchid: Perfect for Couples

The location of this resort is amazing!! Beautiful warm waters and relaxing good quality loungers. Pool was just the right depth and temperature also. Most of the staff were amazing and very courteous!! Special shout out to Christopher in the lobby bar. He was able to take care of serving at the bar, taking orders at tables and clearing up tables all with a smile!! Also Paul at the Oceana at lunch times. So friendly and helpful!! We will go back!!

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Amazing Resort

The Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall Hotel is one of the best hotels we have visited. The hotel has a beautiful land scape. The room is spacious clean and has a big comfortable bed. They have nice restaurants with great food in abundance. The swimming pools are beautifully designed for both adults and children. Riu Montego Bay: Amazing vacation!

My boyfriend & I were there from Oct 12 - Oct 19 and we had a blast! Don't let the negative reviews of people with high expectations fool you. If you've ever stayed at any Riu hotels, you'll know they have a standard to uphold and Riu Montego Bay did not disappoint! Room: we were in room 1118 and had two double beds pushed together to create a "king" bed. We had a huge balcony albeit we were facing the garden. But who goes on vacation and stays in the room anyways!?! Food: Beyond amazing. Let's just say they know how to use their spices. Mostly everything we ate was delicious and there were many different choices at the buffet for breakfast and dinner. We didn't bother going to the buffet for lunch cause there was jerk chicken with rice and peas served at the beach by Chop Chop! Make sure to check him out cause his jerk chicken and jerk sausage were really good! WiFi: Available at common areas like the lobby and the main stage area. If you're lucky, you can even get it near the beach. Surprisingly, the connection was good. Service: The servers were exceptional. They were constant when it came to empty glasses on tables and at the beach. If you're at the dinner buffet, look for Superman on the patio. His service was amazing and he's always giving you riddles while you dine! Bartenders are really friendly and have an attitude that makes you want to smile. Smoking: They have a policy of no smoking in public areas and if caught, you can be fined $300USD. Honestly, there are designated smoking areas which is nice so to not bothers those who don't smoke, but during the evening when there aren't much people around, you can smoke anywhere. We loved it there and would definitely go back in the future!!

Riu Reggae: Relaxing resort

The staff are simply wonderful and the resort is well maintained. The buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner were awesome. Was not really thrilled with the food provided at the restaurants. Close proximity to the airport. Once in a while you will hear planes overhead but they really don't bother you.

Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites: Best resort!

We just returned from Iberostar Rose Hall suites and it was a fabulous hotel. We have been to dozens of resorts across the Caribbean and this resort is by far our favourite. Absolutely no complaints. The grounds were immaculate and clean. All the amenities were within a 5 minute walk from one another. We can't wait to return!

Jewel Paradise Cove: Great time

We travelled as a group of 11 all of which were 22. The night life at this resort was lacking but good time was had by all. Great food lots for everyone! I recommend the omelet bar in the morning! Service can be slow but youre on vacation.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Terrific Resort!!

We stayed for a week at the Grand Bahia Princioe Jamaica!! It was amazing! The service was stellar! The food and beverages were great! We loved the restaurants. We had a really fantastic time!! We were taken very good care of by our travel Two and given really good information in the excursions that are available!

Riu Reggae: OK resort

The hotel was fresh and clean only being a year or two old. The restaurants were ok not a lot to choose from when they were open. 1steak house, a Buffett,Chinese, Mediterranean, Italian. The swim up bar was good and the bartenders were very interacting with the guests and very friendly ( once they saw me a drink or 2 were there laid in front of me) which made me very happy.👍 The pool was great and only having 2(main and a martini bar).Not a lot of daytime entertainment and not much music bei [... read more]ng played which we had to ask for. Not much night life we had to go to the other family location for nightlife. The ocean was soooo nice and warm. We went paddle boarding and boating. The house keepers were nice and friendly and kept our rooms neat and tidy. The fridge was restocked every second day with beer, water and pop.But our second last day they had a foam pool party which was a blast until someone got sick in it and we had to leave. But other than that it was a good trip. Thanks Jamaica for havin us and WILL definetly be returning to Jamaica again...😉👍Yah Mon!☀️⛱...ps the jerk hut on the beach was out of this world. I never ate so much jerk chicken in my life.

Royalton Hideaway Negril: Royals at the Royalton Negril

What a beautiful and clean resort. From our check in with David to the daily swims from our swim out and the grand beaches and of course all the food and drinks you could stomach. This was a great first experience for us, as we have never been to an all inclusive resort let alone in Jamaica. Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach: Very nice

The hotel is very clean food is good people nice music is good overall wonderful Very good location for shopping just a few minutes from the air port. Up on arrival the staff welcome you with a ice cold drink and make you feel welcome I am planning my next Vacation same hotel with the rest of my family see you there :)

Jewel Paradise Cove: Amazing vacation!!

Resort was beautiful, staff were very accommodating, efficient and friendly. Excellent food, restaurant overlooking the ocean was stunning!! Beach area is small however 3 pools so lots of options for swimming.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Loved the Iberostar!

Was at Iberostar in oct/17. Loved the resort. Everyone from groundskeeper to bar staff always friendly. Food was good in all a la carte restaurants and buffet. Had lobster on one night and crab legs another at the buffet! Also some of the tastiest shrimp/scampi I've had if you are a seafood lover. If you like medium rare steak go medium, first time a bit under but still tasted great. Beach and water clean. Entertainment staff tireless and fantastic whether you participated or not. Don't look for things to complain about but just enjoy your time there. You will be glad you did. Would recommend to anyone. Would I go back. Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Nice resort

Stayed on the luxury adult side. Overall a nice resort. Large resort expect to do a lot of walking to get from A to B. Beautiful grounds well maintained. Beach on the grand side is much better than the luxury side beach. For families be aware that locals are selling drugs at the grand side beach and security can't do anything if they stay in the water. Luxury side rooms were the newest in the resort and very nice. The Brazilian our favourite for meat lovers. Dolce Vita the Italian and the Don Pablo gourmet. Service was slow at the Don Pablo took 2 hours to be served our complete meal but the banana flambé tableside was worth the wait. Buffets O.K. some things a little cold but something for everyone. Overall staff was excellent. Pools quite lively during the day for the younger crowds but there are quieter spots. People did play the towel game for cabanas, when in Rome do as the Romans. A few issues with mini bar replenishment almost everyday we got shorted something but a quick call would straighten it out. Best evening entertainment was the Michael Jackson and Steel Band shows. Advice would be to not let the little things bother you and be courteous to staff as you do get what you give. All in all would back in a heartbeat

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Great Hotel

The food was fabulous. The rooms were large and clean. Entertainment was ok. The beach was nice , water was great. Pool very clean and large. Only down fall was no music playing. The resort should have music playing all day so people feel the vibe of being in Jamaica. This needs to be outside, beach and lobby. Staff were all great!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Excellent

Glad I went by recommendation of agent and friends and the Bahia good name. We had a very enjoyable stay. The grounds are immaculate. Food, something for everyone on the buffet. The dinner restaurants were excellent. The staff most hostsipable. Our air transat rep Simone was excellent and looked after us well. We especially enjoyed the steel drum band and our catamaran trip to dunn s river falls. Don't listen to the negative reviews. It is NOT over run with cats. Sunscape Splash: Casual Resort

This Hotel is more like a 3 star hotel. Grounds were acceptable. Beach was rocky and not inviting to me, so it cost me to venture to Negril for swimming. Room was well cleaned and Fridge stock with water and soft drinks, beer but did not used much of it. Food lacks variety, especially at b/fast time, eggs, eggs and more eggs, over cooked bacon and mini dried-up sausages. Dangerous condition in lobby when it rains, too much water on floor. Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Exceptional Tesort

This was one of the top resorts i have ever been to. The staff was very friendly accommodating and always looking to making your stay pleasurable. Entertainment and staff was awsome especially Mr neat string bean and teddy bear. Food was top notch and selection was 5 star plus plus. Maintenance was always keeping the grounds. Super clean!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Paradise in Jamaica

Stayed at this resort from October 7-12. I have zero complaints. Trip was absolutely perfect in every way. The guest rooms and resort grounds, food, staff and the constant sources of entertainment were all on point throughout the entire stay. The staff go above and beyond to ensure that you aren't lacking anything and are having a good time. I would recommend this resort to anyone (although most people I have talked to have already been and love it)!
