Riu Reggae: OK resort

The hotel was fresh and clean only being a year or two old. The restaurants were ok not a lot to choose from when they were open. 1steak house, a Buffett,Chinese, Mediterranean, Italian. Not much night life we had to go to the other family location for nightlife. The ocean was soooo nice and warm. We went paddle boarding and boating. The house keepers were nice and friendly and kept our rooms neat and tidy. The fridge was restocked every second day with beer, water and pop.But our second last day they had a foam pool party which was a blast until someone got sick in it and we had to leave. But other than that it was a good trip. Thanks Jamaica for havin us and WILL definetly be returning to Jamaica again...😉👍Yah Mon!☀️⛱...ps the jerk hut on the beach was out of this world. I never ate so much jerk chicken in my life.

Royalton Hideaway Negril: Royals at the Royalton Negril

What a beautiful and clean resort. From our check in with David to the daily swims from our swim out and the grand beaches and of course all the food and drinks you could stomach. This was a great first experience for us, as we have never been to an all inclusive resort let alone in Jamaica. WE enjoyed the food, the variety a la carte and buffet, and the hidden gem in the hideaway the Oceanfront bistro for breakfast and dinners. So quiet and romantic. Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach: Very nice

The hotel is very clean food is good people nice music is good overall wonderful Very good location for shopping just a few minutes from the air port. Up on arrival the staff welcome you with a ice cold drink and make you feel welcome I am planning my next Vacation same hotel with the rest of my family see you there :)

Jewel Paradise Cove: Amazing vacation!!

Resort was beautiful, staff were very accommodating, efficient and friendly. Excellent food, restaurant overlooking the ocean was stunning!! Beach area is small however 3 pools so lots of options for swimming.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Loved the Iberostar!

Was at Iberostar in oct/17. Loved the resort. Everyone from groundskeeper to bar staff always friendly. Food was good in all a la carte restaurants and buffet. Had lobster on one night and crab legs another at the buffet! Also some of the tastiest shrimp/scampi I've had if you are a seafood lover. If you like medium rare steak go medium, first time a bit under but still tasted great. Beach and water clean. Entertainment staff tireless and fantastic whether you participated or not. Don't look for things to complain about but just enjoy your time there. You will be glad you did. Would recommend to anyone. Would I go back. Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Nice resort

Stayed on the luxury adult side. Overall a nice resort. Large resort expect to do a lot of walking to get from A to B. Beautiful grounds well maintained. Beach on the grand side is much better than the luxury side beach. For families be aware that locals are selling drugs at the grand side beach and security can't do anything if they stay in the water. Luxury side rooms were the newest in the resort and very nice. The Brazilian our favourite for meat lovers. Dolce Vita the Italian and the Don Pablo gourmet. Service was slow at the Don Pablo took 2 hours to be served our complete meal but the banana flambé tableside was worth the wait. Buffets O.K. some things a little cold but something for everyone. Overall staff was excellent. Pools quite lively during the day for the younger crowds but there are quieter spots. People did play the towel game for cabanas, when in Rome do as the Romans. A few issues with mini bar replenishment almost everyday we got shorted something but a quick call would straighten it out. Best evening entertainment was the Michael Jackson and Steel Band shows. Advice would be to not let the little things bother you and be courteous to staff as you do get what you give. All in all would back in a heartbeat

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Great Hotel

The food was fabulous. The rooms were large and clean. Entertainment was ok. The beach was nice , water was great. Pool very clean and large. Only down fall was no music playing. The resort should have music playing all day so people feel the vibe of being in Jamaica. This needs to be outside, beach and lobby. Staff were all great!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Excellent

Glad I went by recommendation of agent and friends and the Bahia good name. We had a very enjoyable stay. The grounds are immaculate. Food, something for everyone on the buffet. The dinner restaurants were excellent. The staff most hostsipable. Our air transat rep Simone was excellent and looked after us well. We especially enjoyed the steel drum band and our catamaran trip to dunn s river falls. Don't listen to the negative reviews. It is NOT over run with cats. Sunscape Splash: Casual Resort

This Hotel is more like a 3 star hotel. Grounds were acceptable. Beach was rocky and not inviting to me, so it cost me to venture to Negril for swimming. Room was well cleaned and Fridge stock with water and soft drinks, beer but did not used much of it. Food lacks variety, especially at b/fast time, eggs, eggs and more eggs, over cooked bacon and mini dried-up sausages. Dangerous condition in lobby when it rains, too much water on floor. Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Exceptional Tesort

This was one of the top resorts i have ever been to. The staff was very friendly accommodating and always looking to making your stay pleasurable. Entertainment and staff was awsome especially Mr neat string bean and teddy bear. Food was top notch and selection was 5 star plus plus. Maintenance was always keeping the grounds. Super clean!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Paradise in Jamaica

Stayed at this resort from October 7-12. I have zero complaints. Trip was absolutely perfect in every way. The guest rooms and resort grounds, food, staff and the constant sources of entertainment were all on point throughout the entire stay. The staff go above and beyond to ensure that you aren't lacking anything and are having a good time. I would recommend this resort to anyone (although most people I have talked to have already been and love it)!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Great Family Vacation

My 16 yr old Daughter and I spent a week at the Grand Bahia Principe in Jamaica. We didn't stay on the Plus side of the resort and the room was beautiful and very clean. The staff was excellent, restaurants were amazing, beach was safe for kids very calm and the snorkelling was so much fun off shore. The pool was beautiful and very clean. Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Fine, but won't be back

My friends and I stayed at the Grand Bahia Principe Jamaica for 5 days in October. I'd say it's a 4 star hotel at best. The resort itself is beautiful, but huge - clean for the most part, rooms and bathrooms are spacious, nice beach areas. When we arrived, we had to check in through a messy system. Everyone from our bus was herded into a room like sheep, where we had to listen to a speech from hotel staff, fill out forms, and wait in a barely existent line to get our room keys. We were than [... read more]kful they at least provided alcohol for this! The food was mediocre at best. We ate at the buffet, the beach bar, Garden Grill, Mikado, and Don Pablo. The buffet food wasn't fresh - a lot of the food seemed old. The beach bar buffet was the same. Garden Grill and Mikado were pretty good; we had great experiences at both. Don Pablo was a disaster. We wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. The food was extremely disgusting. My friends and I all tried our best to eat the food without complaint, simply because the waiters were so kind and were making such an effort. Two of my friends actually went to the washroom to throw up during the meal. The alcohol, unless you purchase a premium package, was gross. All mixed drinks were syrupy (we were unable to stomach them after the first day), and they only offered one type of beer and one of each red and white wine. The staff in general were great. They were kind, courteous, and helpful. As we were three girls travelling, we weren't asked this of the staff, but we heard from male travellers that they couldn't go anywhere without being pressured to purchase marijuana or prostitutes. We did feel very safe, although as a female I probably wouldn't walk alone on the resort at night. All in all, I wouldn't go back to a Grand Bahia Principe hotel, however I would like to take the opportunity to thank the hardworking staff for doing their best to make our experience the best one possible.

Wonderful resort , clean , luxurious, very friendly staff , always eager to please ! Food was wonderful , pools very clean ! Crystal clear water at the beach . Never had to wait for food or drinks . Ala carte restaurants were outstanding !

Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters: Amazing Resort

Hotel was great from the grounds to the service. The food was amazing no complaints at all. The only downfall of the resort was the showers horrible, sometimes you would get hot water or cold. My daughter was taking a shower and in the middle of the shower she was faced with scolding hot water and she cried for about 10 mins. Water park was a great place for the kids to play watch out for the bigger water slides my children bumped their heads on the sides while going down the slide. Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Week in paradise!!

I read a lot of reviews before choosing to book this resort for our vacation and some were negative which I ignored mostly since It was recommended by our colleagues who had stayed at this resort before. And now I find it completely bizarre that people had negative comments anout this resort. Starting from checking in to checking out everything was absolutely smooth, relaxing and enjoyable! Our room was spotless, spacious and bright (garden view suite) which was cleaned at least two times a day. [... read more] The cleaning staff work really hard and are constantly checking to make sure the guests have everything they need and the mini bar was stocked daily. Our jacuzzi tub drainage was broken but one call to maintenance and it was fixed the next day. The grounds were kept and clean, the pools were large and plenty of loungers no matter what time of the day but we chose to spend most of our days by the beach and what a beautiful, breathtaking, white sand, clear water beach! We just couldn't get enough of laying on the sand feeling the mini waves on our bodies and the manmade beach was great on the luxury side since the rocks kept the big waves away and we had calm shallow water all the time with mini waves but you could still swim if you walked a bit forward. And We loved feeding all the little adorable fish

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: It's ok resort

This resort not as good as I expected. Food not that good. Check in at 430pm room wasnt ready. In the room plug in didnt work. Always short of face cloth. Worst is safe not included with room. You have to pay 6 us dollars a nite to have safe. Every other resort always provided safe in with the room. Not like they had to put safe in room its already there. Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach: Easy vacation

The Cornwall beach resort is 2min from the airport on a very nice beach. The food is good with a lot of Jamaican food. The bars are good and the entertainment is mostly bands that are fair to good depending on the singer of the night. No nightly kid shows with the animation crews to endure. The rooms are good with fabulous ocean views and sunsets and a mini bar stocked daily with pop, water, beer. I would definitely go back. Being a small resort everything is less than 100 steps.

Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall: totally awesome

From check in to check out ,Totally Heaven ; I knew that this was my pick but with the help from Alexandra Biddle from trip central i made the right choice, This place was amazing , we were in room 2228 overlooking the pool with a partial ocean view. it was quite clean and very comfortable,well stocked daily with beer.3 types of pop 2 kids of juice and water. the grounds were well cared for and clean. their are plenty of loungers and cabanas around the pool and beach,A lot of shady areas around [... read more] both,The service was great. you did not even have to move from your loungers to have a drink ore to order a snack,the servers were great and totally friendly, We are pool people and we were pampered all week,their are plenty of ala carte restaurants to choose from There all good but our favorites were the Italian and the Urban Heat located next door at the sister property.you can have the use of both property s , the drinks were all awesome and every meal and snake that we had were exellent,They have 24 hr room service. that we did nt use but people that i talked to said that they where fast and very good selection , We have been traveling two and three times a year to the islands for the past 16 years or so and i can honestly say that the staff at this resort are the most friendliest ,Everyone from staff to management will take time out to answer any questions or just talk to you , We just got back and i booked with Alexandra Biddle to return to the Hyatt again January 24th with my Daughter Tanya and her fiancee Albert Hunter this time so that my Daughter can see how great this place is and hopefully this will be her choice for her upcoming destination wedding come August / September of 2018 , Once again Alexandra for all you help and hard work checking things out for me on these three vacations that i just booked threw you , thank you Gerald Huggins

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Excellent Stay

The Hyatt Zilara is the most amazing spot I have ever been to. Friendly staff and the groundskeeping was perfect. Such a beautiful spot with gorgeous views. Everything was kept neat and in top shape. Our air conditioner was leaking for a couple nights and we told them about it 3 times but it never got fixed. Other then that we had an amazing stay and would go back as soon as we could with another couple to be there with.
