Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Great vacation!

This resort is well looked after. The staff work so hard to keep everything shipshape. The buffets always have enough variety for everyone. Love this place and would definitely go back. The infinity pool which is adult only is so beautiful.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Great place, food and staff !

We thought this hotel complex was quite large but beautiful and easy to get around with the tram service system that they have in place. The staff are amazing and work really hard to make everyone happy. We enjoyed all the various menu options and ate way too much! We enjoyed every moment at this resort and would not hesitate to recommend to our friends and family. Love Mexico !!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Amazing trip!

Great resort. We travelled with a group of 9 ranging from 3-65. Something to do for everyone. We did 3 excursions while there. Dunn’s river tour, Bob Marley tour and an ochios Rios shopping trip, everything was close to the resort. Reaort itself was fantastic- we were a gold band so the extra perks were great. Food excellent. Beaches weren’t over crowded, always easy to find a spot. My only complaint travelling with a little one is there’s not a lot of ramps for strollers. Beautiful view from room.very good service great food too much walking to the room from lobby The food is delicious and room service is excellent,but overall the price of the trip was expensive.The cost for a family vacation is very expensive

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Exceptional Resort

The hotel was beautiful! Staff were extremely egar to help in anyway. Rene our bartender in the main lobby bar is a beautiful person. Very friendly and egar to serve you. We went as a group of six and we were taken care from day one. The food was amazing you won't hungry! The grounds are beautiful the beaches are sandy and very clean. This resort was beautifully kept from the rooms to the beach area! We enjoyed a relaxing week with great food and friendly service! Come and see for yourself! It was small enough to have a warm and inviting feel and delivered excellent service!

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Fantastic resort - we've been there 9 times now!

We love it because it's a BIG resort, so if you like boutique hotels it's not for you. Lots to do on the resort itself with 4 hotels on the complex, 4 buffets, 10 a la carte restaurants, numerous pools and beaches. Some of the beaches did have a lot of seaweed this visit, but they clean it up. Food is great and caters to all tastes. Rooms are large and clean and there's plenty of english channels on the TV. There is free wifi in all the lobbies and it's quite fast. You have to pay if y [... read more]ou want it in the rooms. Weather is usually 30+ every day and watch out you burn really fast! Plenty of local sites to visit, but watch out for the tour operator's prices, they are much more than you can purchase on-line before you leave or even from the hotel directly.

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: A must!

This resort was absolutely beautiful, the people are extremely genuine, funny and just overall amazing. The rooms were huge and they come with perks such as choosing a scent for your room, extra pillows for different parts of the body. 24hr room service, many delicious A la Carte restaurants. The buffet was always delicious and they had a lot of variety to choose from. Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Another great time

This hotel is one of our favourites. We were there from October 18-25. It was our second time this year so we were well taken care of. The food was good. We are at the 4 restaurants on our side of the resort. The Japanese being our favourite as usual. The shows where good. They had 2 beach parties and 1 pool party. We will definitely go back

I had amazing vacation at the Grand Bahia Principe the staff are friendly the hotel is beautiful it’s very clean the landscape is amazing staff very friendly…we attended a wedding and I was in awe with the services they provided … the nightly entertainment was awesome. Cayo Levantado Resort: Amazing Resort-for Adults

We were here October 20-272018. The resort is amazing. Very romantic and a place to relax and recharge. Anthony (Butler) and Fernando (Restaurant manager) provided standout service. We were in the main building and I would recommend being in the main building. Everything is within a 15 minute walk. One thing I did not like is the fact that they have opened the resort to families. Having children run back and forth from the parents table to a games room at the end of the dining roo [... read more]m was annoying. Not to mention when they started running around with the serving tongs. At the pool, (not the beach pool), when the buffet was moved the kids went for a swim. The lifeguard had to keep after them for not following safety rules. They splashed us while we were relaxing in the pool. If you open a resort to families, there should be a designated adult pool. As for the beach, definitely recommend water shoes. Little rocky when getting in. Other than that, I would return to this resort. This is the second Bahia resort I’ve been to and I really enjoy this line.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: 4th time here, must be great

This was our fourth time at this hotel, we obviously love it, but this time was the best, they are continually striving to meet guests needs. Hotel is spotless and well maintained. Food at all areas was well prepared and delicious. They treat returning guests like family...they put a welcome home banner on our door, gave us private VIP check in. Bottom line there might be small issues, but certainly the pros outweigh the cons....this is why we will keep returning. Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Beautiful resort!

The grounds were beautiful and extremely well kept. The resort was very nice, lots of staff and for the most part very friendly! The beach is beautiful and well looked after, pools were very clean, I wish there were more activities at the pools but loved every minute being there!!

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Resort is beautiful

All the staff were very friendly, and helpful. The food was good , only problem was to get into the lei cart restaurant. A lot of them were always booked . The beach was amazing. Our transit representatives were always very helpful. The only real disappointment was with the nightly intertainment, the set up was terrible. You couldn’t see anything, it was either by the pool or in the lobby. The shows were not anywhere as nice as I have seen in the past elsewhere. Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Half decent resort

You definitely get what you pay for , the food and service was ok but definitely not a 4 star + The grounds are big and lots of different activities to do. We enjoyed the fact that you can visit other resorts and there is a casino on location

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Nice resort !!

Bahia Principe Punta Cana was a nice family resort with beautiful grounds and amazing beach and activities. Easy to access the trams which ran all the time. Service was hit and miss. Some staff went out of the way to serve you and some did not. We went to a couple a la carts and they were just average. Rooms were spacious and nice and we stayed in the Golden section which had the rooms near the beach which was nice but not worth the extra dollars in my opinion. Getting a drink was never a [... read more]n issue and they had a nice water park for the younger children which was not busy during our stay. The only thing to watch out for is at the airport how they like to take your bags from you so you cannot get to your bus. Overall, the resort has something for everyone and not to be overlooked.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Best trip to date!

This resort was amazing! Big enough that there was lots of space and most importantly it is set up to make it feel inclusive and easy to get around. The beaches were gorgeous, the food amazing and the rooms clean and up to date. We’re already planning our return trip!

Front desk staff very rude wouldnt accomdate an hour of extra check out. Lots of walking. Only 1 buffet on such a big resort. Evening shows are completely ridicuals and horrible beach is fake man made with fake sand hard to walk on lots of dirt and rocks,bar tenders unless you tip them dont expect service. Drinks are watered down very weak.

We just got home from a fabulous week at this beautiful resort. The food was awsome. The beach was gorgeous white sand with lots of loungers available. Pool sparkling. Every worker greeted us pleasantly and we got to know one of the bar servants quite well. The only small complaint we had was the mini frig in the room was promised to be restocked daily and wasn’t.
