Royalton CHIC Punta Cana: Wonderful Vacation and Staff are top notch

This hotel is beautiful, the grounds are well kept and clean. The staff are amazing so many names to mention Wendy from the spa group, German at the beach. The bartenders in the lobby never let my drink get too low :) I don't normally go back to any resort twice but this is one I would in a heart beat. The room was beautiful and had a surprise for us waiting on our Birthday !!

Occidental Punta Cana: First Trip!

This was my first trip ever. I cannot wait to return. The rooms were clean, the staff was so very pleasant and welcoming. As someone with food allergies, the buffet had amazing options. Be sure to tip!

Sunscape Coco Punta Cana: Staff are as Amazing as the Resort!

Operations Manager, Nestor Coforreal is beyond outstanding! From the time he met us at the front desk on our late night arrival to the day we left, he did everything he could to make our stay exceptional. I would return just knowing he is there and looking after things! We had a great trip, resort was great, staff are excellent and do everything they can to assist you. Would return in a heartbeat!

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Amazing resort

It was our second time at this resort. Stuff is friendly, service is very good. Food is good. Everything is close by. Would recommend highly this resort. Will be coming back to Esmeralda. Thank you very much all of the stuff!

Barcelo Bavaro Palace: Barcelo Bavaro Palace

The grounds and facilities were great, the beach (amazing) is the best feature of the property. Most staff were friendly and the grounds were kept in immaculate condition. We enjoyed the evening entertainment, the billiards and Casino and listening to their piano player. It was too bad that the disco was closed. We were disappointed with the food, even taking dukoral before the trip our family of 4 got sick while we were there. The a la carte is definitely recommended but I would not recommend the steak house. The Japanese and French restaurants were our favourites.

Majestic Colonial Punta Cana Beach Resort: A wonderful vacation

This was our 4th vacation at Majestic Colonial and it was our best. Everything from check in to check out was fantastic. A big shout out to Francisco our butler,(he was the best) to Yris our maid, (she certainly looked after us) to Fedeline in the Club room to Angel and Yohanny at the beach. All the staff was so friendly and always smiling. Great selection of restaurants and snack areas. We had an Ocean view room which was the best. A fantastic view 24/7. Grand Palladium Select Bavaro: Jamaica was better

The grounds were beautiful as were the pools, beach and spa however the rooms were run down and not as clean as I would like. I know I'm kind of fussy but things like soap stained shower doors, stained chrome, grime around light switch plates, sticky door handles, all put me off. Run down examples would be the need for grout replacement around tiles, door security chain falling off wall. Also found the staff kind of unhappy and unorganized, maybe understaffed due to pandemic? Sanctuary Cap Cana Luxury Collection Adults Resort: Beautiful wonderful resort

This property is absolutely breathtaking and the amenities and extras make it first class all the way. The staff went out of their way to make our stay fabulous. Rooms were wonderful, food was delicious.

Dreams Onyx Resort and Spa: Good

Great staff, beautiful grounds, food just ok, resort over booked, difficult finding clean dishes, clean tables clean cutlery, four star resort, needs more cleaning staff in eating areas, maintenance needed in rooms old food, products left under furniture and sink, leaking shower so water was in the sleeping area had to dry feet before getting into bed, washrooms not adequately supplied

Barcelo Bavaro Beach: Enjoyable Adult Only Resort

Resort was very clean, immaculate grounds. Staff were friendly, with great poolside service. Ala cartes were excellent!(other then seafood restaurant which we did not enjoy ) We had a premium oceanview room,which had beautiful view of ocean. Great room service. Resort is very quiet, activities held at the beach area, which we didn't do, but were offered throughout the day.

Dreams Onyx Resort and Spa: Great vacation!

Two weeks spent at this resort. The staff, grounds, and swim-up room were the highlights. Food, drinks, and coffee were okay. A la carte restaurants require lining up (no reservations), so get there before 6pm. It was very busy with guests during our time and at least one wedding a day. Ocean is wavy and challenging with young children, and the sand is very soft. A lot of seaweed some days. Resort is large with many pools for everyone, including the water park area. Chairs with umbrellas by the  [... read more]pool and beach are taken up early even though the resort asks guests not to reserve with their belongings. Staff tried to encourage mask wearing in closed areas, but guests often did not comply and some would take a mask from staff and remove it. Some guests complained about mask wearing in closed areas and challenged staff. Staff worked hard to keep areas clean but it was very busy. The Punta Cana airport was fast paced and security were pushy if moving too slow to keep people moving. Inconsistent with wearing masks at the airport - signs say to wear but seems not enforced as many did not wear.

Punta Cana Princess: Awesome resort

Spend a wonderful vacation for the 7 consecutive trip at PCP great staff as always and great food nice beach and plenty of chairs at pool or beach , Will return and recommend this motel to anyone that like a quiet and restful place to power back up

Riu Republica: a very nice resort

This was our 14th visit to Esmeralda, giving us privilege to adjoining Fantasia, Ambar and Aquamarine. Portofino - Italian **** Minestrone soup, Seafood Linguini and Shrimp Risotto well prepared and efficiently served. Our favorite Ala carte restaurant of the week. Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Overall good resort

We had a great time. Beautiful poolsand beach. Small amount of seaweed. Very friendly staff. Food was pretty good. Would definitely recommend for the price. Rooms are a little out dated. Be aware there are several resorts on the Property and you only have access to a limited amount of restaurants and pools. Property was clean.

Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana: Fantastic Resort

This place exceeded expectations. So much fun and the entire resort is amazing! The beach and pools were beautiful and every meal was wonderful. There are bars all over the resort where you can get quality beverages throughout the day and night. The staff was also so kind and energetic! I highly recommend this place!

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Nice Resort

This is a very nice resort, the grounds are impeccable, everything is clean, the staff very polite and attentive. Bahia Principe is a very big Complex it has 5 different complexes, we were in an adult only " Aquamarine", it is not directly on the beach so you have to walk a bit to get there (5 to 7 min.) but there is always a lot of shuttle on the way that can pick you up and drive you directly to the beach. Occidental Punta Cana: Excellent resort delicious food great entertainment

I have all good things regarding this resort Occidental Punta Cana but moreover I wish to express how amazing Rachel was with our needs Trip Central is a very fortunate company to have her on your team thank you Rachel you are 5 stars out of 5

Be Live Collection Punta Cana Adults Only: Disapointing

A side from the issue with sunwing there issues with the resort and so many things we were not made aware of. We had to complete an Dominican Republic E ticket which cost 💲 20US also had to pay $20 US each while in the line up to check our bags out in the Punta Cana airport. Resort did not inform us of all that was included for us in the adults only side of the resort had to rely on others to tell us. The Sunwing rep at the resort was not educated in what was all in the excursions. We went [... read more] on an excursion that was filled with surprises. Our room was not cleaned for 2 days, shower leaked into the bath room. 2 rooms down 3 young girls had a party smoking weed. The staff in the restaurants were absolutely amazing! Overall from the sunwing rep at the resort, not being able to book any A la Carts ( because they say always booked and not open all the time) it is a resort we will no longer go to.

Overall grounds, restaurants and pool were very nice. Disappointed that most of the staff did not speak or understand English. Was difficult to converse with them. Staff at buffet were miserable. Did not smile. They definitely do not enjoy there jobs.
