Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Lovely resort

My husband and I stayed at the Iberostar Rose Hall Beaches Resort we had an amazing Seven days, we had a nice room with a beautiful view of the pool and beach,the staff were the best really nice people so friendly and always smiling,the restaurants were really nice as well the food was good we enjoyed it,we loved everything about the Iberostar I could go on and on to make a long story short we will love to go back I know in December closer to Christmas well be a bit pricey but I'm still going to [... read more] look into it I will most definitely go back to the Iberostar Rose Hall. From the moment we arrived at resort until the moment we left I have nothing but great things to say about this place... employees were great, food was well above average and grounds were perfect... highly recommend it to all adults and families.

Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Great trip

This is a beautiful resort. No complaints about any of the facilities. The taco and crepe bars were excellent. Beaches and pool were great. Will recommend this resort. The staff is always helpful... Maybe allow for unlimited al c carte options.

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. The grounds were always clean and there is lots to do. The beach was great and the pool is amazing. We spent lots of time with our grand daughter in the waterfall area.

Iberostar Waves Quetzal: Great Resort

No complaints, really. Property, rooms, grounds, staff at all levels & food are great. However, 2 points: A. Food was a bit salty--keeping in mind that salt can always be added by the person eating. B. 9 PM shows: The first 30 to 45 minutes were always in Spanish--extremely boring for someone who doesn't speak the language.

Room was great ,clean , employee were exvellent inside and out , food and restaurant were amazing , people are very friendly and helpfull, I would rate it as 200 . I really enjoyed every min I was there . Thank you

Iberostar Selection Varadero: My expectations were exceeded

Room 1721-Great junior suite, spacious and well kept. The housekeeper was excellent and made animals and birds daily. Overall the staff was friendly and very helpful. Our stay was curt short by Irma but we will be back for sure because everyday was wonderful. We went to Havana and saw the fantastic Tropicana show and shopped at both the hotel and Varadero.This is truly a 5 star hotel.

Iberostar Selection Ensenachos: My favourite Cuban resort

Iberostar Ensenachos is my preferred resort and I have returned 3 times for good reasons: comfortable accommodations, two stunningly pristine beaches, excellent food compared to most Cuban resorts, friendly service and wonderful live Cuban music + entertainment.

Iberostar Origin Daiquiri: Worst vacation

I stayed during the week of August 22 to September 2. My possessions were stolen by by a Cuban 85031016342. You need to be very careful these days. They are poor and have no principles or integrity. Other than that the hotel was great.

Iberostar Selection Ensenachos: Family section

The hotel was clean. The food was good, and the pool was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would return to this hotel for sure. We stayed in the family section of the resort and the children's pool was really cool. My son had a blast there. The only real complaint I have about this resort is the restaurant at the pool. Service was very slow. The waitresses and waiters we had in the buffet were really great. We sat in their section all the time. We had a great time here.

Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: A little tired

The grounds are beautiful but the rooms are looking a little tired. My bed had a definite sag in the mattress. Although their dedication to the environment with their no straw policy is admirable it doesn't really work for frozen drinks. Great service though but we did have some difficulties getting the amenities we ordered in our room after several moves - and a lost day - they finally got it right. Great resort for handicapped or limited mobility individuals.

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo: Lots to do!!

Just came back from a week vacation at the Iberostar Paraiso Lindo. The resort was beautiful and felt luxurious. There were lots to do for our family (2 kids ages 5,7). We spent a lot of time going from lazy river, pool, wave pool and water playground. We also visited the lazy river at del mar. People working at the resort were very friendly and helpful. Never felt any pressure to tip.

Absolutely Stunning, well kept grounds and immaculate facilities. Truly felt spoiled with the surroundings and elegant look. Safety which was my number one priority was well structured to account for everyone on and off the resort. Very helpful staff. With the good I do have some suggestions to enhance the experience - Don't assume everyone knows Spanish allot of locals - Create walk ways for people so they are not always looking over there shoulders for golf carts flying by - The extra atte [... read more]ntion you get at the Buffets for Drinks needs to follow to all Bars, Lobby and swim up bars. - Although present and very delightful staff that brought you drinks while at pool side could be more diligent, I found we had to bulk order to accommodate for lengthy wait. By the beach it was next to no service. - Pet Peeve was refused drinks at another resort which is so accessible to anyone. If you are promoting segregation close the loop and don't make it accessible. I hate embarrassing situation to the point were you feel your not accepted. All in all my family of 5 had a memorable vacation for life and would return :)

Iberostar Origin Playa Pilar: Outstanding resort

We stayed at ocean view for 1 week. Hotel is brand new ..all furniture and infrastructure are new. We are pleased with the service they provide . Staff are very friendly. Well kept room and they clean it for us everyday. Food is amazing . Different varieties everyday for the buffet. Fresh grill fish, shrimp and lobsters. Seafood lovers you will enjoy it very much. Ocean view is fantastic ..water is clear .. I can see fishes swimming without going snorkeling. One only downfall is lots of mosquito [... read more]s.. be prepared to bring repellent..lots of it. We got bitten once we landed at the airport. Tiny mosquitos going for your arms face anywhere they can find blood. Other than that..I would recommend this resort.. we had wonderful time

Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: Great resort

This hotel is a family friendly resort. The staff are amazing. My 8 year old son enjoyed the mini club, he was there practically every day. Yanet, Alvaro and Yadira were great at the mini club. The grounds of the hotel are well kept and beautiful. Plenty of pool and beach chairs. Food choices were average but good for the summer season. The rooms were clean and everything in working order. This was our second time at this resort and we will be back again.

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Maya Suites: Wonderful & Relaxing- Family of 3 - Two Adults, One Teenager

The resort was huge and there was lots to see and do. Our room was a good size and the housekeeping service excellent. We found that the majority of the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool was very large. Overall the facilities were kept very clean. The food was okay, not excellent or bad just okay. As a vegetarian it was slightly challenging but manageable. Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: Given size - this is a fairly intimate place to stay. Great service and very clean

Family was happy with this resort and decided to celebrate our daughter's birthday in Mexico. Very Clean place with some five star service features. Lovely to have staff visit pool/beach side and ask if you want a fresh towel or a drink. We had an amazing experience with the medical clinic on site - great professionals who took incredible care of me. We were not impressed though that they did not do anything to celebrate our birthday gal as she turn 15 during vacation.we had also attended an Ib [... read more]erostar in the Mayan Rivera for our other daughter a year earlier who really celebrated her including decorating the room. So our daughter was disappointed especially because they were aware of this special event!

Everything about this hotel was amazing, I had the best time there and will definitely be coming back! The pools were well maintained and the beach was absolutely beautiful. Staff was extremely friendly

Iberostar Waves Tucan: Amazing resort!

The hotel is beautiful clean and the staff is very helpful and polite. The service is impeccable and the man made jungle is unique and well looked after. The only thing that I would recommend to the hotel is to supply bath robes and slippers to their guests.

Iberostar Selection Cancun: Iberostar Cancun was amazing!

The resort itself was fantastic! the service was great and the food and beverages were excellent. They had all the premium alcohol drinks that surprised us as well. Since we went for golf which was amazing by the way, in perfect shape and not busy at all.. the guys servicing us on the course with food and drinks were very personable and kept coming around every few holes asking if we needed food and drinks.
