Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Amazing staff!

We have been many times to Sian Ka’an Since Hyatt has taken over now. Some of the à la cartes have changed how they serve you there food. Not liking how the tortouga restaurant has a set menu no buffet. Yes you pick your meat you want, but the appetizers is set is all the same, the dessert is the same. No choices. The chairs around the pool are taken in the early morning, with their towels. And they don’t even show up, so I took them off. The Hacienda at Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta: Our stay at The Hacienda

The Hacienda at Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta offers a peaceful, adults-only atmosphere that stands in pleasant contrast to the livelier main resort. The Hacienda side has "jungle-like" landscaping and a quiet, relaxing vibe. The Food: Dinner quality was mixed but overall good for this price point. Location: The resort is about a 15 minute drive from the airport. It is conveniently located near the Cruise Ship Terminal and a Walmart for essentials. Within walking distance to two shopping malls. Downtown Puerto Vallarta is a quick 10-15 minute taxi or bus ride away. We enjoyed our time here and look forward to returning

Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Relaxing, Rejuvenating, Restorative

Yoga 2-3 times a day in a beautiful space overlooking the ocean, snorkeling and swimming with turtles and other beautiful ocean life, paddle boarding in the ocean breeze. Excursion left us with a deeper understanding and connection to historic and spiritual sacred spaces within the Mayan civilization and their ancient traditions and ways of life. Grand Oasis Riviera: Not worth it!!

To start with the $125.00 cdn for the environmental fee, ridiculous. The fact they only give you a couple bottles of water and coke in your mini fridge the first day and then you have to pay if you want anymore. Buffet breakfast is terrible, burnt to a crisp bacon everyday. No entertainment at all unless you eat at Mexican restaurant then you can hear a Miriachi band. Not worth the money, would never go back

All Ritmo Cancun Resort And Waterpark: Great Fun For The Family!!

very clean and friendly hotel- lots of fun things for the kids!! Entertainment and waterpark are a lot of fun. The food was really good too, everything felt like home. The pool is always happening with music and activities.

Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Great resort!

From the moment we arrived in the vast and luxurious lobby, to the moment we left, the service at Ocean Coral and Turquesa was top notch. We had a great experience at checkin while being offered drinks from the bar (alcoholic or nonalcoholic), the valet showed us to our room and carried our bags. Since we arrived late we were exhausted, after appreciating our extremely clean room, we fell into a very comfy bed with plenty of pillows. The next morning all was bright and sunny and already ab [... read more]out 28 degrees. All ready for the pool we had breakfast and proceeded to the Pool. We are typically beach people, however the sargassum sure was making certain that was not possible. However that was to no fault of the hotel, so we became pool people! And we are so happy we did! This hotel pays attention to everything! Staff would see you in a hallway and ask if all was well, could they do anything. Like, just because. Throw in the number of restaurants and bars, amenities, activities and you never have to leave the resort. But you will want to with all of the excursions available! All in all, I would give this resort a thumbs up, 5-Stars, and a high recommendation.

Barcelo Maya Palace: Great resort except for Restaurants reservation

The Barcelo Maya Palace is a great resort with a superb beach. The Hitel Staff at the restaurants are very nice. The food is varied but at the buffet restos the food is often cold, they should have a better system to keep the food hot. The biggest problem of this resort is the A La Carte restaurants reservation process. It is very frustrating, it is an abrasive lengthy process and you don’t get the restaurants you want at the time you want

Villas HM Paraiso Del Mar: Alll good!

Everything was fine, except for some minor issues with check-out and airport transfer. Sanwing could have handled this more efficiently or at least responded to inquiries by phone or via website chat. Everything is included, but the constant signing in the registration forms is just annoying!!! Why sign for something that's already paid for! And the noise—the neighboring building was under construction all week. We lived like we were on a construction site, with a chainsaw, a circular saw, and  [... read more]all sorts of other tools running. Basically, we lived on a massive construction site for seven days.

Paradisus Cancun: Beautiful Resort

Our stay at this all-inclusive resort was overall a really enjoyable experience. The property itself is spacious and beautifully designed. At the center, there’s a stunning open-air area with a glass roof, filled with lush plants that give the whole resort a tropical, relaxing atmosphere. There are plenty of seating and lounging areas throughout, making it easy to find a quiet spot to unwind. The food was a highlight. With around 6–7 different restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, there [... read more]’s something for everyone. The buffet, in particular, has a huge selection of dishes. While some options are more on the generic side, the overall quality is good and there’s enough variety to keep meals interesting throughout the stay. The beach area is spacious and well-maintained, with lots of lounge chairs available, so finding a spot was never an issue. The swimming pools are also large, clean, and perfect for relaxing or cooling off during the day. There were a couple of minor drawbacks. On the day we arrived, check-in took longer than expected—about 1.5 hours—due to a new administrative system and concierge team. Also, because the resort is so large, room service can be a bit slow at times. That said, the staff were generally helpful and the service overall was still good. The resort offers a lively atmosphere with events and activities scheduled throughout the week. One evening featured live music in the main lobby area until around 10 PM, which added to the energy, though it might be a bit loud for families with young children who have earlier bedtimes. Rooms were clean, tidy, and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping that kept everything in great condition. All in all, this is a beautiful, vibrant resort with great amenities, solid dining options, and a fun atmosphere. Despite a few small inconveniences, we had a really positive experience and would definitely consider returning.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Great trip

Excellent trip to the Bahía Príncipe Explore Tulum. Weather was amazing. Resort was not busy so we had our choice of chairs at the beach or pool. They were constantly cleaning and fixing things around the resort while we were there. Too bad about the sea weed on the beach, they worked so hard to clean it up everyday but some days it was just too much for them! Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Great resort!

The resort was very clean and well appointed. The staff took pride in their work and were very friendly. The rooms were large and very comfortable. I felt very safe wandering the grounds. There were many dining options and the food was excellent. (Watch out for the $20 US bag of Lays chips!) We loved the beach and swimming in the ocean for a few days until the seaweed made it impossible. We then relaxed by the pool which was a bit noisier with loud dance music (could turn that done a notch). The [... read more]re was also entertainment- a great guitarist and other performers. Riu Emerald Bay: You need to go here!

This resort is clean and well staffed with great service right from the start. The food here is absolutely 15/10. We really enjoyed the Mexican food options, fresh guacamole, and the seafood. We loved the sheer variety of food at every meal. The bartenders are awesome at both adult pools and it was never long to get a drink. The beach was beautiful with no problems finding a chair on the beach at all. Sometimes it was a little bit more difficult to find a chair at the pool, but we weren't too wo [... read more]rried about that. Pepe's food was a great option every afternoon if you were enjoying your time in the pool and not wanting to dry off. There were great options like tacos, nachos, burgers, fries, hot dogs, etc. Along with the staff being very helpful and attentive I also found just everyone in general at the resort friendly and there for a good time. I usually go to adults only resorts but there were lots of families there enjoying their time as well. There are two adults only pools where we spent our time along with the beach. I thought everything would be crowded and we would have to wait for food and drinks but I can't say it enough. This resort was so well staffed that you barely had to wait for anything and there was always enough food and drinks for everybody. I also found with the amount of guests at this resort I never felt like it was crowded. If you're headed to this resort also try a "dirty monkey" at the bar as well as a round of "mini beer" shots with your friends! We will definitely be back and probably bring the whole family next time.

Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres: Best all inclusive in almost 50 years!

This resort is beautiful. The property layout is interesting and well done with lush greenery, subtle night time lighting and curving paths interspersed with fire pits surrounded by comfortable seating for sipping a high quality drink and gazing at the stars. The à la carte restaurants were mostly very good while the buffet at breakfast had choices for every palate. We chose the Preferred Club and enjoyed our building’s location near the beach and the stunning room plus the fabulous service from [... read more] our butlers, Gloria & Alfredo. They made us feel very special. The only downside was difficulty getting a poolside lounge over the Easter weekend due to the influx of travelers from Texas. After they left, it was much easier. A real highlight was our interactions with the incredible well trained staff. Their friendliness and enthusiasm are second to none. I would return in a heartbeat!

Catalonia Playa Maroma: Excellent resort

Very nice rooms excellent service. Food was good & close to the beach. Staff were courteous 4 speciality restaurants nice pool, little coffee bar with special drinks & deserts.Some nights entertainment in lobby. The shows were spectacular

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Wonderful resort

Very beautiful resort spread out with many walking paths to different areas. Great pool areas with bars and lounge chairs. The resort included many restaurants with a large variety of food. A desk with two concierge staff is located on the main floor of each building and we found them to be the nicest and most helpful you could ask for. The beach area left a bit to be desired as the sargassum was quite bad but the staff were working hard on that issue. A lot of wildlife for those intereste [... read more]d in seeing small animals. Overall a beautiful holiday location with great staff who couldn't do enough for you.

Barcelo Maya Riviera: Barcelo Maya Riviera - Mexico - Adult only

This was our second time staying at the Barceló Maya Riviera, and overall we had a good experience, although there were some differences compared to our first visit. The room was very spacious, with an extremely large and comfortable bed—big enough for several people. It was always clean, and we really enjoyed having a Jacuzzi on the balcony. The sound insulation was excellent; we couldn’t hear any noise from neighboring rooms. The air conditioning worked very well, which made the stay even mor [... read more]e comfortable. However, the refrigerator was not consistently restocked—it was only refilled two or three times during our one-week stay. The food was very good most of the time, with plenty of variety, although one day the selection was limited. We appreciated that it was possible to book à la carte restaurants, but reservations were quite difficult to secure. We managed to book only two restaurants during our stay. We tried the French restaurant, which was very good—we even had lobster there. Unfortunately, we had to cancel another reservation because the only available time was too late (9:30 pm). On one occasion, we were advised to try walking in to a restaurant, but we were turned away. The beach is nice, but there are some important things to know. The shore and water entry are quite rocky, with sharp stones and broken shells, so water shoes are highly recommended. Near the shore, the water can appear a bit cloudy, but it becomes clearer as you go further out. You can see some fish, and if you walk to the pier, there are many more, as people feed them there. One downside was that it was difficult to find available sunbeds. Many guests reserved them very early in the morning (around 7 am) by leaving towels or personal items, especially near the pool and beach. The staff were wonderful—friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation, but compared to our first visit, it felt different and less organized, especially when it came to restaurant reservations and beach seating.

El Dorado Seaside Suites: Excellent resort

This hotel is exceptional, featuring an outstanding staff and an impressive bar where skilled mixologists craft beverages to perfection, ensuring a delightful experience. The accommodations offer superior comfort, with inviting outdoor spaces to appreciate the scenic views. The culinary offerings are consistently fresh and satisfying, providing a delightful dining experience. Staff very nice.

El Dorado Seaside Palms: Great resort

Nice property and big great food and stuff I would go back to this resort, we enjoyed the trip. Very clean and organized people are very nice and willing to help, lot of restaurants to chose from with great variety of food.

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Amazing Resort !!!

This is my 5th time going to the Valentine ! By far my favorite resort in Mayan Riviera ! The grounds are beautiful, the restaurants are absolutely amazing and the service, absolutely the best ! Will return again for sure !
