Dreams Flora Resort and Spa: This was an amazing resort.

The rooms of this hotel were modern and very clean. Public areas were also kept very clean as well. The lush greenery, colourful tropical plans and tall palm trees were beautiful .. and just made you feel happy. The food was excellent, and the choices we had of restaurants was very good .. you could dine somewhere different each evening.

Ocean is Rocky Pool and grounds were kept extremely clean No smoking resort - have to go to front gate even though the beaches in Cozumel are public Service was amazing Food was pretty much the same every day - not a lot of fish was served

Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana: Exactly what we looking for

The family and I needed some RandR and shea provided probably the best resort to support are needs. Food and beach TOP notch. Lazy river was PERFECT. 100% recommended resort and travel agent. Service at the resort was great room’s fantastic. The buffet was my family’s favourite no matter what time of day it was. Oh and the rum was delicious

Dreams Sapphire Resort and Spa: Amazing resort- great vacation

It is one of the best I have experienced. We were party of 10 and none of us had anything bad to say. Great rooms, clean resort and amenities. There was great selection for food, fewer restaurants than they had listed but still good selection. I would have been nice to experience Mexican a la carte restaurant. Over all I would give 5+. Most staff was friendly, some more the other.

Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf and Spa: Dreams in October

We stayed at Dreams Playa Mujeres in October and it was wonderful. Weather was beautiful although too windy to snorkel. Rain one evening in the week. I'd say the Sunwing reps are hard to get a hold of to book excursions, etc but it was worth booking through them for the discount. The two concierges at the front desk went out of their way to track down our Sunwing rep at Secrets next door, which was really appreciated. Resort was beautiful. Very clean, well kept. I wish I could remember the names of the two bartenders in the pool closest to the beach (the fun pool!) - they were great at what they do, super friendly, and would remember your drink of choice. One even tried to make our Iceburgs extra fancy and we're trying to recreate it at home! They also treat kids very well - our daughter had no trouble ordering her virgin mango daquiris and they'd remember her choice as well. Plenty of fun drinks appropriate for kids. Berenice in the teen zone was so friendly, always positive and helpful with the kids and archery - there is a lot for kids/teens to do and we felt super safe letting her roam on her own or with a new friend. Our 2 hibachi chefs were fun and talented and the food was delicious. We also tried Gaucho which is a brazilian steakhouse and the food was really good. There was an outdoor buffet with fire show that you can't miss, felt like a real fiesta. The regular buffet was our go-to for the selection and fresh grilled options. Room service was ok. Tried the Delphinius swimming with dolphins which was awesome and decently priced, but the pictures available for purchase were way too expensive. Took a cab to Market 28 in Cancun and it was a waste of time really, unless you had something specific in mind do yourself a favour and either grab the ferry to Isla Mujeres or buy souvenirs at the airport instead - there's a huge selection there. Would stay at Dreams again, this was our first experience with them and we were all really impressed. Would also book with Danielle Smith at TripCentral again - she was super helpful and patient with me in finding the right place to go!

Based on a 35-year travel history. The grounds are as advertised.😀 Sadly the rest is not.😢 Took a breather before posting.🙄 Accommodations: Junior Suite? Would have appreciated a truly separate bathroom. Water/toilet closet with a curtain without a fan…. Dreams Dominicus La Romana: Great times at Dreams!

We went to Dreams Dominicus La Romana for our Honeymoon and had a great time! This is resort is low key and relaxing. The staff were so kind and helpful. The food was excellent. We especially loved the buffet and Italian restaurant (Portofino). They had great gluten free options at all meals, and the a la carte restaurants clearly labelled the gluten free options. Dreams Onyx Resort and Spa: Beautiful resort

Beautiful resort, very clean and helpful staff. Took our family with out 8 months baby, and we had the time of our life. From checking in to check out everything was smooth and stressless. The restaurants and the buffets were amazing as well serving all types of foods.

Dreams Onyx Resort and Spa: great getaway

The grounds and the staff were very welcoming and beautiful. The pool was quite big and lively, but not too crazy with party goers. the Beach is not crystal blue water, it is a bit darker, but beautiful regardless, we went right after a storm, so the beach was closed for 2 days because of immense amts of seaweed, but the staff wroked around the clock to remove it and they did. Dreams Onyx Resort and Spa: Amazing Resort

Everything was fantastic! Had an amazing time. The employees work hard to make guests comfortable and happy. I enjoyed learning some Spanish. The resort is huge and even though was busy you never felt crowded. The entertainment crew was amazing. I danced so much.

Dreams Riviera Cancun: Fine resort

All was good except not enough staff at the reception and waiting times for some restaurant were too long, they need to fix this issue specially for high charges that is paid to stay at this hotel , staff was great

Dreams Flora Resort and Spa: Very good resort

Initial check in at the Preferred desk was a nightmare. After a 3 hour wait we finally achieved our request of a ground floor pool view junior suite room. Our butler was amazing after the initial kerfuffle but paying extra for Preferred pools and restaurants is not worth it. Pool view rooms may not be poolside. You may be assigned a third floor room looking at the pool a few hundred yards away. Food was generally good, cleanliness was excellent, pools were amazing and most staff were stellar [... read more]. We always tipped generously for every service and every drink. It was appreciated. Please note that the specialty restaurants close on certain days every week. This is a large, beautiful resort with some areas still in need of completion. This is not a suitable resort for anyone with mobility issues as one elevator was not working and it is a long walk to the beach from the buffet area.

We just returned from a great stay at Dreams Flora. We travelled with three families with children aging from 3 to 14 years old. We had a ton of fun, resort was great, staff were super friendly and helpful and none of us experienced any thefts in our rooms. Summary of our trip is listed below. Food – food was good, buffet service was inconsistent but frankly I find this at all-inclusive resorts. Sometimes you get great service and other times it’s not the best. On average though [... read more] service was good, being Canadian we would have loved our coffee to be refreshed more often. 😊 Breakfast by far is the best meal of the day at the buffet. The kids section in the buffet is super cute and at the right height for little ones to pick their own items. The marshmallows were a big hit. The waffle and crepe station with the Nutella pump was so good. The restaurants all had great service, and we never had to wait long for a table. I would recommend trying all of them. Beach was fun – the kids did the activities everyday at 11 along with beach volleyball. The seaweed amounts change daily, and the staff do their best to clean it up. We did find we had to put towels down on a few days to get a spot with shade but there were a few mornings where we slept in and still managed to find some spots. It just depends on the day. There was always shade by the pool as an alternative. The pool closest to the lobby is ideal if you are looking for more shade and quiet. The bartenders there are super nice and make amazing drinks. It was a great place to end our day with one last drink and swim. The slides were amazing, the kids and adults had a blast there each day! The smaller kids’ section is right beside the slides which made it easy for me to keep an eye on the older kids while I hung out with my three year old. The nightly entertainment was pretty good. The Rock show was great, the beach and pool party nights were a lot of fun although Entertainment staff you need to expand your music playlists. The rooms were so amazing. In a family room we had so much space and having the two bathrooms made getting ready such a breeze. They really have put a lot of thought into providing spaces that work for larger families. Café Coco is a little slice of heaven in the afternoon when you need a pick me up. Our crew visited daily for various lattes and expresso options. They have alternative milks which was a blessing for all of us! Gym is fantastic if you enjoy working out. Very clean and tons of equipment with a great view of the water for anyone doing cardio. They need more free weights but that is likely on the way. 😊 Housekeeping was a bit random, some days they came some days they didn’t. We occasionally got snacks, but it wasn’t daily. This really wasn’t an issue for us because you simply could call down to get whatever you needed if your room was missed. The staff were always accommodating and very helpful. There are also snacks in the teen club. They broadcast sports in the sports bar above the stage if you are watching any play offs this month. One night they put the Leaf’s game on the main stage in the theatre which was a super cool experience for all the Toronto fans. We all had such a fun time. The resort is the perfect size, easy to walk around and get from one place to the next quite easily. Everything is well laid out and the grounds are beautiful. All and all given they have only been open for a couple of months things are operating well and by far the friendliest staff I have experienced in DR. I will recommend this resort to friends and family. Recommendations for the kids – smaller plastic cups for their drinks. All the drinks come adult size, and many were wasted because they couldn’t finish.

Dreams Vallarta Bay Resort and Spa: Dreams Vallarta Bay

We stayed in PVR during late April 2023. The hotel lobby is impressive and provides for wonderful views of the bay. However, you are cornered constantly by staff who want to sell you the Unlimited Vacation Package. Its not a time share....but it is. The rooms are a little dated but very clean and plenty of towels, and toiletries. The beds we did not find to be very comfortable. The other pool was much more clean, and so that's where I spent a lot of time. The staff was very polite, helpful, and always responded "Its my pleasure". The ocean was very rough, red flagged almost every day, so we did not spend alot of time there. Food was spectacular. The Mexican restaurant was our favourite, while the Japanese one was our least. We also spent a day next door at Secrets, and the Sushi Bar was delicious, Oceana was marvelous. But the best place was the Ice Cream shop. We were entertained by Orlando as he made our crepes. He was truly delightful. My biggest beef is with Air Canada, who cracked my luggage on my way to PVR and provided absolutely no assistance until I arrived home. Further the Air Canada Rep Hugo Ernesto Corona never showed up for our briefing with him, and he too provided no help to our luggage situation. Calls to Air Canada were pointless, frustrating and took away from my vacation. We had a very nice vacation at the Dreams Vallarta. Cleaning the pool more often during the day should be a priority.

Dreams Flora Resort and Spa: Average Joe

Hotel room was clean. Grounds were in good shape, Pools were good, could be cleaned more often. Kiddie pool was not cleaned in the week I was there (leaves, sand etc). Spent more time cleaning ponds then pools. Beach was poor found concrete, Brocken glass, pieces of tile. food was average. Went to the Oceans restaurant for dinner and had only two fish items on menu. We were a party of seven but wait staff had trouble with finding us a table as we were always put at a table that seated six. On a  [... read more]positive note staff was friendly, polite. Never had to wait in a lineup to get into a restaurant.

Dreams Curacao Resort Spa and Casino: Adequate resort

Good food. Would like the buffet open for dinner as well as breakfast and lunch. Beautiful pool, grounds. Only one place to buy souvenirs Too expensive. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms cleaned daily.

Dreams Onyx Resort and Spa: Beautiful Resort!!

My family had the best time at Dreams Onyx - it was the most beautiful resort we have ever been to and the staff was so friendly and helpful all the time. Food was fantastic and we loved that we did not have to make reservations to visit the restaurants! We will definitely be going back!

Dreams Flora Resort and Spa: Good resort

Good hotel but definitely not 5 stars; 4 stars will be appropriate. The staff needs more training and the restaurants are not up to par. Generally, it was very clean, well maintained, good wifi, nice beach.

Dreams Playa Bonita Panama: This was an amazing resort

We thoroughly enjoyed this resort & can’t say enough great things about it. The large rooms were very clean & comfortable. The restaurants were great. Wonderful staff served great food and the buffet also had a nice variety. We spent a lot of time in the pool & beach. There is not enough shade & guests tend to save the chairs in the shade even with the signs saying not to do that. We noticed some chairs had not been used for hours so the staff should remove the towels more often. The Panamazing staff that recommended & did the tours made them fun & very informative. We’ve already recommended this hotel to friends.

Dreams Cozumel Cape Resort and Spa: Incredible

My wife and I had amazing trip, thanx to Nicole Kirk and Trip Central. Not sure where to start. The room, weather, workers, beach and food were incredible. Rooms were clean and always stocked, if not, I asked and they delivered. The food at all the restaurants was excellent, and so was the room service, very little waiting. The workers were always busy and friendly. The beach and snorkeling were awesome. Water was a bit cloudy a couple of days, so I couldn't really snorkel, but swam on those da [... read more]ys. Spent many hours snorkeling on clear days, a bit rocky to get in, so I just kinda swam in. Tons of fish around the "Shark" to feed. Saw, a small sting ray, star fish, puffer fish and a Moray Eel, which lunged at me. Went on Zeus Snorkeling, highly recommended. Spent a lot of time in water exploring the reefs and observing huge sting rays, at the end of the excursion. Minor complaint's, noise from other rooms, slippery area around pool. I believe the noise issue is being addressed, by replacing all the doors. Those minor issue did not dissuade us at all, giving it a Five Star Rating. Special shout out to Angel at the Beach Bar and Susan, the Hostess. Also like to thank Francisco, who lives nearby who helped "guide" my wife and I, we hope to return soon, to Cozumel.
