Planet Hollywood Adult Scene Cancun by Royalton: Nice

Unfortunately there was not much shade or seats in the adult pool area. Restaurants were nice, but you needed to prebook 2 days in advance, some restaurants you couldn’t get a reservation. Having a family section and adults only section was very nice. Staff were very courteous and helpful and most wait staff went out of their way to make your visit memorable.

Moon Palace Cancun: Amazing trip with my kids!

We stayed at the Moon Palace Cancun resort fo 5 days and my kids (13, 24, and 25) were active and entertained the whole time. We had a day trip to Playa del Carmen and another day trip to Xenses and Xplore Fuego which were fantastic, and no trouble with transportation to and from the airport and resort to our day trips with reliable taxi service. General review: Good value for money Pros - Food is good with lots of choices, beach is beautiful with comfy lounge chairs, lots of entertainment from noon until late Cons- Service in general is poor. We wouldn't return because we prefer smaller because at smaller we find better service but for people that like larger and more to do it's perfect

Krystal Grand Cancun: food sucks, goodluck finding a beach chair

The buffet was ahh, the same shit every day basically, got sick of it pretty fast, same with the restaurants. The Chinese restaurant was okay until I saw roaches going under the floors outside it. The pools are disgusting, you can see the oil floating on top and the pool floor felt oily too (not enough chlorine idk). The beach chairs are limited, and finding a shady spot is difficult. Stayed 13th to 20th April 2025, the resort is located 45+ minutes from the airport in an undeveloped area. Check in went well and the room was large and clean, but damp and musty so we requested a dehumidifier which took 2 days to arrive.The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a lack of deck chairs and shade so the towel game was in full swing every morning. The entertainment was top notch. The beach was lovely.

Secrets The Vine Cancun: Beautiful resort!

The resort was perfect. Food, drinks, beach and pools could not have been better. Room service was included and very prompt and fresh. Resort was clean and very well maintained. The only issue is the pool chairs..you definitely need to get there early to get a good spot. Highly recommend going to Secrets the vine Cancun.

Would give this hotel a 7/10- butlers are attentive, rooms are clean, lots of dining options. Where it loses points is the lack of umbrellas, crappy drinks, lack of poolside loungers, disgusting room service, and not great service even for those with VIP (star class). We had a decent time, but would choose a different resort next time.

Dreams Sands Cancun Resort and Spa: Great ressort

Food was fresh and very good. Staff was very friendly. Ocean was so clear and calm. We found the beach a little small for the amount of people we were staying at ressort. Difficult time to book reservations for Jananese restaurant on the ressort's app which was very frustrating. Other restaurants didn''t need reservations which was good.

TRS Coral: The best !

The hotel was amazing we got engaged on a sunset tour and they decorated our room and everything. Our butlers were also amazing (viney and Ed) housekeeping was also great they would do anything you asked extra towels, more chips anything. If you’re getting drinks by the pool Fernando was GREAT he’s quick and he knows what you want even if you don’t. I don’t really have one bad thing to say except the food was not amazing everywhere but there was always something and the drinks were great:)

Riu Palace Costa Mujeres: Very clean and great resort!

The hotel has an incredible amount of staff working there. The grounds are impeccable, everything is always cleaned, touched up, upgraded, etc. which makes it feel like a new and fresh resort. We've been here twice now and want to keep coming back. The beach is always clean of seaweed, beautiful sand and water is just amazing turquoise blue. Service at this hotel is definitely one of the best in Quintana Roo area. Travelled with little kids and everyone had a blast!

Iberostar Selection Cancun: Real nice place

spent week in april at this resort, place was very clean ,staff continuously cleaning, pool awesome , food was good and there was lots of it , drinks very good and just about anything you can imagine , staff very helpful and friendly. The only downside for me ,being a smoker, was just one smoking area on entire resort . But overall would highly recommend this resort . Neil

Moon Palace Cancun: Fantastic Resort

Luxurious Room with a great view of Gardens and Oceean. Great Bars located everywhere from lobby to beach pools. Great Pool with both party and quieter areas. Fantastic Dining experiences with many choices. Great Golf at the Attached Nicklaus courses. What more could you want?

Occidental Tucancun: OK but for the food

At first glance this hotel looks very good. It is well maintained but tired and in need of some serious upgrades. In particular in the bathroom. Cracked and leaky sink, antique tap with a mind of its own. Air conditioning had no control. Loud and freezing, we complained three times with no result unless we were willing to change rooms. Unimaginative and repetitive selection. Tasteless for the most part with the same boiled tasting fish and chicken in both buffets every day. Chicken legs or wings with nary a breast to me seen. The specialty restaurants were far from special. The Italian La Trattoria had no reason to call itself Italian. As an example, the Ossobuco was tasteless, very chewy with an abomination of a sauce splashed on top. And the marrow was missing from the bone! This is a sin in Italy. The system of booking a reservation was meant only to test your resolve. You got to get up at sunrise to join a lineup. Then they fill up before the line ends. Just about every one complained about the food. The Occidental Costa Cancun just up the road would have been a much better choice. We shall not return.

Breathless Cancun Soul: Nice resort

The resort was nice, and as usual the staff and the people of Mexico are truly wonderful. The facilities are very nice as are the restaurants. The French was not open during our stay so I can’t comment on that. The rooms were nice and cleaning staff did a great job. Beach was nice but not private, so very busy. Save your money on booking the exhale upgrade package, approx. $800. Per room as in included vertically nothing. All in all, a nice place. Enjoyed my visit.

Riu Latino Kalido transfer to hotel was wonderful, no lines to checkin. Room was great , view amazing off the balcony ( ocean front room). Sports bar was great , snack food was good no complaints. Pools - Each day we tried a different pool. They lovely each with their own vibe. Lots of spaces with shade available even after 10 am ( resort was at capacity), so no need to get up early to save a spot unless you really want a specific area. Dined at Geshia, the food was very good ( first time a bit on the salty side,second time it was excellent). Absolutely the cleanest resort we have ever been too. Everywhere is spotless, grounds all the washrooms, it’s amazing! Wifi good by the pools, room, lobby and restaurants, spotty at the beach. Italian restaurant was very good. Loved the buffet style appetizers bar. Everyone’s main course was delicious . We loved that they had drink carts coming around the pools. Very convenient. Velvet the lobby bar had a great setup, ample seating and popcorn! We had our pre supper drinks there every night. Entertainment is your standard resort all inclusive fair. Some good some cheesy but it’s all good fun. Very comfortable seating to watch the shows and two bars in which you get drinks. The silent disco on Monday night was fun. Good music and energy. Rained heavily overnight Monday and was raining for most of the morning on Tuesday. First time ever we experienced a continuous rain day. Good day for kicking back, reading and resting. Forecast says it should stop by noonish. Fingers crossed. Beautiful last day. We checked out at noon ( not getting our transfer to airport until 6:30pm). Front desk informed us that after 5 pm we can only use the sports bar not the a la carte restaurants. Will test that theory lol. Either way we are fine but we plan to pop into the Italian at 5 so we shall see what happens. Had no issue going to the Italian restaurant after we checked out. It was great to have a good meal before the transfer back to the airport. Be prepared for Sunwing at terminal 2, no baggage drop off so checking in online saves zero time. Took 40 minutes to get through check-in then about 5-10 minutes for security . After that continuous route through duty free stores to the gate. Flight left on time and was a smooth flight home.

Hard Rock Hotel Cancun: Great Resort

Entertainment was great, beach had seaweed, buffet was bland, heads up dont do presentation with hotel there like the wolfs of wall street, not worth the 100 bucks or what ever they con you with. They try to say your saving money but it cost more when you look at what flights cost. But other then that it was good.

Royalton CHIC Cancun: Good ? time

Our 2nd visit here both for 2 weeks.nice resort but it caters to people under 40 yrs old.the swimming pools are very small.the restaurants and buffet are adequate not as good as in 2020. The lunch and breakfast buffet is great .the dinner buffet is adequate. Not a.large selection of seafood or meats in the dinner buffet. The hotel is perfect. The grounds are fabulous and very well taken care of. The food was amazing. The hotel was super clean and the staff go out of there way to cater to you. Would definitely go back.

Catalonia Grand Costa Mujeres: Best all inclusive I have been to

I have been to the RIU in Bahamas and Aruba, the Catalonia surpasses them both. The food is superior, the service is friendly, courteous, and excellent. The cleanliness of the grounds, your room, your balcony is by far the best I have experience at any resort. This is our second time we have stayed at the Catalonia.
