close to airport, resort rooms very nice, ALL resort staff extremely accommodating helpful friendly. Food, drinks, service great. Beach front narrow, long and accessible, with daily maintenance. Kids activities wonderful. Activities hourly with both kids,teens and adults kept in mind.

Rex Papillon: Average Resort

The Papillion was an average, dated resort. We enjoyed it because it was small, staff were nice and the food was good. The grounds were maintained and we had wifi in our rooms (which was a huge bonus), entertainment seemed non existent and I would have liked some group exercise classes and more active activities on site. I think that Air Canada needs to invest in the resort rooms and grounds for the cost and star rating (4 no way). We made the most of our week...

Zoetry Marigot Bay Saint Lucia: Fantastic experience!

We had a great tie resort were fantastic. They were me last month at the Marigot Bay Resort. The pool and food were wonderful. More than anything, the staff of the resort made the experience. Xena, Janel, Jose, Sunshine to name a few of the exceptional staff who made our experience so fabulous. The pools were fantastic. You would take a ferry over a small bay to a shared beach. We spent the majority of our time at the pool.

Rex Papillon: Nice Small Resoert

The resort was small & intimate but offered everything I was looking for in a Carribean vacation- great staff, nice pool, Long Beach for walking & great Air Canada organized day trips. Also the resort had a nice spa at its Sister Resort which was within walking distance. Highly recommend the day trip called Land & Sea - excellent value & very interesting!

Coconut Bay Resort & Spa: Loved every minute of it!

Everything was wonderful! We went for March break which can be a bit chaotic time but despite that the resort had lots of room where no one was fighting over lounge chairs by the pools! It was so spacious. There was an adult only selection too. The grounds were beautiful, well maintained. Lots of facilities. Best food we've ever had on a resort and we've been all over the Caribbean. The restaurants were so good and was glad to see there was a dress code in effect. We went on a great excursion, such a beautiful island to explore for every type of traveler and ages. Best part it was close to the airport. My favourite place and we would definitely return.

BodyHoliday Saint Lucia: Amazing resort!

My husband and I had an absolutely fantastic time at BodyHoliday in St. Lucia. Everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful and peaceful. The daily included spa treatments (and additional ones we willingly paid for) were all wonderful. The staff in the Wellness Centre and throughout the resort were very friendly and professional, including going out of their way to help when needed. We water skied, golfed, snorkelled, did fitness classes, relaxed on the beach, ate wonderful food and connected with other travellers who were all doing the same. Overall, an amazing holiday and we will definitely return.

Mystique St. Lucia by Royalton: Great Resort

This was a lovely resort, and everything we had hoped for. We went as a family of 6 with two teenagers, two adults and two seniors, and stayed in 3 rooms. It was a fairly small resort with one beautiful pool and fast easy access to the beach, which made it perfect for the older members of our family. The rooms were romantic, charming, clean and up to date. There was just one restaurant for most of our meals but the food was good and we were satisfied. We were not looking for entertainment or a nightlife.

Mystique St. Lucia by Royalton: Excellent Resort

The staff and service at this hotel was what made our stay fantastic! This hotel was well maintained, the rooms were spacious on the ground floor and did not need to upgrade. The high beach swells caused the staff to move fast to re-allocate the dining facilities but it was seemlessly handled. The food and service at the Chic restaurant was a "foodies" delight! The pool was beautifully quiet for the most part except for the occassional newbies that came in. Loved this hotel and beach!

Secrets St. Lucia Resort and Spa: Very nice resort!

Not just the staff, but the guests made this a great vacation. Most people were happy and friendly. We were in room 730 and loved it - listening to the ocean every night was awesome. Room was too hot, but we should have mentioned it and had it fixed, it's just that so many complained of being hot at night that we just thought every room was like ours, but on way home other guests said they had had their air conditioning fixed. Best food was at kiddie pool. Drinks were great everywhere even  [... read more]Cab Sav, but they ran out of it... It had great entertainment day and night - haven't danced that much in years. Joy trip was worth the money. If they say it's a deal that day then sign up that day, you get to pick a future date when available. It's a beautiful country. Don't begrudge the 1.5 hr van drive. The ferns in the rainforest were breathtaking.

Royalton Saint Lucia Resort and Spa: 5 star resort

In 25 years of travelling this is the best hotel that we have stayed at. The rooms and resort is very modern. Even escalators and lifts to the main lobby. We really like being on the beach and we did not have any problem finding chairs. There is plenty of choice of food either at the main buffet or at one of the speciality restaurants. The staff were friendly and could not do enough to accommodate your needs. The trip to and from the airport is lengthy, approximately 90 minutes, but once you get to this resort, you will not be disappointed. We will hopefully return next year.

Royalton Saint Lucia Resort and Spa: Amazing resort

The hotel was great, grounds were clean and well groomed. Staff very helpful and friendly. Food was great, lots of choices and will try to cater to any dietary issues. Rooms were clean and spacious. The entertainment team was very good, loved the nightly shows. Our overall experience was beyond expectations.

Royalton Saint Lucia Resort and Spa: Loved it

The hotel was great for the most part. Room was beautiful and very modern. Probably one of the nicest rooms we’ve ever stayed in including Canada. Food was good although I found some items not very warm but very good over all. Most staff were friendly. Beach was not real big but well kept.

Sandals Halcyon Beach: Great Holiday

This was a lovely hotel - beautiful grounds, nice restaurants, comfortable rooms. The food was better than we had previously experienced in the islands. It was a quiet resort, which is what we were looking for and if one wanted more activities, one could visit the other two Sandals on the island. Staff were friendly, courteous and efficient. On the down side - the beach is really small, and with the usual resort game of saving lounges with towels, it was hard to get a shaded spot unless y [... read more]ou were on the beach early in the morning. This is a common problem with all resorts and cruise ships too. The resort advertises included premium liquors, the online photo showing several brands including Crown Royal, and claims they are available in the in room bar. However, when we requested Crown Royal, it came with a $43USD charge. Our major complaint was the housekeeping standard in our room. The first morning the room was cleaned as we expected in a resort of this calibre. After that day however, it was not properly cleaned. Bathroom garbage was not emptied, floors not swept, counters, taps and mirrors not wiped and towels not restocked and bedsheets were never changed, empty Kleenex was not replaced and the soak tub on the balcony was not cleaned. When we complained a second time about deficiencies, we were told the regular housekeeper was sick and a part time person had been doing it. This is no excuse. Granted, complaints about towels missing were responded to almost immediately but it was unpleasant having to complain in the first place. We didn't complain to the desk about the deficiencies - we probably should have but didn't want to be the bitchy tourists, and kept hoping that the next day would be better so we didn't give the resort a chance to remedy the problem

Sandals Grande St Lucian: Resort staff are incredible

Just spent an amazing week at Sandals Grande St. Lucian. What a beautiful location. The resort is situated on a strip of land connecting Pigeon Island to the main island of St. Lucia, with the Atlantic Ocean on one side of the resort and the Caribbean Sea on the other. I must say that I have never been to a resort with such attentive, caring staff. Everyone we encountered were more than willing to make sure our stay was the best. They loved to stop and chat with us and never seemed  [... read more]to busy to spend the time to see how we were doing. They would find us on the beach and bring us drinks. When we asked for a drink and they didn't have the ingredients they would make sure the next time they saw us they would have the ingredient. We stayed in a Lovers Lagoon room (basically the lowest price room). The room had everything we needed, was always kept spotless and had a great view. The fridge was stocked daily with beer, water, juices, pop and both a red and white bottle of wine. We didn't like the Chardonnay so left a note asking for Pinot Grigio and when we came back to the room to find the wine had been changed with a nice note. You won't need to bring a hair dryer or iron as both are provided. One very odd thing was there were no electrical outlets in the bathroom at all. Also, the website says there are North American style outlets in the room, but note there are only 2. The rest are European style. Food was fantastic. We found out when we got to the resort that only the Italian restaurant requires you to dress up for dinner. All other restaurants is casual attire. Favourite restaurant? Kimonos. If possible ask to be seated at Marvins table. We took the speed boat tour, but booked it from a guy on the beach named Lyle. Much cheaper than booking through Sandals and completely worth it. The tour went down the coast to Soufriere for shopping, the volcanic mud baths, some waterfall (not as great as it is advertised), snorkeling and to Marigot Bay to see how the extremely wealthy live. Run punch, beer and "moonshine" are served. If you can afford it I highly recommend taking the helicopter from the airport rather than the shuttle. There's no better way to see the island. And, despite some reviews, the shuttle ride isn't horrible at all. We took it on our way back to the airport for departure. Enjoy your trip!!

Secrets St. Lucia Resort and Spa: Great Value for Money

We had a very pleasant family vacation in lovely surroundings. The staff were so friendly & excellent service. Different restaurants to cater for different tastes. Fun beach activities & classes. Wifi in the lobby could be better which made checking in & ordering Westjet food in advance not possible so food on Westjet was very poor as we were on the back of the plane. In house excursions were cheapest & the Soulfiere Sail & Glide a great trip with lots to do.

Rex Papillon: Enjoyable stay.

First time at this Resort. Food was great at the buffet and at the restaurants. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. Many excursions to choose from. Close to centre town Rodney Bay. Would book again in future.

Rex Papillon: Like anything there are pros and cons

The pros are: great location, lovely beach area, great food, beautiful island, definitely recommend the land and sea tour. Beware of the street vendors. The cons are: a noisy environment, if it was not the booming bass from music into the wee hours, it was the noisy patrons coming home late having imbibed too much, or it was the noisy housekeeping staff talking too loud/slamming doors in the morning, to the cat meowing, to the frogs chirping. The activities are great for people who don't want to get their hearts beating, washer toss, trivia, etc. They should have activities like hikes, or group walks, or morning beach runs.

Sandals Regency La Toc Golf Resort and Spa: The Resort is not bad but not my favorite

The Hotel is great, people are very friendly , clean and great views. I don't think the level of Butler service is as good as it is at other Sandals resorts that we have visited and the Food was not as good as other Sandals. There are a lot of stairs at this resort so walking is difficult if any disabilities. The beach is Red Flagged most days for swimming.

Secrets St. Lucia Resort and Spa: Unforgettable Experience

This resort is absolutely amazing. The grounds are impeccable,.. beautifully maintained. Small beach but fabulous! About 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 hrs drive from the Airport, but well worth it. Sit back and enjoy the mountainous terrain, and see the unbelievable homes built into the hillside. The pools are all inviting, for different reasons (Main Pool with the swim-up bar and lots of 'people watching'; Hill-top pool with unbelievable views; and the family/kiddie pool where one can enjoy a hamburger or hotd [... read more]og too). The staff at this resort are the best of anywhere we've ever stayed. They are genuinely friendly; well-groomed and very service-oriented. There seems to be an array of age groups.... the 55+ represented about 1/2 of the patrons during our stay and the 30+ the other 1/2. The food is good (we especially enjoyed the Hilltop Pizza & Pasta restaurant). We ordered a cab on 3 different occasions, to visit Rodney Bay and Castries.... (ask for Smith or Robert - wonderful men, and good drivers). The wait was less than 5 minutes each time. We would recommend this resort highly. For anyone with doubts.... it's definitely among the finest @ St. Lucia. A sincere thank you to all the Staff who absolutely helped make our stay an unforgettable experience.
