Grand Palladium Vallarta: Very friendly place

This was my very first vacation. I enjoyed the time and appreciate the friendliness of all staff. My husband passed away three months ago and I needed time to heal. The staff was very professional. Kind, friendly but In the same time leave you private space when someone need quiet time. I appreciate that. I will for sure return.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Incredible Resort

Love Love this Resort for the atmosphere and the staff. It is like coming home. Very Authentic and warm feeling. The staff are incredible, they are family. Right from the top, Lulu Estrada - greats you with a smile no issue is a problem and solved immediately. To the Bar Staff, Maria (White Sands) is simply one of the best, Diego (Colonial Bar) very efficient and does it with a smile, El Gaucho was one of our favorite restaurants Arturo the best server and personality lots of fun. (Lem [... read more]on pie was amazing) Morning Buffet in the Hacienda was pretty good for a buffet, lots to choose from ask to sit in Estevina's section she will take care of you. Our room was clean and bright, the beach was impeccable and the pool area was always clean. David thank you for cleaning up after us. To the transportation team thanks for getting us around the resort you always seem to be there when we needed a ride. If you have a medical emergency don't stress the Medical facility is right on site and Dr. Araceli Yunuen Sanches Duran will take care of you with a warm smile and expertise. Aqua Excursions - your dive and water sport facility is located right on the beach. The best guys you can trust you husband with for 8 dives and bring him back safe. Rudy you are the best, love that smile warmth you give to your students and experienced divers . Chris (Cenote) thanks for giving my husband a great experience every time you take him out. Will miss our family away from home, tell next time.

Grand Palladium Palace: It was ok

I wish they had queen beds and not doubles. When you have 3 in a room one sleeps on a pullout which is not very comfortable. Not that many people in the resort understand english. When you need something repaired you have to push them to get it done.

TRS Coral: Beautiful Resort

Staff are absolutely fabulous and go out of their way for you. Tip well!!! The rooms are amazing - issue you can't book your room of choice - I.e. swim up in the sun near pool - luck of draw and some room locations not ideal. Food presentation good but not hot. Avoid Mexican and Spanish restaurant completely. Beach beautiful - non motorized sports 30 minutes only or charged. Es Nui great for lunch. Resort is very quiet - we like livelier. The star show Chic absolutely fabulous.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Great Vacation

We had a great vacation at the Grand Palladium! The hotel is big enough but not too big to navigate. The people, the pool and the food were awesome! We enjoyed our kid free vacation and have already decided to return with our kids someday!

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Beautiful Resort

The pictures of the rooms are exactly how the rooms are. So nice and spacious, nicely decorated, great view. Everything was very clean. The pools are quite expansive and allows for lots of action or quieter areas and sun and shade options. Various beaches, water sports, snorkeling. Lots of dining options. Beautiful Resort, very much enjoyed our stay and felt safe. Tripcentral was great to deal with.

TRS Coral: Fabulous Resort

Just returned from our 1 week stay at the beautful TRS Coral resort. Absolutely loved it there Amazing room, staff was extremely friendly and the food and drink were A1. Will defineltey be returning.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Not a great resort.

Too many weddings I.e every night loud music blasting all night. Ala carte restaurants did not accept reservations resulting in long wait times. Staff were pleasant and polite. Rooms were clean but dated.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Lovely All Family Resort!

This resort answered all the needs for any member of the family from little ones to the aging gracefully ones - there was amenities and locations suited for everyone! Sun Surf and Sand! We are and will be repeat guests!

Grand Palladium Punta Cana: Great resort

Rooms were clean ,AC worked well. We enjoyed all 5 pools, A very large resort , great if you like to walk but if you prefer, a small train and carts are available . Beautiful gardens. Staff very nice. A lot of different menus in the a la carte restaurant.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Beautiful Resort, Wonderful Staff!

Just returned from a blissful week at this resort in Jamaica. My sister and I had a fantastic time -- food was amazing, service was outstanding and the total vibe of the resort was just super chill and friendly. A lot of options for beaches and we never had a problem finding chairs. We would highly recommend the Indian a la carte restaurant -- suuuper delicious. We did not get to try the teppanyaki restaurant; even though they say you can book 1 day in advance, we tried to book on Wednesday for  [... read more]a Thursday reservation and their first opening was on Sunday. Also it was hard to find information about the shows and the buffet hours in the hotel room booklets were different than when they were actually open (ie. we never saw the Blue Lagoon open but it was supposed to serve lunch daily according to the hours). Would be great to add in a flyer or something about the activities / shows that goes into the pamphlet with the room keys. All in all though, this place was fantastic and I can't wait to return!

Overall I really enjoyed the resort, staff was friendly, resort/ room was clean. Buffet was good, lots of options. Also liked all the restaurant options for dinner. Lots of action around the main pool and options to go to adult pool or beach for more quiet time. Resort is huge so lots of walking which might not be easy for some. Also if you are a beach person for long walks that is something you won't get. There was a big gym too. great night entertainment as well. Grand Palladium Vallarta: Great Resort. Mediocre Food. Grumpy Staff

The layout and location were great for the kids. The water slide area and pools were excellent. The free access to surf boards, boogie boards and kids beach toys was an added bonus. The food was mediocre at best and there was not a buffet that was opened throughout the day, so snacks for the children between meals was difficult. Half the staff were friendly but much of the staff at the resort were surprisingly grumpy. For my next trip I will spend the extra cash and go to a Dreams/Secrets again.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Great Resort!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton! The grounds are beautiful, the employees are so friendly, and the food and drinks were top notch! You have 3 beautiful beaches to choose from and the largest pool in all of Jamaica! The restaurants are all good.. we honestly didn’t have a bad meal all week. Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Amazing amazing resort

This resort was all that i expected! It was the best treatment i have ever received. I enjoyed the food, the ambiance, the beach and all the activities that was happening. The only problem we had was at the Japanese restaurant, we booked for 4 way in advance for this dinner, when we showed up, they only had for 2, so this was disappointing for us becasue we had planned to have a good time with the other couple.

Grand Palladium Palace: Great Vacation

This is a great resort. We travelled mid November. Our room 9209 was at the beach, close to the pool, the Secret Pool and the Lobby. These are family resorts but the Palace section was very quiet with very few children as the kids clubs are in the other sections. The Secret Pool is adults only. We had access to the Bavaro and Punta Cana sections which are larger. There were little trains or carts to take you anywhere on the resorts if you didn’t feel like walking. There were live maps a [... read more]t the lobby entrance that displayed where the trains were on the resort and how long your pickup would be so you could decide if you wanted to wait or walk. The food was great - lots of choice at the buffets and a la carte restaurants. I wasn’t impressed with the Spanish restaurant but I think it was because we didn’t understand the menu and didn’t order enough dishes, but what we ordered was very good. To be honest, we didn’t need anymore food as there is so much food everywhere! We were very pleased with the Steak House, Japanese, Indian, Italian, and Argentinian. There is a lovely little coffee area in the lobby with a wonderful assortment of cheesecakes and treats available all day. We had no trouble getting shady chairs any time of day at the pools or the beach. The beach was beautiful with no seaweed. The resort was spotless and the grounds beautiful. The staff were excellent! Always asking if we needed anything. The service was great!

This was a very impressive vacation to this resort. I would come again and spread the word about the grand palladium lady hamilton spa and resort. 😎. Great excursions too, over all I give this resort a 5 star. Trip central did an amazing job in regards to our trip to jamaica. Thnx again

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Paradise

We had won this trip to your wonderful resort, so we didn't know what to expect. The pictures online do not do it justice. It was a beautiful and clean resort. The amenities are awesome...definitely get a massage and enjoy the spa portuinThe staff were amazing, friendly and often times very helpful. I would definitely recommend this resort to any couple or family. We absolutely loved it and can't wait to get back sometime soon...this time with our kids. Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Very nice resort

Hotel was great! Large resort lots of areas to go & enjoy! Family, Adults and even a Private area if wanted... Restaurants were great. Great service at all of them. The view from this resort was spectacular.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Best time !!

From start to finish it was amazing ! love love the place . What a great experience , food and drinks were great and you could have as much as you wanted at whatever time you wanted. Will definitely return!!
