Grand Memories Holguin: It's an okay Resort.

Employees- they are very nice Rooms- The one that we have is good, especially the view Buffet- Food is okay, just remember they have food shortages so you will find that they have the same food almost everyday. Washrooms on the resort- it's clean but has a little bit of smell. Pools- they have very nice pools, just needs a little bit of cleaning. Over all we enjoyed our stay.

I just come back from my trip and I had such a great time with my Mom. From the moment we got to the resort we had warm welcome from the staff at the hotel. Everything went smoothly and fast. Our room was beautiful with the amazing view. All staff is so friendly and helpful. Our butler Ramon was the best. He was always there for us when we needed him. Buffet was very good with the variety of food which I enjoyed. Beach was perfect with lots of greenery and beautiful water.

Memories Caribe Beach Resort: Great resort for beach and relaxation

Sandra from trip central is awesome informative friendly and efficient! Sunwing flight going and coming back was perfect. Arrival to the resort by bus was quick. Waited for our room ready around 2pm great! Our room and balcony was fantastic. Tropical views great safe walking nice breeze. Food was usual for Cuba. Service was good. Not many flies or mosquitos. We got sick on our 6th day not sure if from food or scorching sun! We know what to expect and had a good time. Air condition hot water bed and toilet paper not an issue.

Memories Jibacoa: Very nice staff at reception!!! They truly cooperated

Well. Where do I start. The place is outdated. Run down. But grounds are clean. My room had mini ants on the dresser and in bathroom. Diamond member???? The variety of food at the buffet was good. Excellent pizza. Good ice cream The view from my balcony was suffocating facing two huge mountains . The beach was full of seaweeds. And reeked. And beggars selling goods. As a diamond club member, no service on the beach. Went to the « lunch hut « where they had no ice, no lemonade, no c [... read more]ola. Nice to be a diamond club member!!! I had to get in touch with my air Canada rep to ask to be transferred to Mélia las Américas. I had to pay 240 dollars and 60 dollars US dollars to go to Varadero by taxi. So I lost 3 days of my vacation trying to find another another venue. So I’m upset of the recommendation when sell off vacation was recommending Paradisus as a first choice. As I was there 7 years ago. But I’ve never been disappointed with Tripcental in the past. I guess it was just a mishap. Heather was pleasant to deal with. Not her fault. It was my first time time travelling alone and it’s sad I had to be struggling and was begging to meet with my air Canada representative as I had to get out of there. My rep Alexis Ramos heard my cry. . I will never recommend memories Jibacoa to anyone.

Grand Memories Santa Maria: Terrible

This hotel needs an upgrade Immediately...it's run down and dirty. The website is showing better pictures of the resort....it's a lie.Big shortage on food....locals get treated better than anyone. The bartenders were stealing the better bottles of liquor and selling them.. The pool was dirty and filthy, I know the resort's not. I've fault for this but there are flies everywhere... Cockroaches in the room.

Sanctuary at Grand Memories Holguin: Amazing Hotel

Everything about the hotel is excellent—service, amenities, and accommodations are top-notch. However, the ocean right by the hotel leaves much to be desired. The waters are unusually rocky and heavily cluttered with seaweed, which can make swimming or lounging by the beach less enjoyable. This particular stretch of the ocean is not as pristine as one might hope, which somewhat diminishes the overall experience.

This was our second time in a row at Sanctuary my Cousin & I absolutely love this resort the food was delicious & all the staff are so amazing & friendly ..also by being on the Sanctuary Adults only side also gave us full access to Grand Memories side which made it more fun like having two resorts in one .....we are in love with Sanctuary at Grand Memories Veradero & plan on being back there again next April

Memories Jibacoa: Terrific Holiday

My stay at this resort was great! Good food, exceptional staff...couldn't do enough to help you. The food was good.Always enough choice and tasty! The resort is small which was great for me! I could get from place to place with no problems! It is a smaller, older resort but was clean and fresh. The beach was amazing! So glad I had the chance to experience Memories Jibacoba!

Sanctuary at Grand Memories Varadero: Nice Cuban resort

The resort was good for Cuban standards. The rooms were dated but there has been some improvements made to the resort as a whole The food was decent but I’d recommend staying on the sanctuary side as the sister resort was terrible. The reason you go to cuba is for the beaches and the friendliness of the people, in this area, there was no disappointment.

Memories Caribe Beach Resort: Best beach!!

We stayed for a week in April 2024 and first time to Cayo Coco. Been to Cuba many times before and knew what to expect with shortages, hot water issues and paint chipping in the rooms. We have stayed in a tent and a 5 star, so anything in between is just fine with us. The beach at Caribe is second to none and the staff are awesome as always in Cuba! Sure, the mosquitos and no-see-ums are terrible during dusk and dawn, but nothing a little repellant, Vick’s Vapo Rub and Vitamin B1 can’t handle.  [... read more]All in all, will 100% go back!

Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: June travel

Hotel is very old but it is under renovations. The food is definitely not great. No eggs and very limited menu offered. We only go to enjoy the beach. The entertainment is very limited. The staff were very nice.

Sanctuary at Grand Memories Varadero: Wonderful Resort

Very clean , pool is very nice and clean , all meals can be had in the restaurant No Buffet. Staff is always friendly, Pool Bar Staff are the best ! Beautiful Beach and boardwalk to Beach and Beach Bar is new but is awesome .

Grand Memories Santa Maria: Surprise!

After all the "horror" stories I was reading about this hotel and Cuba in general-I was pleasantly surprised that it is very good -nice spacious rooms lots of food and wines -even sparkling wine! Canadians will never be tired of talking about amazing Cuban people and the hotel staff is perfect ! Beach is dreamy !!! Grounds are clean and green of course lots of mosquitoes and flies...so what?! I don't understand how anyone can say this is an amazing resort. The excuse "it's low season" is not an excuse for the filth or lack of service, food and clean sheets and towels. If you're going to stay open, you have to serve the people that have paid to be there. I literally counted down the minutes until we could go home. Grand Memories Varadero: Great value

This was my second time coming to this resort. Overall great experience , rooms are nice and spacious. Pools are clean and big. Ocean is just a walk away. Staff are awesome, lots of activities to do even if you want to stay on the resort. Only thing was the food, not many fish options or even vegetarian options.

June 2024 My wife and I spent 7 days at Memories Caribe Cayo Coco resort in Cuba. Weather was perfect, room was nice and the beach….perfect! The only big complain is not the food, which anyone knows how it is ….hey, is Cuba, but flies were everywhere on the food! Not one or two but LOTS of them. I am talking about excellent, very nice and kind persons like Cowan Marin Yanelis from public relation office, or Mme Yusmilba from BEANS Café who made REAL coffee for us, greeting you always with a smile on her face, polite and professional approach. Also Alisnei the barman on the beach was excellent, polite, always with a smile and greeting you. Junior also from BITES was doing excellent ton or chicken sandwiches! Miguel from Route 66, thank you for all your super drinks! In conclusion guys you will choose if you go or not I have told you only my experience for this trip. At the end I want to congratulate AIT TRANSAT which had done an excellent flight but their aircrafts were real luxury with leather seats and chair screens, Thank you to the stewardess OCEANE who proved to me and my wife an real professional employee and a very nice character .GO FOR IT AIR TRANSAT!!!Keep doing the same excellent job. Memories Caribe Beach Resort: Best resort for the Cayo Coco beach!

Had a great time at this resort once again! Fantastic clean beach with no seaweed with tuquoise waters. Unlike other resorts, there was no shortage of food and the pastas, stirfries with chicken, beef or pork, always tasty. Breakfast eggs done your way a great welcome to the day in the morning. I would like to send extended thank you to hard working diamond club stuff Nordelys, Malvia and Agustin for their services. They always made sure that our stay was plesent.
