Palace St. Martin: Amazing!
This hotel was perfect! Great food, amazing beach and great service, perfect! It was the perfect place to take a young family. The beach was perfect for playing in the waves and sand. The variety and quality of food was perfect!
Riu Playa Blanca: Beach is NOT swimmable
The hotel was infested with bugs. The food was ok. They had the same selection of food everyday. The beach was the biggest disappointment because it was not swimmable. The water is brown and the beach has all black debris in the sand and at no point over the 7days did they clean it. Overall this is a 3 1/2 start hotel. The best part is the fruit selection an the staff.

Riu Republica: Outstanding Resort!
Having been to many all inclusive resorts this one was one of the best! Starting from friendly and helpful staff to the impeccably clean rooms and property to the buffet selection of foods and presentation to our check out. This hotel is a property we will definitely return to and recommend.
Riu Palace Antillas: Great time
We were at the resort the first week of May. Positive - the resort was immaculate. The staff in all areas was efficient, polite and accommodating. The room was clean and fresh. The fridge restalked daily. The food was good. Check-in was fast and easy. Check-out the same. Had use of the facilities at the Riu Palace which was nice in the evenings. Walking distance to shopping off the resort. We were able to get into the steak house at a decent hour but I'm sure it was the time of year; it was [... read more]
Riu Santa Fe: Great Resort
The Resort was clean and easy to get around ,No problem finding fresh food ,lots of fruits. I would recommend this resort to anyone . Party central for sure ,so not as much for young children to do ,Easy to get into the downtown area for a walk around and 15 min down the beach is an area that you can swim .
Riu Palace Tropical Bay: What a wonderful vacation
Riu Palace Tropical Bay is a great resort. Our room was spacious, our bed was comfortable and the maids did an excellent job with the cleaning. The beach was sandy and clean. Food was very well presented with great selections. The grounds and pool area were kept neat and clean. We really enjoyed interacting with the staff who were always ready to please. Overall...a wonderful vacation spot.
Riu Santa Fe: Good Hotel if you want to party
Enjoyed my stay here, however if you are looking for quiet this is not the best pick. Perfect for if you want to party and a place to rest your head at night. The food and views were really good. Lots of variety. Hotel is close to downtown, $14 USD unless there are more people in the cab.
Riu Ocho Rios: Excellent Resort
Everything about the resort was great. The food was excellent and the quality of the food was great. You get a different variety of food buffets so you don't get tired of the same food, it gives you plenty of options to keep you satisfied. The entertainment was excellent, there were planned activities every day to keep you busy and to ensure that you have the best time while on the resort. As well, the room service was perfect, everyday they made sure that your room was clean and the bar re-stoc [... read more]
Riu Lupita: Hidden Gem! Highly Highly Highly Recommended!
The hotel was wonderful, clean, the food was excellent. There was tons of variety to try out every night, and the restaurants were great. The steakhouse was especially delicious, as well as the Italian bistro and the Mexican restaurant. The buffet was amazing and the food was always fresh and delicious. The rooms were cleaned daily and restocked every second day. The entertainment crew were awesome and did well to entertain everyone nightly. The bar staff was awesome as well and they always prov [... read more]
Riu Merengue: You get what you pay for!!
Ok lets start from the beginning and work our way to the end. First off the check in was easy and the hotel was able to accommodate our room request for a room on the ground floor and close to most hotel amenities. The room had a slight musty smell, but it was not that bad and my wife and I got over it real fast. The beds were a bit lumpy but we were able to sleep on them. I found one cock roach on day 2 of the vacation in the room which soon became fast friends with the business end o [... read more]
Riu Reggae: Riu reggae
Just returned from a week at riu reggae the property is a newer property so it was very clean and more modern in appearance. Can't say enough about the very friendly staff, they were very helpful if needed as well. Throughly enjoyed the food and a very nice variety for everyone. There was no problem finding a beach lounger as there was plenty to go around. The beach was clean but small for walking. Other than that the vacation was a good one and I would recommend this hotel.
Riu Republica: Rui Republica trip
We were very pleased with our trip to Rui Republica. Rooms were nice, grounds were beautiful & well kept, pool areas were clean & maintained. Enjoyed the activities & shows, staff were curious & helpful.
Riu Tequila: Awsome resort
This hotel is great! The resort is very clean. It has nice rooms that are cleaned everyday and towels, sheets and drinks replenished everyday. It has yummy food to cather to all. The beach and grounds are beautiful. The service staff is always working hard to make your visit memorable.
Riu Montego Bay: Overall a good resort
The grounds and resort layout are great. Food is excellent. Rooms need a refresh and room keys are a problem. Staff very friendly and engaging. Nice beach. Front desk very responsive as was housekeeping.
Riu Ocho Rios: Great Resort
There was only three things I didn't like about this resort.. rooms were very musty smelling and the entertainment wasn't great and some bar staff weren't friendly..the beach and grounds are beautiful, food was great
Riu Flamingos: Good resort
Beautiful grounds. Resort, main area were up to date rooms had mold in the bathrooms and shower, lots of locals Main pool is small for the size of the resort. for the price it was great. alacart restraints were first come first serve, deffenetly helpes if you speak the language. Stake house was good. would go back for the price.
Riu Reggae: Great Resort, Problematic Vacation
The Riu Reggae was great. Although the first three days of our trip was a headache and problematic, the Riu Reggae was enjoyable. The Beach was clean, the resort was clean, the staff was friendly and very efficient. My parents are Jamaican Born so I was able to really compare the resort food with the food made from my parents and it was quote comparable. The only thing I would improve on is the entertainment as it was not entertaining at all in my opinion.
Riu Merengue: Nice Resort poor service.
It was fair. The food was better than when we visited in 2012. We thought the service was lacking this time. Also we found a huge cockroach in our room our third night as well in the public washrooms I saw them running around.
Riu Playa Blanca: So glad we decided on Panama!
The Riu Playa Blanca Panama was an amazing resort! So peaceful and beautiful. Very well maintained resort with amazing food! Bartenders were all very friendly and always on the ball. Beach was spectacular! The beautiful black and white sand sparkled in the neverending sunlight. Accommodations were great. Hotel design and decor was fabulous! Some room for improvement with a la carte restaurants. Felt more like additional buffet restaurants instead. Would have also been nice to have washroom facil [... read more]
