TRS Turquesa: Good with a few execptions

The hotel was ok at best. You can tell that it is an older hotel. Our patio door didn't lock (we were on the first floor) and was very hard to open and close. Half of the time our key fobs didn't work so we had to go to the lobby to reset. The first three days, we didn't have cold water, you will burn yourself taking a hot shower. One day we asked our butler to make a reservation for four people to one of the restaurants for our second last day, they made it for two, so we never got the chance t [... read more]o eat there. I had requested first floor because I cannot do stairs and was not aware that they didn't have elevators when we booked 10 months prior, they put me on the third floor and I refused the room. Had to pay extra $350 to get a room on the first floor.

Lifestyle Tropical Beach Resort: 5th time with more to come!!

Absolutely love the property the people the size of the property is massive use of all of the facilities is great the pool is clean the drinks are good the food is tasty the only problem was that we didn't have hot water for showers hopefully this can be fixed by adding more hot water tanks so that when the resort is busy this isn't an issue otherwise the renovated Superior Suites was beautiful and I will definitely be coming back again in the near future thank you lifestyle!

Ocean Blue and Sand: It was" just" okay

The good: The rooms were clean was the resort. The pool was huge and beautiful. The entertainment was good. The food was very good and there was a large selection of foods to choose from the buffet. The bad: The room coffee maker just worked, spewing brew everywhere. No coffee provided for the mornings. The alcoholic drinks are watered down and anything slushy tasted like cardboard. The staff was generally unfriendly, regardless if a tip was left or not.

Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada: Wonderful resort!

The grounds were beautiful, clean and well manicured. The room was nothing special but how much time do you spend in your room anyway? The pool was large and wonderful. We enjoyed our vacation and would recommend it! The only negative is that the room had alot of humidity so much so that the sheets felt wet when you finally go to bed.

Breathless Punta Cana Resort: Very nice clean well maintained resort

Entertainment could have been better Bus ride from the airport was more than an hour Requested two beds but none available ended up with a king size and a roll away - did not pay to sleep on a rollaway bed

VH Gran Ventana Beach Resort: Can’t wait to come back

This hotel is awesome, it’s the perfect size (not too big and not too small) everything is within walking distance. The staff are fantastic the food is amazing the hotel is extremely clean, the beach is great and you will make new friends every time you visit.

Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana: Substandard Resort

Grounds are beautiful rooms are old and small but kept clean,public areas are fine,food in specialty rest.very poor,in buffet only so so and the same every day,beach one of the worst and smallest we have been to, pool is great.

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Great resort

I enjoyed everything about the resort except the loud music at the main pool that could be heard at the beach. Even ear plugs could not drown out the sound and the whistle blowing during aqua fit was worse. Beautiful grounds, great food, nice people. Our room was lacking a few things and after asking twice we just forgot about it. This should not be tip dependant.

VH Gran Ventana Beach Resort: Amazing Vacation

Very clean and comfortable, food and drinks were great! Not a ton of walking on the resort but you can go a long way on the beach. Very friendly staff always willing to please. We look forward to our next visit already.

Royalton CHIC Punta Cana: Very pleased and satisfied!

We were very impressed with the compact size of Chic which made all food and facilities close at hand. The pools and beach areas are scenic and shade is available when needed. Buffets are as good as the a-la-cartes which were also fantastic...food is the best and plentiful. We joined the Diamond Club and our butler, Billy Joel, catered to our every concern and whim..he is the best!!! Our room, Presidential Suite, was HUGE and close to the pools, beach and restaurants.

Senator Puerto Plata Hotel: Amazing Resort

There is nothing that I could say about this resort but excellent on all fronts. The size and ability to get around the resort was excellent. The staff go above and beyond to make your trip fabulous.

Barcelo Bavaro Beach: very nice resort

it is older resort luck of towels rooms are not perfectly clean but ok perfect location to the nice beach very good buffet over all good service moore less what we where expecting had a premium adult resort with nice view to ocean and lovely beach staff very nice specially guest service spoke inglish went out of there way to help especialy mr.Arron Miller realy nice human be who offer us his services when my wife strugle with her medical equipment coud not thank him enough what he done for us  [... read more]thank again Mr.Miller .pool was also very nice.we looking forward to go there again next year

Viva V Samana by Wyndham: Viva Samana!

Luscious grounds with inviting loungers and cabanas. Lovely layout of resort. Excellent service; although Checkin could’ve been more organized. Excellent a la carte restaurants! Animation team is the highlight of the resort!

Nickelodeon Hotel Punta Cana: Top shelf resort

If you have kids, this is the resort for your family. The food was amazing, best in the Dominican that I have been to. The grounds immaculate. The staff, other than the check in staff, were great and just about everyone spoke some English. The swim up rooms were great for your private time.

Dreams Flora Resort and Spa: This was an amazing resort.

The rooms of this hotel were modern and very clean. Public areas were also kept very clean as well. The lush greenery, colourful tropical plans and tall palm trees were beautiful .. and just made you feel happy. The food was excellent, and the choices we had of restaurants was very good .. you could dine somewhere different each evening.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Beautiful and amazing Resort

Loved the hotel and the whole resort. It is like being in Paradise, The mangers and staff are friendly and amazing and always willing to help. We were treated like family. We had an amazing time with family and friends. We definitely recommend the Bahia Principe Luxury Ambar ❤️

Ocean El Faro: Nice resort

This resort is beautiful and clean. Room was amazing with large bathroom, kingsize bed & sitting area with sofa, chair, coffee table & desk. No room clock or facecloths. The food was OK. Getting reservations for the a la carte restaurants was a nightmare! The H10 app wasn't working so had to line up at 7:15 a.m. (along with dozens of other guests) to make same day reservations! No welcome drink or cool cloth upon arrival & only one reception desk employee to check in our busload. Had to beg a be [... read more]llboy to take us to our room. First time at this resort & it was midnight! He dropped us off in front of the building & just pointed us to the building. Hubby's wristband/room door access didn't work. Had to get a card for him. No email sent to us to advise of the transfer pick up time for departure. Didn't see a Sunwing/Nexus rep the entire time we were there. Due to these many small details and the shier size of the resort we would not be returning to this hotel.

Occidental Caribe: An O.K hotel!

Amazing beach! The room was not the best and all elevators were not working but I was so happy with the beach I didn't care about the room or anything else. Service at the hotel and restaurants are good. Food was good but I wish there were more vegetables offered.

The grounds are beautifully maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful but sometimes difficult to understand because we only speak English. The pools are very nice. Glad there was an option for a "quiet" pool for relaxing. The room was nice. The only complaint was the air conditioner was very loud, couldn't be turned up or down and the room maintained a "dampness" that never went away (towels, bathing suits never dried).
