Grand Riviera Princess: Grand Riviera

The hotel was very nice, great food, very clean, good service. All the restaurants were very good. We very much enjoyed going to the Chill Out restaurant and private beach every day. Armando and Pablo made sure we were well taken care. We also were guests at a wedding on the beach with dinner at the Chill Out restaurant. It is a very big resort and we found the trek to the beach was very long .

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Good Resort

The hotel is nice and decently clean. There will be little things here or there wrong that may bother you the first day but once you ignore the small things, it is actually a good hotel. One of those little things is that for example we booked with Colonial but when we got there the sent us Tropical. After talking to a few people that have travelled there, we found out that it is actually a common occurrence. Overall though it is a nice hotel specially for families with small children. My 1 y [... read more]ear old had a great time at the pool and the fact that there's a clinic on site for us was a bonus. I won't say this is one of the best hotels you'll ever go to but I will say, you will have fun.

Crown Paradise Club Riviera Maya: Nice Resort, Crown Paradise Club Cancun

We ended up here due to the fact the new one in the Mayan wasn't. ready for guests yet. Although this resort was nice it is an older resort. Not great for anyone with mobility issues, many steps everywhere you go! Not sure the beach was able to be enjoyed if you couldn't do stairs! Resort was clean and food at the a la cartes was great, buffet repetitive and always only lukewarm. Lots of kids so lots of noise! The adult pool is far from the adult section of the hotel. Andrea at front desk was always pleasant and promising to fix whatever issues we had but no results without going back to see her many times! We did tour the new Crown Paradise in the Mayan and it is very beautiful!

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: 3rd times a charm

Just returned back from Blue Bay Grand Esmerelda.. a great 4* for your dollar! Food, drinks, grounds, pool are all fabulous.. The work done on the beach line was a definite plus.. The rooms are ready for a revamp and update but loads of hot water pressure and a comfy bed.....if there is a musty scent ask the concierge for maintenance to drain the air conditioner and its gone... we also bring Bounce sheets and that helps with any issue as well... We have only ever been in building 4 on ever [... read more]y visit and I put a big towel near the door to muffle sounds from other late night dwellers. If you want easy, fun and no stuffiness from other tourists this is a great resort!! Juan and Miriam in the buffet... awesome caring service...Daniel at the swing bar.... the drinks pour freely... our ceramic painting at the pool is always a highlight .... loved our yearly trip and looking forward to the next one!!! Angela at Trip Central was super easy to deal with and I recommend using her for questions, sounding board and of course she made the ease of booking and reminded me it was a deposit and a payment plan if need be, not a few grand out all at once... Anyone can book online but if there is an issue who would you do deal with....

Barcelo Maya Caribe: Relaxing time

We arrive at the hotel around 11:30pm check in was a breeze, our room was in the 5300's so we were close to the beach on the third floor, room was nice food was great never crowded at the Buffet, never had to worry about a chair at the beach the pool is were we sat most days I faced the beach my wife faced the pool, the staff was amazing,

Occidental at Xcaret Destination: Fantastic resort

The hotel was very clean, and well maintained. Lots of wildlife (flamingo's, deer, monkeys) Hotel situated by xcaret park. Lot's of activities. Plenty of food choice's at the restaurants. Food was very good. It was a wonderful experience.

Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya: Amazing resort!!

Where can I start...perfect size resort, very clean and great staff, food, premises are all amazing! Very close to Playa Del Carmen by taxi...Absolutely loved this resort and will go back a third time!

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Wonderful Resort

We stayed in January, which was our 2nd time at this resort. We love how huge it is, which so many options for things to do. We enjoyed all the food at the buffet, as well as the hamburgers by the pool. For the beach you definitely need water shoes to enjoy it. We had one issue with our door lock one night (battery in lock died) security was there within minutes to let us in our room, and also fixed the lock within minutes. Barcelo Maya Caribe: Expansive Resort

6 resorts in 1 large area. Lots of restaurants to enjoy, we ate at 6 theme and 6 different buffets. Beach area at Caribe/Beaches resorts were the best of the 6 resorts. Only issue they did not push the hand sanitizers on people entering eating areas during Coronaviros time frame .

Excellence Riviera Cancun: Very relaxing resort.

Staff was so friendly! Genuinely happy to see you and help out however they could. I travelled solo and the staff made all the difference to my experience. The various pools made the resort feel very exclusive and boutique while still being able to maintaining the perks and amenities of a larger resort.

Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen: Great place relaxing

The service was great the food was good the three restaurants were good and the buffet was nice good selection of food the staff is very pleasant throughout the resort. Just wish the shows were at 9pm only seen one because we had dinner at 7:30- 8 every night and the shows started at 8pm. There was a lot of families there so they had a lot fun by the pool when they had the foam party’s. Hotel Xcaret Mexico: Amazing resort!

Hotel Xcaret exceeded my expectations. The hospitality was amazing, everyone always greeted you with a smile and an “hola.” The food was incredible, Xin Gao and Bio were our favourites but the rest of the restaurants were also above resort standard! The whole resort was beautiful, with rivers around every corner it was always a treat to look at. Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Exceptionally clean, great staff

This was our second trip to this hotel. Our son loved the kids club, food is excellent, very clean, great drinks. The entertainment/ night shows were even better than last year! Amazing talent! I'm celiac and lactose intolerant and had no problems eating anywhere. Lazy river was great.

Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen: Good resort

The food is good and the location is great it has everything within walking distance There’s not much in the way of entertainment at night it starts when your having dinner and finishes pretty early. It’s far to expensive when you have to pay the single supplement which will definitely stop me from coming again.

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Great time

3 rd time staying at Royalton and 2 Nd time at this one. Resort has everything you really need in vacation from plenty of restaurants and bars and variety of food. I did however find this time that the resort especially the bathrooms were not always clean. On top of that the coffee in the hideaway was usually empty. Unlike the Royalton in Punta Cana where they had the coffee and latte machines. Other than that been on several all inclusive vacations and feel Royalton is worth the cost.

Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Awesome Time!

This was the second time that I visited this resort. Both experiences although seven years apart were fantastic. Seven years ago I stayed at the Iberostar Paraiso Del Mar. This year I stayed at that I Iberostar Paraiso Beach. The grounds at this resort are immaculate, the pools are second to none, and the food and restaurants-top-notch. The staff was very attentive and always available if you had any questions. The rooms were very clean and were clean daily in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend this resort for any adults, or families as there is always a place to go to suit your needs. By this I mean there are activities at the pool, there is a play area for children, there is a quiet area for adults by the waterfall, and of course there’s always the beach, that was very clean and enjoyable.

Dreams Riviera Cancun: Great experience!

Dreams Riviera Cancun was in the top of our vacations as far as total experience for a wonderful family destination vacation! It was beautiful and welcoming and had great amenities! Food was super with lots of variety! Service was top notch! The pools were tremendous and I am an ocean lover. Catalonia Royal Tulum: Wonderful Resort

The tropical gounds, beautiful pool and excellent staff, made this a perfect holiday with old friends. The beach was spectacular, beautiful to walk on with good snorkeling right in front of the resort. The small size, Adult only and availability, with no reservations, of great dining options, made for a relaxed vacation. Ocean Riviera Paradise: Great Resort

Beautiful grounds. Excellent staff. Only drawback was the aggressiveness of the H10 Timeshare people, first minute we arrived, cost us 3 unnecessary hours...:( Nicholas the bartender at the main lobby bar-great. Irene-waitress at same bar-excellent.

The Reef 28 Playa del Carmen: Great resort!

The location is great with easy access to 5th Avenue and all the restaurants and nightlife. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food, especially breakfast was very good. The rooftop pool and lounge area is a really nice setup and the service was good. Mario and Geraldine were both great! Having the option to shuttle to the other 2 Reef locations is also a nice setup.
