Grand Oasis Cancun: Worst hotel experience

Food was blend and not good at all, it says 28 restaurant but they consider three side to side kiosk by pool three restaurant. We were party of 25 and each of us had issue with our check in and our rooms.

Grand Oasis Cancun: Lots of Fun!

Great week with great peoeple and service. Cant wait to return and continue the party. Service was okay and drinks where basic alcoholic drinks, would like to have seen more options for drinks. Lots of excursions to see and participate in, i wish I had more time to do more. Overall i would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to party.

The Pyramid Cancun: great stay

I have been to this resort 6 times now and as always pretty good. my only complaints are the pool bathrooms smell realy bad. now i have went into some nasty bathrooms before but the smell was almost unbarable.the bathrooms were clean but really need some air flow in them,problem solved.A/c did sound like a freight train but called the front desk and when we came back was better.we are from northern alberta so a warm room didnt bother us we turned it off and opened the door at night. all good. t [... read more]ime share people got annoying after awhile but whatever.so other then that hotel was great always lots of food didnt starve thats for sure. food was good.hotel room was clean. now martine with trip central tottaly awsome probably the best agent i have ever delt with. i highly recomend her very helpfull. did not try to over sell us but sent us all posible deals she had. well thats it.

Grand Oasis Sens: Perfect Vacation!!

Our trip was from December 5th to the 12th, 2016. Had a great time at the Sens, the food was amazing, especially the Sakura Sunset and the Black hole. The staff at the front desk, the servers, the entertainment crew did all they could to ensure that we were well taken care of. We stayed on the 6th floor, ocean view and was well worth the little bit more for a balcony. I love Cancun, the transit system is easy and cheap. The restaurants, bars and markets are a great day trip and seriously the Walmart is something to experience ;) We would love to visit again and it's on our short list for next year. Who needs Cuba and the Dominican, when you can visit stunning Mexico!!

Be Live Turquesa: Had a great time!

The rooms were clean and the staff friendly although I had heard of some people having issues because perhaps not an acute understanding of the urgency of their situation. (A relative had passed and getting help, accessing outside phone lines etc., was not easy for them and they ended up being helped by other guests). From the grounds looking into a bathroom you can see very distinct silhouettes of whomever is in the shower. Put a towel up!!!

The Pyramid Cancun: Great resort !

So many choices for dining, a fabulous beach, and something for everyone in entertainments. The quality of service in the a la carte restaurants is very good. The aerial show (in the main lobby) is excellent - a lot like Cirque de Soleil.

Be Live Turquesa: Great Resort

The Turquesa is an older resort however they are undertaking a major upgrade at the end of May to November 2017. The room was a little time worn but very clean. The grounds are very well kept. We didn't spend much time by the pool but it appeared to be well kept & clean. The beach was beautiful, clean and pretty much stone free. The food was adequate, plentiful with enough choice to suit every taste. The Pyramid Cancun: Would go back

Went for the first time to Mexico from Nov 9th to 16th staying at the Pyramid Grand Oasis in Cancun - it was low-season, so the resort was less than half-occupied. My wife and I (in our mid-50s) have been to many islands in the Caribbean. It was a very enjoyable stay - the food was excellent! We enjoyed the beach and the pool. It is a relatively large resort but once you got your bearings - it was easy to get around. The room was very clean and comfortable - some days we had chamber-maid service twice! The only negative was two things - they have people walking around the main building - asking if you need any help/directions - in reality these folks are eventually going to try to sell you a "time-share" - don't accept their offer of a free bottle of tequila. The other negative is only if you are a beach-walker - we like to walk on the beach - while it is beautiful - the sand being comfortably cool it is very soft near the shoreline - it feels like walking through mud - we prefer walking on hard sand - but that is not a really big deal. We would go back to the Pyramid Grand Oasis and would recommend it.

Be Live Turquesa was such a welcoming atmosphere even though some of the staff hardly understood us. The resort is very well maintained and the food was very good as well. My Mom and I had gone for the Beach...and it was amazing! White sand one the beach and in the turquoise water; on the windy days it was like swimming within a wave pool. We had a blast. Excellent place to spend a week in an ambiance of fine entertainment great services good food nice beach close to town and golf course and all for a fair price Looking forward for our next opportunity Something really to consider returning too

The Sens Cancun: Beautiful Resort !!

We just loved this place...amazing resort with plenty of amenities and lovely local foods. They have nightly entertainment every night. Swimming pools are beautiful. Some services are payable though (like wifi, laundry etc.). But overall it's a lovely resort and we would like to spend time there again.

Grand Oasis Sens: Quick Escape

We were in desperate need of a vacation, as we were going through some crazy renovations on our home. So we chose Oasis Sens for their chill vibe, and for the fact that we had been there before, and we knew everything about the resort already. We arrived fairly late, but were immediately escorted to the Sian Ka'an reservation area, where we were treated like royalty. We got our room right away and were in shock of how beautiful it was! The dinning was amazing! we of course ate at Benazuza and the Black Hole. We tried to get reservations for the Sushi place, but they were booked up. But it was fine, as we decided to head into Cancun to do some shopping and eating out on a patio in town. We were there to just relax and do nothing... and that's exactly what we did. We never set any alarms, and we just slept whenever for however long we wanted, ate whenever (room service), cruised the internet (with our free wifi), dipped in the plunge pool/ocean/public pools whenever we need a cool-down. We didn't spend much time in the public areas, but when we did, it was nice. Getting to town was super easy. Staff was super accommodating. The mini-bar service could improve a bit... a little slow to re-stock. i would love to go again, and probably stay a little longer next time. 10-14 days would be so nice.

Brisas Del Caribe: Wonderful resort!!!!

The hotel room was very clean like home. Our chamber maid, Melba did a wonderful job everyday cleaning our room, fresh towels and making our bed. George the chef, made our omelettes perfect every morning. Just filled with toppings. The bartenders were great. Made our drinks perfect and always knowing what we like to drink. The wait staff were great and friendly. Alberto and the girls knew exactly where to seat us plus bring us our drinks. Every meal was great. The security staff was excellent. [... read more] One of the security guards there name George was awesome to talk to. The staff at coffee bar knew exactly how many coffees to make every morning as soon as they seen my husband come around the corner with the coffee tray. This is a wonderful resort. It's comfortable, relaxing plus the staff there make you feeling like family not just guests at a resort. We will be returning again next year.

The service was great and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. The people that visit were all fun and the Entertainment was top notch. The food was great and a large selection of places to eat with different cuisines was a total bonus.

All around good resorr food could be better. The security gaurds wanted us to tip for some stupid shit!! but overal kool resorrt Food was bad .. life was good. fun times with people ... u kno lots of guys .. not enough gurls but that kool im bi sexaul at the night time lol... haha just kidding

Grand Oasis Sens: Great vacation choice

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing!! The hotel experience was top notch, the food was amazing. Couldn't have had a better time. If you are looking for a great place in Mexico to take you significant other this is the place for you.

Be Live Turquesa: I was pleasantly surprised

Our short stay at Be Live Turquesa was a pleasant surprise. The beach was amazing and the beach staff very helpful. A number of different events such as volleyball, aquafit ran throughout the day at the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a delicious dinner at the Italian restaurant. The room was clean and the staff kept it serviced daily. A great place to go

Grand Oasis Sens: Beautiful Location

We spent the first week in May at the Grand Oasis Sens. Its a beautiful resort, but not for the mobility challenged. There are stairs everywhere. There is an elevator for the rooms, but the main buffett is in the basement, with no air conditioning and accessible only by stairs....32 steps. To get from the lobby to the beach, there are 3 sets of stairs.There isn't any mention of stairs in the overview of the resort on your, or anybody elses web page. Our rooms were clean & bright....no issues there. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Because of the stairs, I won't recommend this resort.

Brisas Del Caribe: Friendly staff

Grounds were well maintained. Food was good and abundant. When in Cuba eat like the Cubans and you will not be disappointed. Leave your red meat desires for another location. Apparently best fresh water in the region on tap.

Grand Oasis Sens: Not great for mobility challenged

Good hotel, however there were too many stairs with the elevator not going down to the floor the buffet was on thus 31+ steps to get there & no A/C in that area. People were calling this "The sweat box". I passed out at the buffet my first night there because of the heat! Service/rooms/restaurants were all good.
