Gran Club Santa Lucia: Amazing ambiance......

The resort was clean, the people very friendly, the entertainment staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. A resort you always want to come back to... If there were any problems, someone always made sure that it was resolved. Might not be right away but it got resolved. The food...I have never had any complaints, always fresh and good variety. Club Amigo Mayanabo: Small Resort with GREAT STAFF

We found the hotel to be quit small compared to where we have been in the past. However this made for more personable staff, we were treated like gold, by all the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy at all times. I would love to go back again.

Hotel Caracol: get what you pay for!

this place is not where you want to bring a better half, food is lower end Cuba, its clean, frig is a keeper? not cold at all.they try but it just doesn't happen. Been all over Cuba, this place "trys"

Gran Club Santa Lucia: Pleasantly surprised - Would definitely return.

I went with my mother in end of March 2014. The food is really good - amazing when compared to other cuban resorts. The rooms are old but very clean. The entertainment crew is absolutely amazing. If you have young kids and are planning on taking them - go for it!!!! They will be kept busy from start to finish and will be in good hands. If you just want to relax, read, and lounge around (like us!): no problem. No one will bother you. It's peaceful and quiet but still lots of games going on. Brisas Santa Lucia: not to good

the rooms need fixing and the grounds were great and more stafe to be watching what goes on in the pool staf that knows how to fix things in rooms the resort is out of date and needs updateing . and staff that speck more enghish

Club Amigo Mayanabo: Fun Activities

Ok this place was nice enough. Food tasty - layers of flavour. BUT if you are looking for good sized meals - NOT here. The restaurant is more about showy fancy schmancy plates with swirls of this or that. Was not disappointed in the tastes but the portions - ugh. So many better places than this. Snorkeling, Scuba Diving, Drinking and partying

Club Amigo Mayanabo: Great place

People here are amazing, they feel like family. Seems that most clients of the hotel are also of the same mindset. Not too big of a resort. Everything is centralized for easy access. This was my third trip to Club Amigo Mayanabo and I will for sure go back.

Gran Club Santa Lucia: best resort in santa lucia!!

I've been to a few resorts in cuba but they don't make u feel as welcome as gran club... the resort is clean and very homey...the staff makes u feel great!! I've been there 3 times and can't wait to go back! ! I recommend gran club to everyone!

Brisas Santa Lucia: Amazing service

This resort was great overall. We are a young couple that don't like a huge party scene. The resort was really nice and the entertainment staff were great at night and throughout the day by the pool too! The service was great and the a la carte restaurans were really good. The 24hr bar service was so good and the food was amazing! We had some trouble with our door locking but the staff came and changed the entire thing for us. Good resort! The food could be better, love the beach and the activities, the rooms are clean, the beds could be more comfertable and they should put in a hot tub. And steam room and sauna. Drinks were great, nice employes as mostly! Thx
