Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Beautiful Resort....Amazing People!!!!

Everything about this resort was top notch. The rooms were big, clean and well taken care of. There was an issue with our A/C but maintenance was there within the half hour to get it fixed. The staff all said hello, and most of them asked how things were and if we needed anything. Food was amazing. The Japanese and Steakhouse were our favourites, and there was no shortage of variety on the buffets.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Simply The Best

This was our second visit to the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton. The people that work there are fantastic and friendly and engaging. Groundkeeper, Lifeguards, Bar Staff, Restaurant Staff, it doesn't matter what they do at the resort, they are quick to smile and say hello. Many of them even inquired if we were having a good stay or a good day. The pools are amazing and we tried to visit all of them. Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: A great place!

All in all we had a great time! the weather was great and our room was perfect! I feel the staff could have been a bit quicker at service at times there were long waits for drinks at the big pool bar, The quality of the food was very good! ... except the sports bar! the buffet was not stocked fresh at all and the food...well it just seemed it was just low quality....and the t.v. stations were not clear for the sports games we wished we could've watch throughout the week, the TVs seemed brok [... read more]en and old. Snacks seemed hard to fine, I would've like to have bags of potato chips/nuts available around all bar places, without having to ask for them... Measures should've been taken to control the Bee infestation, I was stung by a bee which was not nice! they were everywhere around the bars! The beach was beautiful! but the recreational sports equipment available seemed it needed an upgrade - we wanted to take out the paddle boat and were told it was broken and had been for weeks.... And the stage shows seems armature but we watched anyways....some of the dancing was a little over the top for a family show... Staff were always upbeat and happy to make you happy !! Thank you !

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Amazing Resort

The resort was amazing! The restaurants fantastic!! so may to choice from. My favourite was the Mexican. The rooms were lovely and spacious. The staff was great . Specially, Jason Fry at the beach. Such a lovely funny great guy! I could have stayed there another week, just looking at the view. Specially when the sun was setting . First time in Jamaica and I hope to get back real soon...

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Wonderful Resort

This hotel is amazing. The rooms are clean and spacious. The grounds are clean and always tended to. The restaurants are great! Choices ranged from Italian, Indian (one of my favourites), Japanese and a steak house among others. Beautiful white sand beaches. Amazing and friendly staff. Loved it and would like to return again soon!

TRS Coral: Not a 5 star hotel

Let me start by saying this is a beautiful resort and that’s were it stops. We arrive late Saturday night and Sunday Morning we went book all of our dinner reservations with a butler and CHIC. We were offered 6 or 9:30 for dinner reservations and were told CHIC was booked. We were also told all the restaurants were booked for the next 3 weeks. So we took what we could get for the restaurants and the 1 st Butler didn’t even book CHIC. On Monday we had to see a new butler trying to get Chi [... read more]c tickets and we were told the same thing. The other couple that went with us went to see his butler and was basically told if we want a normal time for dinner and CHIC tickets we would have to pay him. So we did. The spa was included and after being hounded everyday by the people selling massages we were told we couldn’t get in unless we purchased a massage. All events were cancelled at trs because of weather so we were directed to the sister resort at the sports bar. There were kids running around the bar at 10-11 pm so we left. Also we were told at the sports bar that if we wanted premium alcohol we would have to pay for it. There is no buffet or coffee shop on site so again you have to travel to the sister hotel and deal with children. There were children on the adult side of the beach and no one asked them to leave so we left. We also had to pay the butler to have our fridge restocked. We had no towels in our room and took 4 calls and a trip to the front desk to finally get them. When you go on vacation it should be relaxing and shouldn’t be this hard to get things that were included in our package. This trip was not worth the money and more stressful trying to book and alway having to grease the butlers.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Love this resort!

Grounds are meticulously kept. Staff are amazing & friendly. Food was excellent at all restaurants. No complaints whatsoever, it was our 2nd time there and I would go again! Huge main pool area with lots of activities. Love the swim up bar! 2 adult pools of you want a quieter space. 3-4 beach areas to choose from too!

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Excellent family choice

Grand Palladium is a resort that bends over backwards to give their guests everything they can possibly want, I wouldn't expect that any traveller would want an experience that they haven't already thought of. The resort is giant 1500 rooms that takes a half hour to walk from one end to another. The F&B again offers everything (to varying degrees of success) but rest assured there are almost unlimited options for the picky. The rooms are as spacious at the the resort (where we stayed anyways, we heard there were many older rooms that weren't as nice as ours). Nicely appointed but without the quality mattresses that we are accustomed to. Many amenities are dated and broken unfortunately but if you are a seasoned all inclusive traveller you should understand this is common with any 3rd world country. We felt safe all this time as we never left the property, the violence, unrest and travel advisories did not affect our stay at all. I would not think twice about taking our kids. Kids clubs, gaming rooms and play areas all seem well used and I know our kids would be occupied for many hours should they go with next time.

Large resort with lots to see and do. Beautiful and clean everywhere. Wonderful, helpful people on staff in every area. Delicious variety of food, drinks, cafe, etc Gorgeous and clean beach areas. Fun shows, live music and activities everyday. Good quality drinks served in nice glassware

Grand Palladium Vallarta: We'll be back... :)

This was our first visit to GP Vallarta and we want to return there again :) Food - great, tasty, fresh, wide selection. Burgers on the beach for lunch or dinner at El Dorado - everything was awesome. Mexican restaurant was our top pick. Compliments to the chef and the team of servers. Antonio at the buffet will go an extra mile to provide the best service and make you a little rose. Antonio at the pool bar is the true leader and awesome bartender. Gracias to Mary for keeping our room nice an clean. Accommodation porter (don't know his name) was such a great guy. Always with a smile and a song :) Night shows - amazing, those dancers must have endless pool of energy. But the true STAR is Yesica! Service with the smile every night! :) Activities - non stop action. There's so much to do for everyone. Spa, pools, bar's, beach, tennis, football etc. There's always something happening and everyone is welcome to join in. Try archery with Ali. And follow his instructions :) One last reminder. When packing your sunscreen and swimsuits - don't forget to bring some respect with you. Front desk, service staff, guy blowing leaves or a lady mopping walkways - everyone is working hard to make your stay as pleasant as possible and they deserve utmost respect.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Easy surfing

Nice hotel with a surf break right off the beach. Friendly staff go out of their way to make sure you are looked after. The beach crew, Eder and Jimmy are most helpful with surf tips and lessons. This was our 3rd trip

TRS Yucatan: Outstanding resort

The TRS YUCATAN was truly a luxury experience they could not do enough for you.The rooms were large beautiful in design and function.The food was top notch delicious beautiful in the presentation. The infinity pool was always clean and warm

TRS Coral: Beautiful Resort

We stayed in room 2346 (building 2 floor 3 room 46), a Loft Suite that faced the pool with a great view of the ocean. We would highly recommend a Loft over a Swim-up Suite as we spent our days at the pool or beach before heading to our room for a relaxing soak in the balcony tub before dinner. The service was excellent throughout the week at all the restaurants and bars we visited. The only reservation we made was for La Boheme just to be sure that we got in as it was our Anniversary. The staff  [... read more]are very friendly and helpful, the food is good to very good and you can get top shelf liquor on the TRS Coral part of the resort. We used room service once for lunch and once for dinner, it arrived about 5-10 minutes ahead of when we were told and was at a good temperature. There is no need for a private transfer as we were the only ones going so we went directly to the resort.

Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres: Family Selection gets 10 on 10!

We just got back from a one week vacation at the Family Selection Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres! Our 2-Storey room was simply gorgeous, clean and spacious! All the staff were authentically caring, fore coming and friendly! Service on the beach was quick and Ruby and Michael spoiled us all day long. Michelle and Fernanda, our concierges, could not have done a better job! They are exceptional! Brand new resort. Amazing staff throughout the resort. Everyone greets you. Unlimited à la carte dinner options. Amazing rooms. Great pool. Really well thought out resort. Second to none spa. Stunning tennis facilities

Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres: Deeply dissapointed

Hi and thanks for contacting us...actually our stay at GP was a complete dissspointment: the service was poor, I was full of mosquito bites every single day, no entertainment on the beach or pool site, when i complained about mosquitos the customer service rep sent me to the pharmacy to buy a remedy I will never consider this resort ever again. They used Rafael Nadal name to dub it a 5 star resort...far from that!!

Grand Palladium Punta Cana: Great resort

This resort was wonderful . Beach was awesome and beautiful . Stayed in loft suite as there were 3 adults. So it had a king and full bathroom downstairs and pull out and half bath upstairs. Very clean room . Both mattresses were pretty hard. Cleaning staff amazing. WiFi sucks everywhere but that’s all if Dominican. Buffet excellent every day. Wait staff excellent. Went to spa twice it’s the best I’ve ever had. Small casino in resort too. Beautiful grounds. 2 drawbacks. 1, very little Engli [... read more]sh spoken. 2, huge resort ! I spent all of my vacation walking in circles . Lost all of the time . Be ready to walk ALOT! And no WiFi which I just don’t care about. Fabulous staff !

TRS Turquesa: Live like royalty!!

We absolutely loved our stay at TRS Turquesa! Very clean and well maintained resort. Staff were amazing and food was made with love. Everything was well organized and detailed so we felt comfortable and confident with our entire stay. This was our first trip down south so we didn't know what to expect however our trip advisor with Trip central always clarified with us. We would book with trip central again.

Grand Palladium White Island: Great time - very relaxing

Had a great all inclusive vacation. Food was phenomenal! People were great. Having the room key on the wrist bracelet was very convenient. The only set back (if any) was trying to book the restaurants for dinner. They say that the restaurants are fully booked but when we went they were 1/2 full.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Great time!

The hotel was beautiful. All areas were kept very clean. We stayed in a deluxe room with 2 adults and a 6 year old. There were a lot of stairs as the resort is on a cliff but I believe they also had ramp access to most areas. I definitely got my steps in. The bars were good. Sometimes you had to wait a bit for a drink, just depended how busy they were. I wished I had brought an insulated bigger cup and would next time. The cups are small in the pool area and seem to be a magnet for a 6 year  [... read more]old splashing pool water. The pools were great, well maintained, got quite busy mid day. Our son liked the kids area with water slides. The adult pool was quieter and was a nice break, also breathtaking as it is an infinity pool over the ocean . Our son loved the kids club. So that was a bonus in giving us, the parents a break. The buffet was really good I thought and we ate there the whole time. My only negatives would be I wish the bed and pillows were more comfy- that is the minor one. My major issue was access to bottled water. I drink a lot of water and my body is used to that. In our mini bar we would get 4-6 600ml bottles of water each day. That is for 3 people. I found myself strategizing to get enough, drinking as much as I could at meal times. Likely my downfall was drinking alcohol at the pool all afternoon then being very thirsty once back in my room. You can order water at all the bars but it is usually a bit of a wait and the little cups again. We tried to tip and request extra water bottles, but didn’t seem to get far with our limited Spanish. If we return, I would actually check a bag on the plane with just water bottles. But as I said I drink a lot of water and this likely wouldn’t be an issue for everyone Oh yeah, and the lattes in the Hemingway bar in the morning are delicious!
