Relaxing vacation

This was our first experience vacationing in Cuba. We stayed at the Pullman Hotel, Cayo Coco. The hotel is clean and staff very friendly and, accommodating. I was not pleased with the arrangements in securing your place on the beach. Beach does not open till 9am. There are not enough cabanas/ shaded seating available on the beach. Therefore, guests were getting to the beach as early as 8am to secure their seats. Security stayed on the beach till 9am to ensure you did not leave chair [... read more]s unattended before beach opened. Later in the week management changed the time to 6am, my guest to detour guests from securing their chairs in advanced. So by 8am on that morning no shaded area was available on the beach. Also, only one handicapped cabana available. So if your not there at 5:30am chances are you are not going to have one.

Amazing Resort

We visited Pullman Cayo Coco in August 2016 and it has been the resort we have ever had in Cuba. Spacious, clean with the best food, Also we were very satisfied with the night entertainment. We would definitely like to return to Pullman

Pullman Cayo Coco The New Number One

I was impressed entering the lobby to see an outstanding view of the infinity pool, beach and ocean. Welcomed by a smile from Lenor at the reception desk. Warm baguettes, endless choices allowed made fresh by a chef and food staff that kept surprising every day of the two weeks I stayed from May 21st to June 4th. Setting the standard for Cuba

Nice resort. Great location on an excellent beach close to the airport. Service was good. Only problem was having to get up at dawn to get a shady spot on the beach or pool, if you wait till the sun comes up you will have a difficult time finding a shady spot.

Best trip I've ever been on!

I've been down south 5 times and this was by far my favourite resort and trip. The whole resort was very clear and the people are beyond nice. I know it's their job to go out of their way to make sure we have a good time but they are truly amazing. There was so much variety at the buffet that you could have something different each night. And each à la carte was delicious in its own way.

CUBA Amazing!

Top notch food and wine, pools and beach. Accommodations were great. To all staff, you could not have made our family vacation any better. Muchas Gracias! A special shout out to Abel, Sandro, Yoe, Yasniel, Lazaro, Maikel, Osbel, Denis, Sidney, Yanet, Gerardo, Aliex and Axel.

Great resort for a relaxed getaway!

Pullman offers incredible service, amazing staff always eager to please. Grounds are well kept and food was flood. Always fresh bread available and a vast variety of foods to grill on demand. Beach is perfect, and pools are great as well!! Had a wonderful family vacation!

5 Star experience

Beautiful new resort. Not fully opened. Gorgeous location, 15 minutes from the airport. Lovely beach and clear aqua sea water. Ample swimming pools, clean, comfortable with a wide variety of depths and seating choices. 5 star service. Friendly, respectful, accommodating staff. Fabulous buffet with a huge variety of foods, displayed elegantly and pleasingly. Great a la cartes. Japanese, French and Creole. Elegant service and delectable food. We had a beautiful 2 week vacation here and would highly recommend this resort to any discriminating tourist.

Awesome!

Service, food, rooms were excellent. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Cayo Coco!! We stayed from March 30 to April 6- once the resort is complete it will be amazing. Highly recommend an oceanfront room.

Relaxing paradise

4th trip to Cuba and overall a great relaxing holiday. The GOOD..new hotel, clean, modern, gorgeous beach with good swimming, beautiful pools, close to airport but no planes overhead, good entertainment, friendly staff, good food, lots of places to sit and relax. The BAD...hard beds (we brought a topper and it was worth it), 2 people in our party cut their feet on broken tiles in the pool, as a new hotel not everything was open such as gym or tennis courts, not a lot of activities in Cayo Coco s [... read more]o definitely not a party place...We would go back in a heartbeat

Pullman Cayo Coco # 1

Stayed April 6-13/2016 Ocean View room. No worries about being bumped. Hotel is not fully operational yet but will be soon and when it does, all other hotels in the area and in Cuba in general will have to step up their game to even come close to Pullman!!! I've traveled to Cuba 15 times and have never seen a buffet that comes close to this place. They even had some Gluten free options and healthy options for those who needed it. Pizza fresh to order...from placing order to on your plate was 5 minutes never seen that before. Rotisserie chicken everyday at lunch beach grill. All the fresh salad options you could ask for and more. A la Cartes were top notch, French, Japanese table cooking & Creole(Cuban fare). I always order the Cuban meal as it will never disappoint! In the buffet you could help yourself to juices,pop,water,coffee,hot chocolate etc even the champagne. This is a welcome thing in Cuba as sometimes the staff are busy and don't get to refill your glasses as quickly as one likes. I've not seen this in Cuba, self serve but I love it! Rooms were great, views amazing and the lobby bar was out of this world! Beach was great but can be windy some days, not enough to deter us but for some it would be. Loads of palapas but if you want a certain one be there early as always in Cuba. Loads of chairs. Staff.....WOW what a great bunch. The Director General is always present chatting with staff as well as clients. A very nice touch and very approachable. Every staff member was happy and smiling and all had said that the management there was the best that they had ever worked for. This was so nice to hear over and over again as we all know that many do not treat their staff well. Many of them were smiling and dancing while they worked it was amazing to see this. Loved this hotel and would definitely recommend to anyone. Less than 15 minutes from airport is a huge plus. The pricing will jump for next years busy season for sure.

Beautiful Resort

The location of this resort is absolutely beautiful. The beach is world class. The rooms are amazing. We booked an oceanview room. It did not disappoint. Being that this resort is brand new, I would love to return once again in a couple of years when the trees and shrubs have had a chance to mature. Overall a wonderful vacation.

Great Vacation at Pullman Caya Coco

We just came back from Caya Coco last Saturday. We were two adults and a 5-yr old girl. What a blast we had! It was my 2nd time in Cuba, my husband and daughter's first. We have been to Cancun, Maya Riviera, and Antigua in the past, always stayed at 5-star all-inclusive resorts. I think Pullman is easily the #1 in Cuba, and one of the top in Caribbean! We had such a good time that didn't want to leave at the end. Now we ask our 5-yr old, where our next vacation will be, she answers, "Cuba! And I want to stay in the same hotel!" That says all!!! AMAZING RESORT

THE RESORT IS VERY CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED, BEACH WAS AMAZING, LOTS OF CHAIRS, POOLS WERE CRYSTAL CLEAR, BUFFET RESTAURANT HUGE,ALACARTES VERY NICE, JAPANESE WAS THE BEST WE THOUGHT, STAFF IS OUTSTANDING, AND MAIDS WERE GREAT. OUR ROOM WAS 31114 AND 3112 AND THEY WERE OCEANVIEW AND VERY NEAR TO EVERYTHING. GREAT RESORT BUT VERY QUIET, GREAT TIME.

Beautiful Resort!

The hotel is not complete. But even in its current form it is beautiful. It will be spectacular when complete. The food is the best I have experienced in Cuba and the always available champagne is a really nice touch.

Great Resort

The resort was very modern, well kept, clean with plenty to do and see. It had the right amount of day/ entertainment. The food was very tasty with multiple choices at every meal. The staff was very friendly and helpful but there wasn't enough of them. At full capacity I do not envision there being enough space/facilities for all to equally enjoy.

Great Resort!

Clean, new hotel with friendly staff beautiful beach, always enough chairs and great for long walks. Food was ok. No problems with it. A lot of French Canadians so the food seemed to cater to them. I would go back for sure!

Fantastic resort, but..

The accommodations, entertainment, and food were excellent. The beach is perfect. But most people at the resort chain-smoked and some flicked their butts in the ocean and in the sand. It was difficult to go anywhere without second-hand smoke.

Pullman more than met our expectations

When booking this resort we knew that there would be disappointments because it was their second week of being open but we were excited to try a new resort and decided it was worth the risk. Everything was bang on including the beach, pools, food and service. Ocean view rooms are a must and over all great value. The lobby bar has a fantastic view of the pools and water with comfy chairs to sit and have a morning coffee or cocktail before or after dinner. Buffet restaurant was awesome and had man [... read more]y choices and they cooked fresh for you if you liked. The restaurants where good and I expect will only get better given time to adjust. We would go back for sure!

Beautiful resort!

Brand new resort, only at about half capacity when we were there. Our oceanview room was excellent. The service and friendliness of all the staff and management are the icing on the cake. Very good food. Would give 5 stars if the resort was complete.
